Today's service was nothing less than excellent (as usual!). I decided to try a mini facial today. Taylor's service was great. I probably will be coming back for more facials in the future too. What I love about this place is well, everything! Their service is excellent. The spa is very clean and always smells wonderful. You always feel welcomed. Prices are pretty good too. I got dermaplaning and a facial on Thursday and the next morning when I woke up my face looked like this. There are scabs and scrapes all over my face and I don't even want anyone to see me, I feel so embarrassed. My face hurts:( I've gotten the dermaplaning here multiple times before but this has never happened to me! So I'm not sure what went wrong this time but I'm super upset considering I used a gift card I got for my birthday just to look worse than before. Pretty great place to get waxed, I must say. I went in thinking that I had let the hair on my legs grow long enough (to be fair, it was far longer than I could stand for a minute more), but I hadn't. They tried to wax them, but couldn't and were kind enough to tell me that they wouldn't charge me and to come back when I looked like a werewolf (not the words they used) and didn't charge me! I can't speak for their waxing service. I went for lashes 3 times in a course of 4 weeks and was not happy with the outcome. Lashes should last atleast 2 weeks, I've never had an issue anywhere else. They tell you they will fix them within 72 hours but how is getting back within 72 hours possible when you go on a Friday, they close on Sunday and have no one available for lashes until Wednesday? The staff was friendly, but lash services are not recommended here. read more
