I guess the pandemic is over.

Good sandwich, good coffee. The car line is slower than the line on the sidewalk, so I recommend parking and walking up. The English muffin breakfast sandwiches were very good. The food came out in about 10 minutes but everywhere in the town is busy.

Little magic stand! This little stand in Kanab is very pleasantly surprising when it comes to the quality of coffee, food and service it delivers. We were driving through the town and decided to have some coffee. When we saw the Sunny Creek Cafe stand, we pulled over. The nice lady who opened the window took our coffee order and disappeared! While she was gone we noticed the menu. Those who were not hungry noticed the cheese cake and a hungry member noticed a sandwich (do not remember which). When the nice lady re-appeared with our coffee we asked about the cheese cake and she assured us that it was homemade, so we ordered one and a sandwich. She laughed and disappeared again only to re-appear minutes later with our additional orders. We were initially going to drive somewhere such as a park or picnic area where we could get out of the car and eat and drink, but the food was so good that we did not wait! We just parked right there in the parking lot and happily gobbled everything down! Check this little magic stand if you ever go through Kanab!

This particular Wednesday morning, it was the only place open serving breakfast on our end of town. It's the food truck on the corner. Busy with a steady line of cars along one (parking lot) side. Luckily for those of us walking around town that blustery morning, there is also a walk-up window, along the sidewalk/street side, and it was manned by a lovely, sweet-natured young lady named Sequoia. She was ably helping the small family ahead of us , was polite, gracious, friendly and clearly used to out-of-town tourists who aren't familiar with the menu. We got the breakfast meal: sandwich plus drink I got the sausage-egg-cheese muffin. Delicious, not greasy. Not heavy in the gut. Hit the spot. My chai was soooo good Just the right amount of warmth to dispel the chill from walking around town that blustery morning, sweet and chockfull of mild spice: perfect. I almost went back for another My companion luvd his coffee. Seems like the locals know where the good stuff is at. That line was steady, but moved quickly. We drove past abt an hour later and so many cars were pulling into line. Great place!

This cafe is a trailer in a parking lot. There was no dine in, and there is one table for outdoor seating (good for 2 people). I am surprised that they have a lot of different variety of food and drinks as this is a small cafe. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, and a deluxe breakfast sandwich. They came out as if they were "smashed," and did not look appetizing. However, what lacked in appearance, made up in flavor! I highly recommend this place!

Definitely the best coffee spot in Kanab. I needed something to keep me awake since I was going to be doing some tours throughout the day. Luckily Sunny Creek coffee has plenty of delicious coffee drinks to choose from. They also have smoothies and refreshing drinks. I went with the White Praline which has caramel, white chocolate sauce, and butter pecan. I also had their breakfast burrito which comes with hash brown, egg, any choice of protein, cheese, and flour tortilla. The burrito was very fulfilling and prices are solid!

A very cute little food truck on the side of the road. This is a walk up place only. The service is fast and the employees are very friendly. They have an extensive menu but a lot of items were covered with tape, so don't decide what you want until you get there and see what they actually have. The bacon basic was pretty good. The bacon was crispy but not too crispy. I would order again. The iced butterscotch breve was not good. For almost $5 I was expecting it to be great. The cup was filled to the top with ice. Hardly any coffee and the coffee that was in there was weak. I ordered butterscotch and I couldn't taste it. Overall wouldn't go back

Best vegetarian sandwich ever. I miss it! If I was there now I'd have it again. Great service and clean food

The AMAZING avocado toast with a great latte! Favorite way to start the day!!

We've been super happy with this spot lately, nice hot lattes! Best avocado toast I've had. The service is great too! Nice work ladies!! Clean and roomy inside. Great spot overall. Parking can be a mess sometimes but everything else is perfect!!! Over the past few months 3 stars changed to 5 for me

Little log cabin just waiting for you!

Eat drink and get caffeinated local I say. This is Kanab's secret coffee heaven! What a find- and it wasn't mine! With the help of another yelper... found this little gem on our way home. She's nestled right under a tree in a parking lot right before or after you round the corner in Kanab opposite the Sinclair (green dinosaur) gas station off 89. NOT just coffee either- tons of flavors, teas, a few sandwiches, even soup, breakfast items and yup I had to try the homemade peach cheesecake at 10am- amazing! Donuts were already sold out. Cheesecake... So lite - I'm sure it's calorie-free ("lolololol) same with that 6"x6" cinnamon roll loaded with frosting! So glad i found it and stopped! Coffee- I tried "The York" mocha mint.... um she has the chain out there beat!

Deluxe croissant with bacon and 16oz Maple Orange Latte.

Stopped by on our first morning in Kanab. Service was quick and friendly. I got a Maple Orange latte and the deluxe croissant with bacon. My husband got a York Latte and the breakfast burrito with bacon. We both really really loved our coffees. The food was simple, but still really good. If weather permits, we highly recommend eating at the tables they have outside - the view made everything even better.

    Cutest little stand

As a Seattle native who moved to Utah, I have been extremely disappointed with the coffee in this state. This amazing coffee stand has completely won my heart and my taste buds. The quality of the espresso shots, the amount of half&half with the coffee and the added flavors are absolutely perfect. And to top it off, the women who own this stand are completely amazing! If I didn't live all the way in Salt Lake City, I would be here every day. I can't wait for our next vacation down here so I can have this amazing coffee again!

I came here for their giant cinnamon rolls. Apparently they are a southern Utah tradition and I loved every bite! Worth the stop!

The guy at the register was helpful in a genuine way- poor dude is sporting a shoulder injury, but didn't slow him down. I got the Cuban steak plate with the grilled onions, which was amazing! Only complaint is the beans were more liquid than beans, but there are never enough beans for me and they were flavorful. I poured the sauce on my rice and ate every bite. The tres leches is beyond amazing though! It's soaked, but not soggy with cinnamon on top. I got it to go and gave my boyfriend exactly one bite then claimed it all for myself. They also have a pay it forward wall where you can give an amount of money for people experiencing a hard time. While I was there someone came in asking to wash dishes for some food and the register guy made sure he saw the cards and got fed. That is something special for this business to not only not look over those in need, but go out of their way to take care of them. It really says a lot about the kindness of owners and employees.

I didn't expect to see Cuban food in the middle of Utah, yet here we are. Grab a menu from the counter and have a seat or just order. Between the four of us we had: 1. Cuban Pork plate - tender pieces of roasted pork with rice and black beans. 2. The Smothered Burrito - a stuffed burrito covered with cheats sauce. My buddy had this and ate it heartily. The only comment I received from him was that it was very good. 3. Steak sandwiches- Slices of tender sirloin steak, wrapped in deliciousness. 4. I had the double western cheese burger. Two patties, cheese, bacon and an onion ring. It was very good but a little over cooked for me. All in all we enjoyed the location, the service was very helpful and attentive. Find yourself in Kanab, try them out. Michael C. - Georgetown, Tx.

Pistachio Chicken: The chicken breast was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a thin, crispy crust that was especially impressive. The sauce blended the mild aroma of Poblano chili, the creamy richness of butter, and the unique fragrance of herbs. Most precious was the pistachio aroma, both vibrant and subtle, without overpowering or masking the other flavors, creating a delicate balance. Even the saltiness was just right, subtle and delicate. The surface was garnished with pico de gallo, fresh, sweet, tangy, and spicy, balancing the potential heaviness of the sauce. The asparaguses were also very fresh, with a natural fragrance, but perhaps a little too mild with the sauce. Kanab Cowboy Ribs: The pork ribs were slow-cooked and roasted until they were so tender that they easily fell off the bone, offering no resistance when cutting into them. The homemade barbecue sauce coated it thickly, rich and sweet, with an authentic American barbecue flavor. It might be a bit too sweet for most Chinese palates, but I thought it was quite good. The agave mustard vinaigrette seemed more decorative; I nearly couldn't really taste it. Lemon Sorbet: Homemade sorbet, offering the most soulful finish. It was breathtakingly beautiful at first glance; the simple white porcelain plate and glass were limpid and elegant, perfectly matching the sorbet's style. Unlike typical sorbets that emphasize extreme acidity, this restaurant took a different approach, with a gentle, even subtle, acidity that brings out the natural, lively fragrance of lemon, like Lolita's touch through pale silk. The texture was also delicate and smooth, without any ice crystals. Everyone was captivated; some even ordered an extra to take away. The restaurant claims that ingredients come from its organic garden. This might be a pointless gimmick, but the cooking and presentation of the dishes conveyed a consistent level of refinement and care, making it all the more valuable.
