I work right off of Peachtree industrial, so it was incredibly close and easy for me to get to.I absolutely LOVE this place! She has been waxing me and threading my eyebrows from the start. She is very thorough, SUPER clean, and such a sweetheart. So now, I always have my brows threaded and tinted by Heidi, and LOVE how they look and always get compliments. I recently had lash extension put in by Jeania It was my first experience and love it !! And will difently do it again. The salon is the absolute best. Besides being extremely clean and cute on the inside, everyone that works there is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the waxing process. I typically get a Sugar Brazilian with Shital. I couldn't get my schedule right for the last month and made the God awful mistake of shaving in between appointments, and when I came back in today, Shital was extremely accommodating, talked me through it (obviously it hurts more when you come back after shaving lol--never again). Regardless, she always works extremely quickly, but does her best to make you comfortable and will answer any and all questions you have! I came in for my birthday to get my lashes done after visiting their website i was excited bc the prices in the eye lashes were amazing. I came in after driving from Austell to this salon hoping to get amazing service. Instead I was told the website was incorrect and she couldn't honor the prices only give me 10% off the price all I asked was 10.00 off for my inconvenience but it was declined. I usually don't complain but since I work in customer service and have my own business I felt that was very poor on her part. The receptionist was nice but she called the manager for me and it was still declined. I wouldn't recommend them based on this customer service. read more

I don't get my eyebrows threaded often, I was moreso a waxer. I came in today for a threading. I have been looking for a permanent brow artist since I've moved to Atlanta a year ago. I been different places by they've always gone too thin even though I gave them instructions before hand. My eyebrows take forever to grow back so it's been a struggle trying to get back a nice shape and thickness. I saw Janeida today and she was great. I didn't give much instructions but she knew exactly what to do. I now have hope for my eyebrows!!! She was very informative. Great service! I came in for my appointment and everyone was triple booked. The girls seemed like they were being rushed in order to attend everyone in a timely manner but despite the feeling of being rushed my eyebrows were perfectly sculpted! Lenee did a great job on my eyebrow threading. And I've been coming to Bare Wax for 2 years but used Karen for the first time for my Brazilian and eyelash tinting and she was amazing! First, my eyelash color is still nice and dark (others will fade pretty quickly) and she was so sweet keeping me distracted during the Brazilian since I hadn't been in for a bit. I have received waxes on a regular basis at another spa. I decided to try bare after I noticed their brazilians were $35. This was by far the most painful wax I've ever experienced. As the reviews below mentioned, the woman who did my wax never let the wax fully set before she began tugging. There were several areas she completely missed, and I did not get the full Brazilian I purchased -- I guess you get what you pay for. I will not be returning, and would definitely not recommend this studio to anyone. read more

Worst place to get your eyebrow. The technician took me to the back was reaching into her pants and didn't even wash her hands. When I asked about eyebrow tinting she was rude and told me there is only two brown and I should get the lighter one. I tried to ask how light it was since it was my first time and her and the other technician were laughing at me saying there is only two color and how they would know. Bare has the most knowledgeable estheticians. I believe that is what separates them from other places. I won't go to other waxing studios with high turn over because I don't know how skilled the person is. Shital is wonderful and goes above and beyond! Beware that these aren't true lash extensions but are cluster lashes (not good for your lashes because they don't fall out naturally with your lashes like extensions do) I'm still trying to grow mine back from here! read more

Based on other reviews, I decided to visit Bare and booked my appointment with Shital because others had such great things to say about her. This was my first time visiting Bare; I went to the location inside The Forum, and this was my first Brazilian also. The salon is clean, has an inviting atmosphere, and the ladies at the front desk were polite. I was a little nervous about the whole process but Shital made my first experience comfortable and as pain free as possible. She communicated with me well and continuously checked to ensure I was doing okay. She also threaded my brows which are perfect! She's just awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I have been to Bare before, with great results. Unfortunately not this time. My legs look and feel terrible. The same strips were used over and over, resulting in patches of different length hairs all over my legs. Karen told me she had over 20 years experience so who was I to question her using one strip per leg? I got out of the shower the very next morning and felt the stubble and random hairs while drying my legs. Very disappointed, as I like Bare - it's clean and pleasant. But I was can't waste my money and time like this. read more
