In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Josh consistently goes above and beyond every single time I visit. Whether I'm shopping for a suit, dress shirts, shoes, accessories, or just looking for advice on what works best, Josh always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. He's knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about helping his customers look their best. He never makes you feel rushed and always provides honest recommendations that fit your style and budget. What really stands out is that he remembers his customers and builds relationships, which is rare these days. Every visit feels welcoming and personalized. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and represents the Men's Wearhouse brand exceptionally well. If you're visiting this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Josh. He has made every experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Josh, for consistently delivering an outstanding experience year after year!

We come to this location whenever my husband needs nice jackets, sports coats, or business attire…read more This weekend we specifically came in to shop for sports coats for upcoming business trips, and we actually ended up purchasing even more because of the great deals available. The main reason we continue coming back to this store is because of Chris. He previously helped my husband and my dad with suits for our son's wedding, and ever since then we always look for him when we visit. My husband is 6'7", so finding the right sizes and fit can be difficult, but Chris is always incredibly helpful, creative, patient, and friendly. He truly provides outstanding customer service. During this visit, while I was walking around the store, I overheard two employees talking about Chris and saying he needed to stay at the register instead of helping customers on the floor. Honestly, that was disappointing to hear because Chris is the one employee who is approachable and genuinely engaged with customers. The rest of the staff often seem inexperienced, unwelcoming, or simply fail to acknowledge customers altogether. We also learned there have been some organizational changes requiring employees to remain behind the registers. With all due respect, employees like Chris should not be restricted from helping customers on the sales floor. He is the reason loyal customers like us continue returning to this location. Otherwise, we would honestly drive to the Inland Empire location just to work with Hamid again, whom we also miss at the Mission Viejo store. While we were checking out, two additional customers were standing there waiting for quite some time without assistance or even acknowledgment. One customer repeatedly asked for help just to complete payment. Honestly, I would have walked out. A simple greeting, acknowledgment, or smile goes a very long way, even during busy times. My feedback would be: * Allow strong customer service employees like Chris to continue helping regular customers on the floor. * Provide additional customer service training to employees. * Encourage staff to be more approachable, friendly, and attentive to customers. Most importantly, we will continue to give high praise to Chris. He represents what great customer service should look like, and quite frankly, some of the staff could learn from him. He would make an excellent manager.

This is mainly due to never finding the sizes I want in-store or online. It isn't caused by me needing to wear obscure sizes. Quite the opposite and that's the problem. I might find something I like but the items are sold out in my size or unavailable regardless of whether it's full-priced or on sale. I hate even looking through their stores or bother purchasing anything online. It's just disappointing. All the colors or items I want are never available! For instance,I didn't think wanting a shirt in size medium was too much to ask for. Their return process is not at all helpful for the consumers either. So I hesitate to buy anything. The app is clunky and not very user intuitive either. According to my mom, who is a petite woman weighing less than 75lbs and less than 5ft tall, it's the best store ever. She can find all the XXS, XS, and S items that most adults past the age of 8yo cannot fit in. And just with the fact that the sizing itself runs small to begin with already compounds the issues. It's really too bad because the actual textile itself and the designs are appealing and long lasting.

Short and sweet visit on lunch break resulted in yet another Uniqlo purchase. Constant collabs can be expected, right now one of them is with J.W. Anderson, which may be on your FYP. Right now, customer service is very good as the new-ish store tries to last and profit in The Shops at Mission Viejo, which is no small feat. They may prevail because the cost of their merchandise is reasonable and the quality is there.
