This rundown body shop has not a clue how to work on European automotive don't waste your time and money yet they will try arguing with you believing they know what the hell they're doing. Years ago I got into it with Adam and his son not to mention the owner himself calls my M3 a piece shit after the lousy work they did, indeed so it seemed they slapped off the bumper on my car with a huge gap in the middle I can put my fingers thought and they figured I wouldn't notice nor make any sense of communication it me and expected me to pay, call it good, and just drive off. On the other hand, Jasmen ordered the wrong parts to go on the bumper and figured I would have been okay with that with the unmatch parallel. Instead of just rushing to my car back and paying for this lousy body sho should have taken better pride in their work. Just to confirm I came to find they didn't take off my front bumper with huge rock ships and scraps all underneath they didn't even patch off the cosmetic wear that affected my front bumper when it came off a street curb. If they had done it right there is no in hell I should immediately notice such big flaws because who knows what the hell they did besides their lousy work lies. A sketchy body shop like this I can't believe still exists and people over here leaving good reviews they were probably made by bots or easy-ass work. The owner himself and his kids have no customer service and could care less about valuing any customer based on my experience and having seen 3rd party contractors work at their shop I'm sure they have no certifications, no craftsmanship of their own, and no morals to the point I had Adam B. try to argue with me on a previous review and talked about dishonesty. Shortly after this disaster experience, I went through these people I found a better body shop that knew what the hell they were doing, certified in euro automotive, and demonstrated a legitimate business, unlike this worthless sketchy bodyshop that believed they were in the right instead of the wrong. read more

They did a HORRIBLE job on my Audi R8. They will Not take your bumpers off and just over sprays everything around it. Broke my plate lights, wrongly install the air ducts, scratches on the body and wheels. The owner is a scam bag with a ego that will not admit to his fault and will pressure it on his customers. I have 2003 Toyota Sequoia, I had just purchased the car and I couldn't even open the hood from a previous wreck it had been in, i didn't really think it needed much repair. I took my 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe to Banda's Auto Body and Paint to repair a scratch and dent that occurred on the right side of my front bumper as well as a front windshield replacement. And I must say that they not only took care of my care, but they took care of me as a customer as well. I have Farmer's Insurance, which required me to provide pictures and estimates of the repairs. Adam and Jasmine did a superb job helping me with that. They not only took pictures and drew up an estimate for me, but they also spoke directly to my insurance company in order to approve my claim. They did this for both my claims, one being for the dent and scratch on my bumper, the other being the replacement of my front windshield. In addition, they also gave me a ride to the rent-a-car after I had dropped off my vehicle for repairs. Now that's what I call great customer service! As for the repair that was done on my vehicle - absolutely superb!!!! You can tell that they take extreme pride in their work. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with other auto body shops in Long Beach and Los Angeles, and Banda's Autobody absolutely blows them away. The dents and scratches on my front bumper and completely fixed and you can't even tell that they were there before. And my front windshield is brand new. I stopped in and Adam gave me the grand tour of the new shop while we waited for his daughter Jasmine to arrive. She did my estimate and even gave me some water while I waited. They live in Redlands and are originally from Riverside, same as me. I didn't get a chance to hire these nice people but I would if things had been different. The welfare queen that hit my car had insurance but refused to use it (afraid of being dropped by a last resort, fly by night insurance carrier).
