Located in the Trade Marketplace, I recently visited with my coworkers since our office is nearby. I had seen social media posts that their chicken sandwich was around $10 but it has now increased to $12 (which isn't too bad). When we walked past the stall, we were offered samples of their dumplings which was a great way to keep us from going to other stalls. I ended up ordering the Original Chicken Sandwich. You get to pick between breast or thigh meat, but the owner appeared to recommend the breast so I picked that. When the sandwich came out, I was shocked how big it was. The breading was super delicious and the meat inside was juicy and tender. I was barely able to finish the sandwich and felt the food coma settling in afterwards. They also provide a chili powder which you can add, it was spicy and had just the right kick to it. This place is located at the food court of this little mini plaza. You can order using the kiosk or just up front from the very charming guy that I believe is the owner who says everything is "number 1". He gave me a sample of their mini dumpling and it was pretty good so I was sold to try an order of that. I had also ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich because it just looked so good with the crispy fried chicken. There were lots of other items I'd want to try out as well like their chicken wings since they were huge and looked very nice and crispy. The Original Chicken Sandwich was decision! Crispy, tasty, and huge portions of chicken. You can get your levels of spice on it as well. Definitely great for the price you pay and very filling as well. The man holding down the front of house was very nice and offered us a pan fried dumpling sample with some chili sauce. We ordered three items to go - 10 piece pork dumplings, beer battered fries, and chicken strips. With two orders ahead of mine, it took about 10 minutes to prepare. Unloading everything on my kitchen counter, I was happy to see that they were thoughtful enough to let the fried items breathe so they weren't soggy (thank you). The fries were solid. Chicken strips look to be covered in a tempura battery which kept them light. Dumplings were juicy. Chili sauce was light and complemented the dumplings well. I forgot to add dipping sauce when placing my order (via tablet) but they were kind enough to add ranch and honey mustered. Good experience and food overall. I treasure that seasoning everytime I get it and use it on a variety of other foods I cook at home! I'm a huge fried chicken fan (and critic) and their fried chicken wings and legs are really some of the best I've ever had.
