Come for the food and stay for the decor. Don't fear the outdated look from the outside. Over 6'1 may have to duck to get inside. Food is seriously good. Chicken scarpellio was bursting with flavor. Lamb was super tender. I would come back to try the pizza and seafood. Impressive a restaurant can pull off so many different types of foods. Staff were super friendly.

historical building ©1920s. As a party of four, this was my first time being here. Food delivered to the table rather fast. Prior to your meal arriving, each table is served a basket of ciabatta and pesto (yum) ** As labeled/indicated on the entrance: "low ceiling" For those unsteady on their feet: the double entrance doors have a slightly uneven flooring that slopes. If you're not careful, you can fall. The driveway is full gravel - not paved. Dress: very casual Perk: get your dessert walking distance King Kone

Surprisingly excellent. I had little hope of much more beyond a quick meal after we left nearby orchids picking apples for the day. Ordered a Hungarian pizza and a burger to go. Enjoyed 2 martinis at the bar while waiting - a French martini and a pear martini. Drinks hit the spot perfectly. Food was really great. Definitely would return.

I have driven past this place for years..big mistake! After hearing great things about the spot, we decided to check it out. Wow! We loved it! Yes, it looks like a dive bar and is original from the 1920's..so cozy with so much character..The staff was very friendly and welcoming..We went with Pizza and a Clams Casino app. Absolutely delicious! The menu looked fantastic..I can't wait to come back and try their Burgers, Pasta dishes, BBQ, and other specials..the wine was fantastic. I am very happy to have finally tried this Tavern and to add it to my rotation of amazing Putnam and Westchester County eateries. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend you stop in...Enjoy!

WOW. I have not been this impressed with a restaurant in YEARS. Service was amazing. Our server had great recommendations. All the staff were very polite and friendly. The food came out very quick and was SO FRESH. Every menu item was perfectly presented on the plate and seasoned to perfection - not over done. My husband has been craving seafood pizza and they are so talented they said we can easily do this for you -that's customer service-. I could not stop talking about how amazing the food was for the entirety of my meal. I will definitely be back! Do not skip this place it will become your new go to spot!!

Food quality / price (value) rating 9. The atmosphere is abandoned horse barn. Chosen as the "best dive bar" in Westchester County, this place has been around forever, and is a revered fixture in the Katonah / Somers area. I've been here a half dozen times, but this is the first time in 3 or 4 years. My wife grew up in this area, has been here a hundred times, and her claim to fame is that she was "almost" thrown out of here while she was in college, apparently a rare achievement at this place. The menu is tavern style food with some interesting specials on food and drinks. We shared the "Somers" white pizza with a side of Marinara sauce. It was fantastic! They have a limited, but well chosen draught beer list. This place is a throwback snapshot of 1940's highway roadside food and is a great experience for everyone. Reasonably priced.

Came here for a celebration dinner with some friends and I have got to say that I absolutely loved the experience. I was surprised by the fact that we were able to get outdoor seating because a lot of the places we were looking at didn't have that option. When we came to the restaurant, we saw that it was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and other stuff. We were the only ones seated in the outdoor area so it felt like we had a private space to ourselves. We didn't even really feel like we were outdoors either because they had these heating lamps that were really effective and helped us stay warm so we didn't need to keep our coats on the whole time. I ordered the Chardonnay which was delicious and had to order a second glass. I also ordered oysters on the half-shell which I shared with a friend who never had oysters before. They loved them of course. I also ordered the steak and it was cooked just the way I liked it and it was delicious. The french fries and the mushroom dish on the side were delicious as well. I am so happy with my dining experience and I really hope to get the opportunity to come here again. I was really impressed.

Their Smokehouse burger is bigger than my hand!

That smokehouse burger is the size of my hand! And perfectly medium rare every time. There's bacon on that 1/2 pounder, and caramelized onion, and a touch of sweet BBQ sauce, and melted cheddar on a toasted brioche bun! And it is so juicy! I get two meals out of it! My companion got the fried soft shell crab. The crunch was amazing, and the crab was sweet. I'll admit I've never had it before because I was squeamish, but I tried it and it was really really tasty. They have a great chef, the wait staff is very attentive, and it's just a nice meal experience. Nothing fancy, just good food, cooked really well, served by happy staff with very large portions.

Had lunch there for the first time. Sat outside and ordered EDUARDO'S SALAD (for 2) to start. It was a chicken cutlet, eggplant, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, olives, house dressing. It was very good and there was plenty. We both ordered the Muscoot colossal burger, one with cheese, both medium rare. My husbands was well done, and mine was medium. The burgers were very good, The french fries were great! Very crispy and delicious. The waiters are very nice, extremely polite, and were extremely busy running around. They did a great job. We enjoyed our meal, and will definitely be back to possibly try a pizza. Those looked good passing by.

When the department moved to a new location, I wondered what or who would move into the old firehouse. oHHo has taken what was once a historic landmark in town and transformed it into something beautiful, unique, and functional, while still maintaining its charm from before. The inside of oHHo is gorgeous. It smells amazing, and it's filled with a wide variety of items to be purchased. They have everything from tennis balls to CBD chocolate, to dog treats, to $500+ purses, and more. Nothing here is cheap, but everything is cute and fun to look at. The bar area sells coffees, matchas, teas, pastries, CBD drinks, and you can order pizza. There's a large pizza oven outside, and it smells so delicious! The exterior of the restaurant has tables under some trees, and they are surrounded by a collection of apple trees that are pruned and shaped to look like fences. Truly, the creative team behind oHHo did a fantastic job. Everything looks expertly-curated, and the whole experience is very enjoyable. I worked from oHHo for a few hours and enjoyed a latte, a chocolate croissant, and a slice of zucchini bread. All three were delicious! They also have free WiFi (password: oHHo3434). If you're in Bedford, definitely check out oHHo!
