One of my favorite dining spots in Bend. It has an awesome selection of unique sausages you won't find elsewhere. For example, on a recent visit, I ordered a venison, rabbit and bacon brat that was fantastic! Service staff is very friendly and your order is brought to your table by the owner who is very personable and good with the lagniappe (the little extra) that makes this a true delight! read more

Where else can you get a python rabbit sausage!?! I got this sausage and loved it. I got it was aioli sauce and peppers and onions. It was very good, not sure I can describe the taste of the python. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Just a good sausage. I love the variety of sausages here! And local beer on draft! read more

Just WOW. Very unassuming establishment and name for such an amazing eating experience. Very gourmet , flavorful and artisan sausages. Had the argintine special and the Polish dog. The special had chimichurri drizzle, mayo, tomatoes which complemented each other nicely, an explosion of flavor in each bite. The polish banger was so simple yet so flavorful it seriously is enjoyable without any condiments at all! The staff and service also very good! Could not recommend this place enough. Sorry we only got to taste a small bit of the menu. We did however buy some of the sausage's yo go and can't wait to try! read more

I noticed Bangers and Brews yesterday when I was out for a ride, and I thought "huh, must be a new British restaurant". I saw an article come up on Facebook later that evening, saw what it was about, and my Midwestern appetite took over. Bratwursts are a huge thing in my home state of Wisconsin, and there aren't any great sausage places around Bend. I told my wife that we should go for dinner over the weekend. Stopped in today and wow.. The staff is very friendly and personable. We were immediately greeted and given a rundown of how the menu works (choose a sausage, choose some toppings, choose a sauce). We placed our orders, and sat down to some of the best chimichurri I've ever had in my entire life. Forget those restaurants that give you bread and olive oil. The chimichurri and bread is where it is at. I immediately found satisfaction in my decision to get chimichurri on my sausage. Our food was delivered, and I knew I made the right choice. I routinely make beer brats as they were a big thing growing up, and the brat they made for my wife looked amazing. Fresh cut white onion, kraut, and whole grain mustard piled high. I had a beer sausage with fried spicy peppers, caramelized onions, and chimichurri. It was a goodness that you have to try to understand. You have to give it a shot. I'm very critical of food like this, and I was blown away. There are different tastes for different people, and you will leave satisfied. read more

Their chimichuri sauce was delicious, apparently a secret family recipe! We bought a jar to take home! The staff there were so freaking friendly that i would come back just to chat with them. I ordered a hot link with grilled onions, cheese sauce and peppers. It was wonderful! My husband ordered a traditional bratwurst (i forget what toppings) and he loved his. We both got beers that were recommended pairings! Mine was their cider and was perfect. We will most definitely be back! read more

Absolutely, hands-down, one of THEE best restaurants, if not THEE best restaurant in Bend. For any food! Service is awesome, they're all fantastic and cater to your needs. Other places should model Bangers' success and emulate it. Secondly, the quality of the food. It is UNreal. Gorgonzola fries, any of the sausages, all the topings, and last and most certainly not least, the chimichuri. You cannot go wrong with anything on this menu. I'm headed there now as I've yet to try the mashed potatoes but I'm goin' for it. Bend isn't known for great food but believe me there is a reason this place has all 5 stars on Yelp. Stopped here and was impressed with the selection of dogs available. I got the duck and bacon, my friend got the elk. Delicious and we loved being able to pick our topping options. FANTASTIC!! Since my wife and I are rolling with the low carb / Keto program, we got our sausages over salad. Seriously one of the best salads I've had. Despite having to serve food to go, the presentation was great but the taste was even better. The staff were friendly as well. I probably should have take. I was worried about finding low carb / keto options while on a business trip to bend. I have to say this was the most delicious dinner I have had in a a while. They offer to swap the bun for a salad for a nominal charge. Have you ever had a seattle dog in salad form? Umm its delicious, you should try it. But only from bangers and brews. Wow! This place is incredible! Bangers & Brews is a must if you're in Bend! My wife and I went there on a recent trip and were blown away by this place! We're vegetarians, and their veggie sausages were insane! There are so many toppings and sauces to choose from that I had so much trouble deciding what to get b/c it all sounded so good. Probably the best chimichurri I've ever had! This place is also great because of the people that work there. It's a family business and they're so friendly and nice to talk to. I love this spot particularly because of the older gentleman who's always here (I believe his name is Ruben) he is a sweetheart who brings out samplings of bread and chimichurri.
