The food came out as it was ready and was fresh and hot off the stove. The khausa and the pani puri were hits with the family. The noodles were cooked well and the sauce and gravy from the beef was very flavorful. Everyone enjoyed that. The pani puri the kids loved to the point that we had to ask for more puris. The pani (spiced water to dip the puris in) was spiced and balanced well and the chickpeas and potatoes were sprinkled with a spice blend that gave them a depth of flavor then just plain boiled vegetables with salt. The hunter beef sandwich was good although a bit dry. The flavor with the toasted bread and addition of veggies and mayo complimented the beef well. The roll was spicy for most and was decent but not spectacular. The paapri chaat was refreshing and delicious. The star of the evening was the gola gunda (shaved ice with syrups and condensed milk drizzled on top). THe kids loved it and it came in a bowl with plenty of syrup and condensed mile.
