When I took my first few bites, I was transported back to the kitchen of an old Mexican friend. She used to make chile relleno and enchiladas that were an exact replica of Escobar's. You have to do your own bussing, and be prepared to sit down at a table that has not been wiped down. They need a larger staff in my view.
