We went there last night as first timers. Right when we pulled up we could small the sausage and couldn't wait to try it. Greeted by a really nice older man who explained the ordering process. My son and I ordered the chicken apple w caramelized onions and my husband was really wanting to try the venison rabbit which we found out they stopped carrying because no one wanted it. So instead he got the duck. It was so delicious. And really reasonable for the price $7.50. We were all really impressed w the wild game selection and the taste and quality. The sweet potato fries were amazing. The only reason I have it 4/5 is because I wish they had a kids option. A whole brat for a 3 year old is so much and he had like 2 bites. I wish they they had a hot dog or a kid friendly sausage. Overall, we will be coming back! read more

Went in today after seeing them pop up on my Yelp and fb. The owner was really nice and greeted us with the menu when we walked in. He explained the menu to us and was just really friendly. The place is really cool and the grandpa was our favorite he checked in on us a couple times and brought us extra chimmichurri sauce. The brats were both awesome! And the fries were also amazing. I came here to try the rabbit and bacon sausage, which turned out to not be on the menu anymore. They had a "new" blueberry and venison sausage on the board, but I forgot about it while I was looking at the paper menu and wound up ordering the elk and pork. It didn't taste any different from a standard brat to me. I got it with caramelized onions (which were more "sauteed" than caramelized, but still good) and cheddar cheese (which you couldn't really taste). The bun was really good, though, and the staff was friendly. I like that they have so many interesting options for toppings. read more

Our children are picky eaters. While my hubby and I were overjoyed by the sausage menu and cider on tap, our girls weren't sure what to eat. The owner immediately helped by explaining the menu to the kids with a warm friendly smile. Everyone got food they loved and boy were the sausages and pretzels outstanding. The owner checked on us, made sure we were warm sitting outside, and even offered blankets to everyone if they needed them. I wanted to hug the staff. Great job guys. This was s fun meal. read more

The menu is so well put together! There are so many flavor combinations and suggestions are laid out for you both in print and by the servers. We were very impressed that they had just started only about 3 months ago and were so organized. The staff are all wonderful, helpful and easy to talk to. I had the duck, bacon, cheddar jalapeño sausage and my lady had the regular bratwurst. We had several dipping sauces (the garlic aoli is fantastic) and though the sweet potato fries were a bit too crispy, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal there. read more

First time here and I really enjoy it! I am delightfully surprised at how delicious and well thought out the ingredients have been made. I ordered a bratwurst with Carmelites onion, cheddar chz, and garlic aioli with a side of their sweet potato fries. The first out of my mouth after trying the sweet potato fries were, "best I've ever had". I would easily consider myself a sweet potato fry enthusiast. The reason I voted four stars is because of the price. $7.50 for a regular brat, the two included toppings and included one sauce is pretty steep. With a beer and a side my total came to $15.00 excluding tip. I would come again but consider this a spoiled treat as opposed to an everyday lunch. Because I work at a nearby resort I'll recommend to visitors but make them aware of pricing for sure as most could pay the same at a not-so-casual establishment and get more 'bang' for their buck! read more
