My husband and I both got a sausage burrito, added avocado and jalapeño. They did forget the avocado unfortunately, but they were well portioned and hit the spot! Both came with salsa, a must, and sour cream, a nice touch. We also shared a cinnamon roll, which was fluffy, warm and massive! Topped with cream cheese frosting, as all cinnamon rolls should! & believe it or not, a chai latte...hah. It was delicious and topped with cinnamon! The total was 28 dollars, so pretty reasonable. They're located in the corner in a cute wooden trailer setup. They have a walk up and drive thru, though the windows are extremely high so it's little hard to tell. In addition, a small patio area to eat outside. It wasn't as quick as we were hoping for no one ahead of us, but still delicious and great option when in the area!

Homemade BBQ sauce! The slow-cooked pork is cooked for 14 hours! This is a woman who takes pride in her food and enjoys her job! Very nice servers too. Food is delicious! I ordered the BBQ salad with aforementioned shredded pork. What a masterpiece of a salad. Plenty of juicy shredded pork, lots of real bacon pieces, mixed greens, cheddar cheese, cabbage, tomatoes and onions in perfect harmony! Pour that BBQ sauce and ranch all over, and you have yourself just the ticket after hiking 7 miles! My hubby snagged the pork verde crepes which he loved too. Check out the pics! MeMe went out of her way to find me a size small t-shirt that is beautifully screenprinted with a design that celebrates both Zion Canyon and MeMe's! Check them out! Unfortunately, it was a tad too big for me but they probably have your size. The meal was very reasonable for Zion/Springdale. We ate at the Red Rock Grill at the Lodge the night before. This meal was superior and half the price. The menu here is creative and unique. I loved this lil café with a lot of clocks, a bit of funk, and a thoroughly engaging owner in MeMe herself!! Go here for a yummy dining adventure when you are sick of the same ole overpriced steak and fish.

There's no chains, no shortcuts just this small pocket of life, and somehow, a café serving burgers and tots if you're lucky, early, and patient enough to catch it right. It's not about how long it takes it's whether they're open, whether you beat the line, whether today's your day. After a long day in the canyon hiking, swimming, just soaking it all in coming back and getting something hot feels like striking gold. It's more than a meal; it's a brief return to civilization in a place that owes you nothing. The people are kind, the place is clean, and the fact that it exists at all, out there, is something special. In a place where you're completely out of your element, Supai Cafe isn't just convenient it's priceless.

You get good drinking water as well. The view out of the cafe is serene on one side and the other reminds of our past - a simple village with important amenities. I wish the vegetarian stuff were made separately without the incursion with meats because the hasbrowns smelled weird like they were cooked alongside the meats.

You remember those old Reese's Peanut Butter Cup commercials?…read more "Hey! You got your chocolate in my peanut butter!" "No, you got your peanut butter in my chocolate!" That's basically what happened here, except instead of chocolate and peanut butter, it was an art gallery and a gastropub. Somehow it works. The vibe here is funky in mostly the right ways. The decor has a yard sale chic aesthetic that's somehow carefully curated without looking like it tried too hard. The staff had just enough piercings and tattoos for me know they would love to talk to me about their record collections if I asked, and the whole place manages to feel both laid back and just upscale enough that you can justify ordering anything from a burger to what looked like a pretty respectable ribeye. I went with the Shroom, a portobello mushroom burger, and it was enjoyable. Tons of flavor, perfectly satisfying, and paired with one of the crispest side salads I've had in a while. Bonus points for the edamame. I will happily eat edamame in just about anything. Not with jello though. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals, although we collectively demonstrated the adventurous spirit of a group that mostly ordered the Pub burger. So I can't claim we've fully explored the menu yet. This just gives me an excuse to come back. Service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The only moment that caught me a little off guard was when the owner stopped by to let us know he had baseball cards for sale in one part of the restaurant, along with an upstairs gallery featuring local artwork. I felt like he might next open his coat to show me some watches. He's just down for the hustle I guess. The art ranged from "that's pretty nice" to "someone really, really loves painting Utah's red rocks." Most of it was priced well beyond what I was looking to take home, but honestly, I have to respect that they're giving local artists a place to showcase their work. So maybe I'm just being a little grumpy. Get off my lawn. By the way I'd be happy to eat here again

The restaurant was packed, so I was thrilled to try the food. As soon as I tasted the salsa, I couldn't help but tell my husband that this place was legit. I opted for the combo plate, featuring two enchiladas, one with chicken and green sauce, and the other with ground beef and red sauce, alongside a chile relleno. When I took my first few bites, I was transported back to the kitchen of an old Mexican friend. She used to make chile relleno and enchiladas that were an exact replica of Escobar's. The flavors were so authentic that I couldn't believe it! The overall experience was not only about the food but also the warm and friendly atmosphere. Dahlia, our waitress, the owner, the servers, and the woman at the checkout counter all exuded kindness and hospitality. It felt like we were in someone's home, enjoying a meal that filled our souls with joy. I'm already craving this place, and wish they would move to Texas. This place deserves more than 5 stars!

We stopped because the outdoor patio was full even though it was only 4pm. Our motto is, if the parking lot/patio is full, the food must be good. It proved true at Escobar's. We both enjoyed the chiles rellenos. They are made fresh to order and include a delicious sauce and onions, which is different than the ones we've had in Wickenburg and Phoenix, AZ. The rice and beans were also delicious and the prices are also very good. Although they serve bottled beer we settled for soda since we had a long drive ahead of us. Because the patio was full we ate inside. The dining room is bright and pleasant. Walls are filled with Mexican art. Service was quick and pleasant. This is definitely a great choice for Mexican food in Kanab, UT.
