Super friendly staff and the quality of the product is well known. I do wish they didn't have have such sky high prices but they are popular and can price what they can get for sure. They also offer yoga classes in the park as well when it's not so hot so check that out if you like outdoor yoga. I've not attended but have been at the mall when they are having class and it's super popular. Make sure to check out their online category 'we made too much' if you want to catch a deal.

This was my first time at this location. The associates were very friendly and helpful, and while the products looked very nice and there were a variety of items in the store, the prices were quite high. Looking online in advance, I was surprised to see a nice black t-shirt with writing on it was $100. While the back portion of the store faces Camelback, you cannot enter or exit using a door on that side of the store. You need to enter from the courtyard in the middle of the Biltmore Fashion Park (north side of the store). It is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except on Sunday when they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. In-store services include "Buy Online and Pick up in Store," "Like New," Returns & Exchanges, and Hemming. The store has women's and men's clothes and accessories, bags, and "we made too much" sale items. If you go to https://shop.lululemon.com, you can shop online, locate a store, and learn more about their free membership program (https://shop.lululemon.com/membership). Benefits include free hemming, partner perks, early access to product drops, exchange or credit on sale items, member-only experiences, receipt-free returns, and select Peloton classes. After you spent $500, you bump up to another tier where you now get exclusive access to products and a personal shopper. After spending $1000, you get first access to restocks and complimentary customization. Also, if you sign up for their e-mail list when visiting that website, you can get 15% off your first online order of full-priced items. Finally, it is worth noting that the American Express Platinum card now offers four $75 Lululemon credits (one per quarter), which will certainly get people who do not regularly shop at Lululemon to go into the stores for the first time. I understand Ralph wants to position his brand as a luxury store. Paying $2500 for a corduroy shirt seems a bit extreme, when Ralph himself went on CBS doing an interview wearing what looked like a Lauren shirt but was something he bought from Kmart in the 1990s for under $10. I noticed they raised their prices on everything further. If the items were made in USA I would understand more. But much of the home items and clothing is made in China and I know RL is not paying the Chinese workers part of the high markup.

I suggest asking the customer if they can pick out some extra items first (avoids feeling awkward saying no thank you several times ). I'll likely make the drive to Kierland or shop online!
