My cousin is very clearly 21+ and forgot there ID at home, not expecting anything from it. As soon as they asked us for our tickets they demanded very rudely that we all show them our IDs. I completely respect a movie theaters right to ID, but the way they spoke to us all was VERY shocking. Isla was extremely rude. I don't like to complain about things because I understand working in customer service, I do myself. but there is absolutely NO reason to be that rude to people, especially when they aren't being rude to you. I'm hoping we just caught them on a bad day because we are not from here, but I am very disappointed, and frankly shocked. Will not be back.

I believe if they had two line going , running two registers the line for concessions would not have been such a long wait for the customers. I love the fact that this is a non-profit theater right on Main street as well. Unless you really want to see something in IMAX, I would skip, the huge, noisy, chaotic and expensive theaters for this one. You won't regret it!
