Do you guys work on lowered cars? Went to a alignment shop they didn't fix my alignment at all. It was fine for one day and then steering wheel is tilted left going straight now smh.

They will align lowered cars. I know this answer is late, but to anyone else looking at this, they definitely will provide an alignment on lowered cars.

This past weekend, I panicked since I'm leaving for an extended work trip (1.5 months) which involves my heavily modded Subaru Forester and I had an axle issue days before I was supposed to leave. I texted Chris over the weekend and he said come to 1st Choice by 8:00am on Monday. I didn't have an appointment, and just showed up. And this isn't my style. I'm usually so highly organized and do my best to be respectful, schedule appointments, and go through the proper channels. But I woke up at 6:00am and was in Murrieta by 8:00am. I explained my situation and they were so accommodating and understanding and kind. It took all day but they helped me out and got my car back in good health and I'm so thankful they were cool with me just showing up. This shop is trustworthy, professional, and now is really familiar with off-roading and modded, lifted Subarus due to SubiWorks' and Chris' involvement. I only found out how bad of a job they did once I took the van to a mobility dealer for routine maintenance. They had to drop the subframe to install the transmission, and when they put the subframe back on they overtorqued the bolts and incorrectly installed the spacers. So now I have to have a body shop re-weld new nuts onto the subframe, costing me thousands of dollars. So, if they are magically still around, I would love to know!

He found out how much the battery was by calling the dealer, and some after market spots. He recommended that I DIY which I normally do with battery replacements. He even topped off my oil as it was a quart low. After I got the battery replaced at O'Reilly, I came back, Anthony ran the codes, and it was all clear and not indicating anything of concern. I will only go to this shop from now on, as Anthony seemed to really care, and go out of his way to assist me even though his shop got no monetary benefits this time around. I have lived in Temecula since 1994 and have done service all my life. I have only used Barney's once as I always had a company car and tires were free. This week I had to purchase 4 new tires for our 08' Explorer so I started digging online to find who/when/where. Good reviews to Barney's so I put them on the list of businesses to check out. By chance I was at Wal-Conglomeration and looked at their tires. They had me out the door @ $575 with their cheapest, unknown tire you can imagine. Seriously, it is a tire made only for them. Next day, I run over to Barney's and talk with Steve. He has me hooked up with some good quality tires (free road hazard included, raised white letters and 50K warranty) OTD for $625. I will always choose local businesses over others, but Barney's still gave me a much better product. Price/Availability alone was great, but the service is really why I write this. Over my many years of heavy driving and having vehicles break down, I have spent many hours numerous service shop lobbies while waiting for service and or repairs on my vehicles to get done. Either because of work or because of the bad timing of car failure's, I end up at some service door at 4:30-5:00 looking for help. They fit me in and tell me it will take 30-45 minutes but my car/truck would usually still be in their front parking lot after 1 hour. I wait for 2 more hours then finally get home in time to miss dinner (I do not like to miss dinner). So when I asked Steve if he had time to put the tires on (it is 4:48pm and they close 5:30) I fully expected a "not today". I would have been fine with that as,again, it was 4:48pm. He looked at his watch and said no problem. I give him my keys at 4:52pm and prepared to wait for 1.5-2 hours in their waiting room. 5:12....no crap here....5:12, EXACTLY 20 minutes later, he looks up and says i'm ready to go. Nah, he was talking to the guy next to me. No, you're ready to go he says. Really? Car pulled out, car in bay, car on racks, 4 wheels off, 4 tires taken off wheels, 4 new tires put on wheels, 4 wheels balanced, 4 wheels put back onto car, 4 wheels TPMS reset, car off rack, car test drove, car left in front parking lot ready to go. Car rides great, excellent balance. Flabergasted. I know exaclty where I am going next time I need tire service. read more

I've had such a great experience with Berney's Tire Shop. They are always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they take the time to really figure out what's going on with my tires instead of just pushing quick fixes. Every time I've come in, they go above and beyond to find the right part or solution I need, even when it's something a little harder to track down. The service is honest, fast, and reliable, and I always leave feeling taken care of and confident in the work they've done. The sensors on my tires came on and I stopped by Barney's as a walk in client. Not knowing if I needed a fixed tire or just air pressure. As a female, it's hard because sometimes companies take advantage when you don't know what you're doing and charge you for stuff you don't need. Not this team! Today I spoke to a guy name Wade with regards to my tire that had a nail on it. He was such a very nice guy giving me an honest suggestion on what's the best thing to do with my tire. I made a quick visit to the store and they fixed it without paying a single penny. I saved a couple of dollars with the help of Mr. Wade . I came to Barneys after leaving Discount Tire in Wildomar very displeased. From the moment I walked in Barneys was the best Tire shop I had ever been to. These guys do great work, turnaround time is reasonable (they are busy), competitive pricing, and no issues with custom wheels/tires/lifted vehicles. Walmart won't touch any aftermarket rims, Firestone couldn't mount a 19 inch tire on a 19 inch wheel for me because their machine isn't in working order (they claimed non-oem size), not a problem for Barney's. It was indeed superficial and didn't puncture the wall. They didn't charge me anything to look at it. I appreciate their assistance and their honesty. I'm sure other places would have charged me for 5 min of their time .

I'm looking forward to getting my neck said of rims and tires on my truck and I will definitely be doing business here. I highly recommend them everyone is great. I will be getting the fuel Blitz black gloss milled 18-in rims with a -12mm offset and Nitto G3 tires with the rough lugs to the outside. So get ready cuz I'm coming in the shop soon LOL.
