    Good mostly local variety.

Found seating at the bar and there were plug in spots available for charging if you needed it. Chairs fairly comfortable and service was great and attentive. Great suggestions on draught suggestions. A few food options too. They even offered to go cups. We would go again.

Fries are off the chart good. Little crunch outside and seasoning just right. Chose the margherita pizza. He had sausage and peppers pasta. Everything looked so good. My pizza had a nice crust. Lovely. It was an average tasting pizza. I think more basil would have made the dish for me. He did like his pasta dish. Server friendly. Well lit and clean.

Best bacon I've had in awhile!! So good. So crisp - not too salty! Two weeks ago I travelled through Denver and stopped here. Couldn't decide between the avocado toast w burrata or the lox and flatbread. The bartender recommended the burrata - it was excellent!! Two days ago traveling through with my husband and made him go back with me to try the lox. We also got a side of bacon - SO good!! We had a great table by the window this time - it was nice, but I think I prefer the bar!

We came through Bar Dough for the first time before a Friday evening flight out of DIA. We decided we should try something beyond our usual. Glad we gave them a try! We told the gentleman seating is of our time constraints and he and our server made sure to tell us if we had time for pizza (we did if we ordered soon). They prioritized helping us though the menu and getting our order placed. Our drinks came quickly and we had plenty of time to relax and enjoy a cocktail and our meal before getting to the gate. Our server briefly disappeared around the time we needed to pay the check, but then she was back, apologetic. The service was super friendly and helpful. Food was good. Plants and windows contributed to a nice airport atmosphere/dining experience. I'd come again if departing in the vicinity of 50s/60s C gates

Salad with Chicken was small AF for $22

This is a member of the Four S Club: Salty, Slow, Small Salad. If you're in the C Terminal, I'd skip this place unless you have time to kill and low blood pressure (which also kills). I ordered the Margherita Pizza and it took a while to come out, and when it did, I took a bite and thought I was a deer about to get shot! All I tasted was salt! There was some artisanal salt on top, but that wasn't it... the sauce was just drenched in salt. Does someone not know the difference between a tsp and a pint? After several attempts to get the waitress's attention, I told her it was inedible and ordered a salad with grilled chicken. THAT took forever as well and my flight time was approaching. Lucky me, that salad was small AF and I finished it in no time. $22 for this thing was ridiculous. If you're in C Terminal at the Denver Airport and want pizza, maybe try the center core or Modern Market, which the information kiosk lady (her official title) recommended, but I was on the opposite end of the terminal and didn't think I had time. I was probably wrong.

Bar near my potential gate on Sun. The bartenders were super busy but didn't have to wait long for a drink. However I waited long for my lunch and they comped me. The chick Parm and fries were delicious. Cool vibe for an airport bar.

Meatball appetizer for lunch with a side of flatbread
    Dana S.

$18 for 3 meatballs, added a side of flatbread coupled with a glass of water for a bill totaling $27. Rene my server was fine, suggested the flatbread with the meatballs for my lunch. Meal was ok but meatballs were dry, huge chunks of torn bread inside and overall were just average. Tables are seated very close together, got hit by a jacket when the person at the table next to me took theirs off. Bar seating is limited but probably preferable to the small, low set tables. Very bright in here as one wall is filled with windows. Service was plenty fast I was able to sit, order, eat and pay in 45 minutes.

For an airport eatery the results are amazing! Service was good. Space was more than comfortable with some pouch chairs! Pizza is of the hook and they make their own dough! I had an Odell 90 Shills Amber Ale-excellent!

I would say the actual location is way better and don't let this experience deter you from checking out the brick and mortar. I believe this is very typical of an airport location. Seated at the bar and service was a little bit hit and miss. They were at the bar but not really checking in. I ordered the burrata dish and for $18 you would think you would get more than one small pita cut up in 4 pieces to enjoy a whole dish with that needs the pita. I asked for more pita and they didn't mention that it would be $3 for one more pita. Aperol Spritz was mediocre. Again, I have had amazing meals at the brick and mortar, but this left me unimpressed unfortunately.

The service was amazing and the music was good and calm. The mimosa was good despite it being pricier because its at airport but still great deal French fries so good and burger was fantastic.

Bar dough at the airport...found my new favorite place to eat at the Denver airport! Burrara was amazing...crispy garbanzo beans and whipped cannellini purée with saba cheese and pinsa bread! Topped with a local ipa...nice background music and plenty of tables with power to hang out for awhile

    Amy L.

I ordered the pizza. To note -- THIS IS NOT "BAR DOUGH" PIZZA. When you see reviews for bar dough, you are usually seeing pizza from their other locations. I am attaching a pic of the pizza from the airport bar dough. It was meh. Ambiance is nice. The salads did look good as well, and I'll add that the cheese on the pizza was tasty. Service was meh. I wouldn't go again ‍ I do plan to try one of the true bar dough locations with the wood fired ovens though.

The concept of it being inside a home is very interesting. The food here is amazing especially their Caesar Salad. That salad was so delicious we wanted to order some to go. Now the reason why this place is getting three stars because 1. The service here is horrible! 15-25 minute wait for our server to come back around and check in on us. It wasn't just us either but it was everyone else in the room. Saw a couple that waited about 25 minutes just to be checked up on after being seated. We also never asked for our bill yet and it was given to us without us asking. We wanted to order more food after our entree. Hence why we never got to order our Caesar salad. 2. This one was the most disappointing part of our dinner. We ordered tiramisu for our dessert, once served I noticed a glossy chunky on it, assuming it was maybe crystallized sugar. Wrong. It was a chunk of ice!! The tiramisu WAS STILL FROZEN!! For 12 bucks I can get some better tiramisu at king soopers, Safeway, or any other restaurant honestly. 3. There was an ant in my drink, and we weren't compensated for that. We paid 4 dollars for an ant drink.

We started with the focaccia (with the ricotta and honey on the side) and it was so tasty. My partner doesn't normally like ricotta, but loved this dish! Then, we had the melon salad (very refreshing). We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff brought out complimentary glasses of bubbly rosé, as well as their special dish, which were the stuffed squash blossoms. This was a really thoughtful touch! For mains, we ordered the tagliatelle with lobster (this dish had a tiny bit of spice, which was fine for us but might catch someone else off guard), and the lamb loin. Both were excellent. Overall, we had a great time! We found easy street parking nearby, as well. My only downside would be that, because this restaurant is so popular, there are lots of diners, which makes for a pretty loud atmosphere. However, this just speaks to how good everything is, so if you think about it, perhaps it's a good sign!

We normally get the Piatti Di Cicchetti (olives, pickled veggies, and almonds), Piatti Di Salumi (prosciutto, salame, coppa), and the Burrata. They all complement each other SO WELL. Pair that with a white wine and you got yourself a time. The 2 course offering for lunch is also phenomenal. I got the Insalata Mista (lettuce, shallot, reggiano) and it's a decent sized salad and very tasty. The Mafaldine (lamb ragu, pecorino romano) is to die for. Such great flavor and the pasta is always cooked perfectly. The service here is always top-notch too. The staff is very well-trained and is on top of everything. Truly a well-oiled machine. The atmosphere here is impeccable too. The arancini was a fusion of Indian spiced cauliflower with mint-cilantro yogurt raita. My favorite of the Spuntini dishes was the Granchio--jumbo lump crab served over a crispy potato cake with butternut squash and a perfect 63 ° egg. We split two Primi dishes: their special of the day pasta, and the Cappellini Aglio e Olio. The Cappellini was amazing--a perfect blend of Indian spices, breadcrumbs, and another 63 ° egg. Yum.
