First time here and I really enjoy it! I am delightfully surprised at how delicious and well thought out the ingredients have been made. I ordered a bratwurst with Carmelites onion, cheddar chz, and garlic aioli with a side of their sweet potato fries. The first out of my mouth after trying the sweet potato fries were, "best I've ever had". I would easily consider myself a sweet potato fry enthusiast. The reason I voted four stars is because of the price. $7.50 for a regular brat, the two included toppings and included one sauce is pretty steep. With a beer and a side my total came to $15.00 excluding tip. I would come again but consider this a spoiled treat as opposed to an everyday lunch. Because I work at a nearby resort I'll recommend to visitors but make them aware of pricing for sure as most could pay the same at a not-so-casual establishment and get more 'bang' for their buck! read more

Amazing sausage, toppings, sauces and sides and the perfect beer to go with any sausage! The sausages were juicy and perfectly cooked, it was everything I have ever wanted in a sausage. Quite possibly the best I have ever had. There are many delicious options and varieties to choose from including some game meat and exotic options. Gorgonzola bacon fries are also super tasty, would have taken a picture but devoured them- a small size is good for sharing if grabbing more food to go along with. The owner and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely going back for more! As good as it gets! Just had lunch here for the first time. Husband got the black pepper & garlic sausage with aioli and I got the garden salad. We ordered the medium size bacon Gorgonzola fries to share. I can't shout loud enough how fantastic all of it was. Husband said it was the best sausage he's ever had. The fries were PHENOMENAL. And the salad was bright and perfect for balancing the heaviness of the fries. I have to say something about the kind and attentive workers. They made the experience so comfortable. Thank you! This place was quite interesting to try. I have never had anything like it. We got the wild boar and garlic sausage with caramelized onions sweet peppers and chimmichurri after talking to the owner about what to get. It was great, such a shame that they were closed the next day and we had to leave before they opened again. The second sausage we tried was the IPA soaked one. It had peperoncinis, garlic mayo and sauerkraut on it, just fantastic. I would love to go back and try some of their other items. The sausages ranged from wild Alaskan reindeer to water buffalo and beef, with maybe twenty different toppings and sauces to choose from.
