I totally get having a limit of wine you can dispense, but I wish I would have known! I am very tall, so I don't feel alcohol all that much. I would have loved to have been able to sample a few more. I get it though. We ordered the Bundt cake variety, which would have been fine, but they had a weird savory taste to them like they were stored in a fridge with charcuterie ingredients or something. They also have a smallish patio out back, a large back room with a bar (I believe it can be rented out), and the main tap room. Between the main room and back room there's a hallway with windows that look over the brewery so you get a little sneak peek. The main tap room has kept the original charm of the place. It's like stepping back in time but with AC and no cows. They don't offer food but will occasionally have food trucks or you can bring food in. Service is always friendly even when they are packed. They offer a variety of craft beer and they can also do cocktails. I love the brunch stout and the black IPA when it's in season. On my last visit I had a sour and I thought it was good. They also do a fun event on Sunday called stockyards Sunday service. During service they have live music which is usually bluegrass and it's always packed and fun. I recommend getting there early to get a seat. They usually have a food truck on board during it but check the socials to be sure. If you haven't been, definitely stop in and check them out.

There is plenty of space to hang out at, and there is also live music on Sundays. I first came to this brewery years ago and had not been back because their beers, though good, were not my favorite. However, I stopped by on a Sunday in December in my quest to find local beers to gift to a friend and discovered that Stockyards had added sour beers to their menu. I am so glad that I came back here because the sour that I tried was amazing, and I had such a fun time hanging out with some cool Packers fans who shared their table with me and watching the game with them. As long as Stockyards Brewing keep making sours, I will be back. If you are a Packers fan, I was told that Stockyards Brewing is your haven.

Friendly greeting the second I walked in, super knowledgeable about every beer on tap, and genuinely helpful without making anything feel scripted or sales-y. Hospitality matters to me a lot, and she made the experience feel welcoming immediately. I worked my way through quite a few beers: Hop Cuddle, the collaboration with Tall Trellis, their Mexican-style lager, Weathered Wit, Pavers Porter, and the rice lager. Every single one was excellent, but that rice lager was probably my favorite. Crisp, clean, refreshing, incredible mouthfeel -- one of those beers that disappears way faster than you planned. Weathered Wit deserves a shout too. Light tartness, citrus notes, classic Belgian yeast character, ridiculously refreshing. The Hall consists of 3 floors and they have plenty of parking, both lot and garage. The main floor has all the merchandise and to go beers, a self guided little tour, a little bar area. The second floor has beer and food. The menu has been updated a few times but I've ordered several items and all have been good. I believe the last time I went they expanded into pizza. They have a couple of bar areas, one with a majority of their offerings and the other for experimental beers. I like the experimental offerings and I regularly check them out. On the larger bar they have seasonal, year round, and sometime specialty beers. They also offer seltzers if beer isn't your thing. They have lots of seating including patio. The patio is nice because it overlooks the city and they're expanding it. The 3rd level I'm personally less familiar with. They call it the Rec Dec and I've been up there maybe once. They have games like shuffleboard that you can rent lanes for. They also offer more cocktail like drinks so I'd recommend this level if you're less into beer. All three levels have excellent service. Definitely check them out if you're in town or in the area!

You can order food from a QR code on your table or at the bar. Nothing super crazy, but decent pizza and sandwiches. They've got a nice patio balcony as well. Check out the small bar for experimental pours - this past time there was a Dubai chocolate stout, and another time I had a divine apple pie ale. And don't forget the gift shop! The taproom itself is smallish but they do have a few tables and places to sit in the front, at the little bar area, and towards the back. And there is a little patio area that I've sat on when it's nice out. Service is great per usual. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They do have a few snacks for purchase but not a whole kitchen. You can bring food in from any of the nearby restaurants. They offer their award winning beer that is alway excellent. I love their hazy IPA's and the occasional stout that shows up. You can even purchase a 4 pack to go from the cooler. If you're in the Crossroads, definitely stop by and check out the new spot!
