When I arrived to my Newport beach vacation home for Thanksgiving holiday. The bathtub, shower floors and carpets were full of sewage and the main was backed up. I called my plumber for emergency service and they removed most of the debris. What was left was soaked into the carpet (Yuk). I had guests coming for the holiday weekend and the carpet stunk and was starting to mildew. I called Sal and a panic from Barefoot Carpet and he said he could help me. Well, let me tell you, Sal treated the house as though it was his own. The carpets were the cleanest I've ever seen any treated the mildew with some kind of UV lamp to kill some of the germs, he's sucked out so much water. The carpet was actually dry the next morning, and we were able to sleep without the stink of sewage. Sal I gets my highest recommendations for responding to an emergency call over a holiday weekend and doing a far superior job than I ever expected.
