I was looking for a particular gun and he found one in like new shape, I want to say if it was fired at all maybe a couple rounds. Good deal and good memories! I will be back. My second time in this place and I am very satisfied. I got the exact gun I have been looking for at an amazing price. The lady who took care of us (mostly) is great, I believe her name is Angela. She gave me great discounts, was very kind and professional. She answered all of our questions and what she wasn't sure about she asked and found out the answer. I do know who the "know it all guy" everyone is talking about is and he was there and was a part of our experience this time. He wasn't rude but he does have a "know-it-all" demeanor. I had my teenage son with me (who knows a great great deal about guns, much more than I do) and I did feel as though the guy was, in a way, butting heads with him, somewhat competing with him gun knowledge wise. My son was very turned off by him but being raised right he didn't say anything directly to him, but when we left he expressed his thoughts about Mr. know it all and when we got home and did some research my son was right and the guy was wrong. That won't deter me from going back for more of my gun needs but I will ask to deal with someone other than Mr. Know It All. read more

every time i come here and talk to the guy at the gun counter and ask him about a firearm he always suggest something he thinks is better. then when i listen to why he thinks its better i continue to ask questions about a firearm i was asking about in the first place. then he continues to tell me why the one he is suggesting is better in a slightly annoyed condescending tone. ok buddy i get it, you were in the military and us civilians dont have a clue. im all for being educated, but dont make me feel stupid. read more

Mr know it all at the counter really doesn't know anything. Told me they don't make the laser I was looking for. As I was walking out I saw it in the case. Used to do all my transfers there when Glen was there. He was arrogant also but at least he knew his stuff. Wont be going back. read more

The guy behind the gun counter was extremely rude and ignorant! Instead of admitting that he didn't know anything about a particular firearm, he pretended that he did until it is obvious that he didn't know what he was talking about. He had a bad attitude and was very unprofessional, with absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I wouldn't go to that store again if they were giving away free merchandise! I go to Bargain Pawn for ffl transfers. Service is usually quick & efficient when they are not busy. Transfer fee is only $20 plus background check if you don't have ccw. Right off the highway and plenty of parking. Been going since 2009. read more

Great place, went in looking for 4 Glocks I wanted. Had 3 in stock, Gen 3 and only took a few days to get the 17-gen 3 I wanted. Also, took my 10/22 ruger in w/ my custom stock & Houston did an awesome job w/ change over and was done in couple of hours & I also bought my Glocks from Houston too. He's a great guy & very helpful w/ anything you need. Now as soon as I pay off my everything I'll be back, need another .223 rifle so I'll Be Back.!! Be it known that Bargain Pawn Firearms should not only be known for quality service and coool firearms but, they are quite reasonable and compassionate when it comes to people like myself who experience temporary financial challenges. I recently lost a very good paying job and was forced to pawn some very rare and sentimental firearms. Like most people who cannot make the commitment date to satisfy my pawn loan, it devastated me that I could not come up with the money on time. Extremely worried that I would loose my firearms, I called Bargain Pawn in a HAIL MARY attempt to work with me. After reading a few of the previous reviews of Bargain Pawn. I couldn't help but put my own two cents into words. I have made many firearm and ammo purchases from Bargain Pawn. I have purchased both new and used firearms from them to add to my collection. I have made those purchases at their main store on las Vegas Blvd and at the many local gun shows in which they represent themselves. They have also handled several firearm transfers & transactions from online purchases that I have made over the years. Without 1 single headache what so ever !! I have even sold them a few rifles and handguns. When I have traded up to a new higher quality firearm. Wether you have very little knowledge or your incredibly knowledgable with firearms. You can expect as I do too feel very comfortable with their staff and their consistent professionalism. Importantly, They are not a fly by night firearms dealer. I made my first purchase from them almost 20 years ago. And still have that firearm too this very day. Keep in mind, they are a locally & privately owned gun & pawn business. They have some great employees. Likewise have let others that were not so friendly though very knowledgable go over the years. This is the same with any given business that has been operating for 30 years. I highly recommend Bargain Pawn. Wether you want to purchase a new or used firearm. Anything from a $200 pistol to a fully automatic $35,000 machine gun. As well as all the ammo to support your firearm. Not even BASIC customer basic exists here. It's a pawn shop yes...but all I was expecting was basic customer service. Go somewhere else.

I have bought 5 guns from Bargain Pawn, new and used. They have the best prices in town "guaranteed" and they have even matched a price and threw in a box of ammo when I brought it to their attention that another gun store had a cheaper price on a specific gun that I wanted. Their customer service is excellent and they take care of you like a customer not treat you like number! I have dealt with many gun shops in Vegas, nobody and I mean nobody can beat Bargain Pawn's prices or service. Angela is very professional and courteous, same as everyone else I have done business with at Bargain Pawn. I like dealing with them because they don't try to Bullsh%* you. They are straight up! I will not go anywhere else and I "highly" "highly" "highly" recommend them. They are at the gun show this weekend at the Santa Fe hotel, where I just bought two more weapons, once again they were the only business in that gun show that actually cared about what I was looking for and if they didn't have it on hand, Angela was going to order it for me. And yes they had everybody's prices "SQUASHED", that should tell you right there that they care about their customers, because I know that's what I look for is quality, customer service and price comparison. 5 stars aren't enough for Bargain Pawn .
