Great food, friendly service, and a fun beach-town vibe! The 20th Anniversary Thursday special with 2005 prices is an awesome deal. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. Looking forward to coming back! Please check out my video here: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8sKgN29/

My 3rd time here and I keep wanting to come back! The lamb smash burger is one of a kind. The flavors blend so well together. I'm a thin French fries kinda girlie so the matchstick fries wee right up my alley. They give two dipping sauces too in addition to ketchup and all were delicious. The pretzel is a solid soft pretzel too.

Very very good burger spot in PB. Went in on a Tuesday night, not expecting too much but we were really impressed. Our server Kyle was courteous and insightful. We ordered 3 burgers and a salad, a couple of beers, and a tequila drink. The food was superb- burger's all done to perfection, shoelace fries hot and crisp, salad was fresh and tasty. The only slight down tick was shortage of habanero tequila and sculpin beer. Decor was holiday all the way, they go the extra distance. I'd recommend again in a minute.

Bare Back Grill is a decent spot. We tried the chili cheese tater tots, which were pretty solid and definitely filling. They also have $5 all-day mimosas, which is a nice deal if you're just looking for something casual. The vibe leans more toward a college crowd, so it can get a bit loud and busy depending on when you go. Overall, not bad for a quick, low-key hang, but probably not somewhere I'd go out of my way for.

cute little place right off the beach. homemade chips and onion dip are a must. skip the house wines on happy hour, they're cheap and gross lol. should've just gotten a pint. server was nice and super chill but def needed an extra set of hands.

Came here over the weekend with my husband and a couple of friends -- it gets pretty cold, so definitely bring a jacket if you'll be sitting outside! Everything was absolutely delicious. My husband devoured his food in under five minutes. The habanero fried chicken sandwich was fire -- super crispy and flavorful. The fries were perfectly crunchy and seasoned just right, and I loved the calamari with its sweet dipping sauce. Service could have been a little better, it took forever to get our tab to leave. We were waiting for quite a while before anyone came to check up on us. Overall, a good spot for a tasty lunch near the beach.

Usually go to raglan in OB but today we were in PB so we tried their oldest restaurant. Not crowded. Great service. Laid back. Great music and videos. This location has the most amazing deal for their 20th anniversary. Menu prices from 2005!!! Burgers for &11 on Thursdays!!! You CANNOT BEAT THIS . You're silly if you don't come here for this deal!!! My lamb smash today was out of this world and so was my husband's wagyu smash. We opted for the strawberry fields side salad for $1 more instead of fries. Nice to have that option

Solid little spot with a fun atmosphere, especially on the weekends. The fish and chips were excellent, crispy, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. We'll be back!

Beef patty melt New Zealand Style

This was the first time trying New Zealand cuisine and it's interesting but yummy. The food is well cooking and delicious. Really the the out door seating area( it does get a bit chilly, even with the sun blazing hot). The servers were also very nice and welcoming.

Not only is their food fantastic but they offer $4 mimosas. Honestly that's really all that needs to be said. However, I will add that the staff members (bartenders, waiters/waitresses, etc) are all very welcoming and accommodating. I typically come here for brunch with large groups and they always are great with us and they have seating to accommodate a few larger groups. I recently ordered the veggie burrito and added egg and my husband had the blunt burrito. Both were fantastic and paired well with the salsa given. I was quite impressed with the veggie burrito. Very filling, fresh, and just a great combo of veggies to make it taste great on its own. Would absolutely go back for the burritos alone, but again the $4 mimosas make it even better!

Haven't been back here in a minute but it never disappoints and the onion rings and ranch satisfied my craving. If you're around for the November "burger"//sando of the month, then 1000000% recommend the Thanksgiving flavors. On point. Side of gravy for dipping? C'mon... drool worthy.

We popped in here quickly as we saw signage on the street advertising $3 Jell-O shots and $4 mimosas. It was pretty packed for a Saturday afternoon which was nice and lively. They are dog friendly, so many dogs everywhere! It looked like their menus after some really great burger options, and different specials throughout the week.

    Damn good food

I'm from Long Beach. Went to pacific beach for a 1 day getaway with my wife and daughter. We had another place in mind to eat at and passed up this establishment on the way. Something about the music and vibes caught our attention. Turned back and went in. Best decision ever to start off our trip. Damn service, atmosphere and ESPECIALLY the food were exceptional. I had the chilaquiles with steak and mammoth ale. Wooooooooooo, blown away with the flavor. My wife ans daughter's plate were so good as well. Damn tater tots cooked to perfection. Like I said , best decision we made picking thos place to eat. Definitely will be back for sure. Sorry I took no pictures. Thats how much I enjoyed everything that I didn't even bother grabbing my phone. But my got a picture.

The staff are very friendly and helpful with busing tables. Unfortunately, we didn't see that the poke bowl came with a sesame eel sauce, so it was overly sweet for our liking. Additionally, the coconut rice was too sweet and very mushy. Kind of disappointed in the flavor as everything was too sweet and too mushy. The only thing that we really enjoyed was the blood orange IPA, which is not too hoppy and a great beer! Whether you lean savory or sweet, the menu has plenty to tempt you, and the service was warm and attentive throughout. My boyfriend ordered the American breakfast while I opted for the seasonal veggie omelet with an added helping of jack cheese. I'm usually a devoted meat lover, but the seasonal veggies sounded too good to pass up, and I'm so glad I took the leap. The omelet arrived fresh, fluffy, and utterly delicious, the cheese and vegetables melding together so beautifully that I never once missed the meat. The American breakfast was just as impressive, crowned with gorgeous over-easy eggs whose bright orange yolks practically glowed. The house potatoes were savory and satisfying, and the fig jam paired with warm sourdough was an absolute standout, sweet, rustic, and completely irresistible. I'm knocking off one star since the server who brought our food dropped a piece of toast and, oddly, never replaced it. That aside, the coffee cake we ordered came out piping hot and was the perfect companion to a good cup of coffee.

There were PLENTY of seating options both inside and on the outside patio. There was ample shade outside but we opted for the high tops at the bar. The bartender Shaun/Shawn served us and was super professional! But I've eaten in too many fine restaurants to be dazzled by style over substance. We started with the jalapeño Caesar, which was actually very good, if a bit overdressed. Then things went sideways. The steak tartare was enormously disappointing. The chive-oil base, which the menu claims is a remoulade, was insipid. The beef was unseasoned and so coarsely chopped, I spent a fair bit of time masticating 1-inch chewy pieces. The tiny drop of cured egg yolk and four wafer-thin slices of pickled kohlrabi were asked to do some very heavy lifting. If you're expecting a classic tartare, you're out of luck. If you're dreaming of a novel spin on a classic, prepare to have your hopes dashed. It was an ambitious interpretation, in the sense that it interpreted tartare as something else entirely. Then came the snapper with lemon beurre blanc. The skin was crisp, as advertised, but there was perhaps two ounces of flesh to eat once the skin was gone. The lemon beurre blanc was salty but pleasant, while the vegetables were sufficiently al dente to suggest they had been latterly introduced to the pan rather than cooked in it. Our server was capable and efficient, but I had to ask several times for water from the otherwise friendly waitstaff. With a beer and tip, the meal came to nearly $200. We left hungry and sufficiently unhappy that I'll advise friends and clients to avoid Paradisea. Wish we'd done the same on my partner's birthday. Two of three dishes coming up short isn't good enough. Restaurants serving poorly executed dishes at premium prices don't merit further patronage, though I'd happily spend twice as much for a decent meal.
