Came here for lunch. We got seated almost immediately. Each table is pretty isolated and separated by these large plastic separator. Because of COVID, they only offer individual portion sizes. I got the Wrangler and a side of fries, which was a hefty meal for lunch. The burger was great, with plenty of toppings. The only criticism I have is that my medium rare burger was definitely well done, making the burger a bit dry. The other medium rare burger ordered at my table was definitely medium rare though, so this may have been a one off issue. read more

I have to say love the interior here! It is huge, cozy and spacious. We sat in the booth. They serve popcorn while we wait for our order. My friend and I ordered the National burgers with different buns. I ordered the gluten free bun while my friend got the brioche bun. We ordered a mix of fries and sweet potato fries. Hear me out - Bareburger has delicious brussels sprouts. Yes, I said brussels sprouts. If you ask anyone, I'm sure that's not the menu item that comes to mind when they think of Bareburger. Heck, you might be hard pressed to find people who actually know that they even offer brussels sprouts. But I'm here to tell you that not only should you try them but they're pretty darn tasty. I've been wanting to try Bareburger for a while but never got around to it until now. It's right along a busy stretch of Austin Street and parking is metered and can be tough to find. Train station a few blocks away though and either way it's worth it. I haven't been inside so I can't comment on the actual restaurant. My first experience was delivery(Seamless). The food came quick and warm still which is obviously good. Burgers were delicious. I tried two burgers, the Impossible and a Beef Burger. Both were great. Plenty of different options as far as buns and add ons, like cheese, eggs, peppers, etc. They also get a plus for their packaging as well. Everything was made with recycled material. During the lockdown, I was craving a good ole fashion burger. Fortunately, Bareburger was open for takeout and I've never tried this place, so I thought I'd give it a go.  I was overwhelmed with the selections of burgers they had, so on the safer side, I made my own burger. I added a beef patty, green leaf, red onions, baby spinach, and garlic aioli on a brioche bun. When I got home and took the first bite, I thought it was very bland, the beef wasn't juicy but dried. It was missing something, so (pro-tip) I went ahead and added an egg and bacon. The egg added a soft texture while the bacon added a crispy taste. I wished the patty was a little juicier but other than that, the ingredients were fresh and well put together. I was also very surprised that they had their own ketchup that was organic. read more

I'd passed by this place and had a flashback of going to one in Manhattan and eating outside this past summer with my former boyfriend, which made me a bit sad. I thought it would be cool to have an opportunity to eat here. That opportunity came when I got asked out by a guy who had a car and lives in Queens. He'd apparently been to this place recently and had good things to say about it. I got a Brussels bowl, it was in the afternoon and didn't feel like getting a burger. Cashier was really nice. My order was done fast, less than 10 mins. Bowl tasted good. I've only dined here once, but it's my favorite burger place and I've ordered delivery from here multiple times. My go-to burger is their Wrangler. I love this bison burger so much!!! It's super flavorful and you can taste the truffle too from the truffle frizzled onions. The meat is always super juicy and high-quality. I always get this one but I should probably try a different burger next time. I'm sure all their burgers are great! I also love their onion rings and sweet potato fries. Quality has gone way downhill since the last time I was there. First, even though the sign says wait to be seated, no one showed up to seat me. Once they finally did stop by, the service got better. Overall annoying but fine...I'm here for the burgers. Got the national and some fries. Waiter asked if I wanted single or double patty. Now, I remember the burgers were pretty hefty from a few years ago, so I said single. It was dismal. The meat to bun (brioche) ratio was totally off (as in WHERE'S THE BEEF ratio). The meat itself was more like a puck from the supermarket frozen burger section. The bun, fries and veggies (lettuce and red onions) were fresh enough, but again, I'm here for the burgers and there was NOTHING memorable about this burger. I've been to a few Bareburger locations, but this one is unique as it is situated in a young family area. The staff are kind and very accommodating, as many patrons here are young couples with children. They know how to take care of the kids with crayons and coloring sheets. The entrance sucks for strollers but the hostess does try to help. I've been served by Jose a few times and he's been very respectful and kind. The kids portions are generous (enough for an adult) and overall the food quality is good (most Bareburgers are great). If you're looking for a light meal or just chill, it's a greatplace to be. The one drawback is that it's gotten really expensive. I had dinner with my 4 year old daughter and the final bill with 20% tip came out to $50. I chose this location (Juan, was the bartender). The staff was so friendly and very well informed about the services. The food was fantastic! The Super Bowl pre-show was on. Ordered the panda meal (chicken strips) for the kids along with fries. I honestly think the chicken was pretty good. Not the best, but not the worst. The shared uptown french fries, probably the best thing we ordered honestly. Even though it lacked cheese and sauce (could definitely afford to have a little more on it). My husband and I ordered the build a burger. The burger was so bland. The bacon wasn't good. My husband wanted well done, but it was more like medium. He also wanted sweet pickles but was given dill. I ordered my s/o the bison along with the same toppings as mine & same cook as well. Beef burger was bland, and it was cooked more to the well done side. The keto bun was actually tasty. The wham bam sauce - eh. Felt like it was just mayo and ketchup mixed together. Bison Burger - Cook was also more on the well done side. A bit more flavor but lacking overall. The brioche bun was good. The Blueberry Mint Tea was good - I enjoyed that. Sadly, I didn't come here to have good buns. The burgers are lacking overall flavor & cooked at the wrong temperature.
