The didn't provide any receipt or feedback on checking any other items. They said it would be emailed to me but I haven't received it even a day later (I've checked my spam folder). To make matters worse, a little oil leak has developed below this vehicle that has NEVER leaked oil previously. I'm sincerely hoping it was just leftover drips that they didn't wipe up, but I'll have to keep monitoring it. My recommendation: make an appointment at some reputable mechanic shop instead of going here. More headache than the time savings was worth.

Last year, he decided to branch off and focus primarily on mods, custom builds, and speciality work on Subarus whiling changing the name of the business to RFC Industries. In doing this, he sold the service side (oil changes, tire rotations, basic repairs, etc.) of his business to 1st Choice Autoworks. So I've been coming to them for the non-off roading specific stuff that Chris still does for me. Luke and everyone else here is incredibly kind, knowledgable, and professional. This past weekend, I panicked since I'm leaving for an extended work trip (1.5 months) which involves my heavily modded Subaru Forester and I had an axle issue days before I was supposed to leave. I texted Chris over the weekend and he said come to 1st Choice by 8:00am on Monday. I didn't have an appointment, and just showed up. And this isn't my style. I'm usually so highly organized and do my best to be respectful, schedule appointments, and go through the proper channels. But I woke up at 6:00am and was in Murrieta by 8:00am. I explained my situation and they were so accommodating and understanding and kind. It took all day but they helped me out and got my car back in good health and I'm so thankful they were cool with me just showing up. This shop is trustworthy, professional, and now is really familiar with off-roading and modded, lifted Subarus due to SubiWorks' and Chris' involvement. The customer service was outstanding from the moment we called and then walked in. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. This is a franchise-owned location, we met the owners they absolutely exceeded out expectations. Their prices were also much more reasonable and fair than several of their competitors, which was a pleasant surprise. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and the service itself was excellent. They performed a tire rotation and balance on our lifted 4x4 Jeep Rubicon, and everything was completed quickly and professionally. It's refreshing to find a business that combines great customer service, fair pricing, and quality work. I went on the wrong day for my appt. at Carmax Service. I was desperate to get my car fixed due to…read morean upcoming business trip. The kind receptionist at Carmax Service referred me to this shop that is an authorized mechanic who works under Carmax's extended warranty program. Anthony efficiently ran the codes as my dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. The lights eventually went way, but after he ran them again, he recommended I get the battery replaced. He found out how much the battery was by calling the dealer, and some after market spots. He recommended that I DIY which I normally do with battery replacements. He even topped off my oil as it was a quart low. After I got the battery replaced at O'Reilly, I came back, Anthony ran the codes, and it was all clear and not indicating anything of concern. I will only go to this shop from now on, as Anthony seemed to really care, and go out of his way to assist me even though his shop got no monetary benefits this time around. But, he treated and handled my siutation in a manner that I was very pleased, so I will definitely go back.

My daughter got there at around 0830. They kept switching her to different lines and taking customers who got there after she did. She ended up leaving after 2 hours of waiting without an oil change. Going to start trying out other companies like Mobile1 or Take 5.
