Absolutely love the pizza here and the prices are pretty good depending on what you get. My personal favorite is the Kona Pizza! I feel like the flavors compliment each other very well and result in a delicious experience! My only complaint is their wings, they aren't bad by any means but they are definitely not my favorite. It could also be due to personal preference since I tend to prefer saucer wings which these typically aren't. I will say the flavor of the sauce options available are good though! read more

So far have had them twice and both times have been great! 1st time had some basics, pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza, both great! Second time we got the veggie pizza and the mega meat. The veggie is super delicious and packed with veggies! I actually also got extra cheese on the veggie and def recommend that. My bf loved the mega meat and will be getting that again! So far we have also tried 4 different flavors of wings. We tried the garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, honey bbq and mango habanero. The garlic parmesan so far is our favorite. It had so much flavor and a great amount of sauce. It's always a bummer when you get a saucy flavor with barely any sauce, that wasn't the case here. The wings weren't small either, great size! Awesome service from Brandon, thank you for being kind and helpful. He made sure to go over the sauces and options. He confirmed our order and it was brought out fairly quickly. The food tasted good. We ordered large pepperoni pizza, garlic cheese bread, boneless wings and mozzarella sticks. The only thing I can maybe say is the wings could have been more evenly coated, some had sauce some did not. Other than that it was a great experience. Ordered about 40 bucks worth of wings last night, which gave my boyfriend and I a huge stomach ache, although we didn't immediately correlate it with the wings. Upon heating them up for lunch the next day (today), I realized they were undercooked inside. This was disappointing, as the sauce had been really good and I was looking forward to them. When I originally called the store, the manager was skeptical of my complaint, as they supposedly have a very thorough cooking process. After emailing him some pics of my chicken (as shown here), he offered me a replacement or credit (I chose credit, although next time, I'll stick with pizza!) Would give 0 stars if I could. 1. They messed up our order 2. The celery that I took a bite out of was DIRTY. Literally had DIRT COVERING a portion of it. We called, they made new food... to which my husband had to spend ANOTHER 45 minutes driving to go pick up. You would THINK they would give our money back... NOPE. Called, they said the wings were still there - told nothing else; offered nothing else. Drove back to pickup - given the wings - ice cold - saw they were kept on a basic shelf - not warming area at all. Looked at counter person and they said nothing. Asked to see the manager. Finally he came out and apologized. Said he would get us some new wings. took quite a while to get the new ones. Since I've moved out here Barro's has been my go to pizza place. But about a couple weeks ago I ordered a pizza and wings for a carry out I was on lunch and wanted to save time. But didn't think to double check my order since they seem to get it right but when I opened my the box at work it was the wrong one it had bacon which I couldn't eat since I'm allergic and I didn't have time to go pick up another one, so I called and spoke to a manager (of course didn't get a name) and was told that I would get credited back to my account but so far I have received no refund what so ever. read more

First and last time there. So totally disgusted with our experience. Arrived there and went up to the counter with my family. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Ordered a pizza, three subs,a salad, and 1 spaghetti. After making our rounds in the dining room, almost all the tables were broken or wobbly. We finally sat in a booth. About 10 minutes in they brought the pizza. So after waiting about 15 minutes on our other food., we asked the waitress about the remaining order, which she stated that she would check on. Another five minutes went by and I see the waitress joking around in the front and still no food. She comes back through, and again I asked where our orders were, she said there was a problem with the printer, which didn't make any sense, and she stated she would get it right out. After waiting 40 to 45 minutes still no food other than the original pizza. Next time she came through I asked to speak to the manager. He came out we explained what happened. He seemed shocked that the other food was not out. He assured us that it would all be right out and refunded the meals. After about another 10 minute wait, the waitress came out with half of what we ordered. She walked back in the kitchen, and I expected her to come back out with the rest. Wrong. Nothing! But this time I was pretty pissed, I walked up front ask for the manager, and he came out and asked how the food was? Seriously! We didn't get half of it! He asked if I wanted it to go? Yeah. I went to this place to celebrate my son's birthday after watching a movie. WOW, this place turned out to be a nightmare, we were told "30 Minutes" until we would receive our wings & pizza. NOT TRUE! We got our wings within 15 minutes of arriving.(THANK YOU) We were enjoying our beer and talking with our sons about the movie we had just viewed, we were still happy and looking forward to our food. Well, 60 minutes later, we're thirsty and would like more drinks and some water. The line is all the way out the door and its not moving, they have one poor kid working the cash register and all of the other kids look scared and are scrambling around trying to get the pizza's done. All the tables have people looking hungry, and tired of waiting. The rest are dirty and piled high with leftovers. To make a LONG story, short. It took almost and 1 1/2 hours before we got drinks, pizza and water. We ate, we left and I won't go back. I will say, the young adults that were working on this night, you are amazing! When all the other kids your age are out celebrating you chose to be responsible and work. You were kind and professional! You had a lot of angry faces but you managed to keep your cool. That was the BEST part about this place, your employees are SUPERSTARS! OH, the pizza was great once we received it. We really do have a shortage of employees, I'm going to be staying home and cooking for a long time or until this mess clears up. read more

My favorite pizza spot since I moved to Phoenix. Every time I order from here I'm always satisfied and full. My favorite is the mega meat pizza. It's loaded with all my favorite meats. Slices so big you don't need much to full you up. The cheese bread is also delicious. I recommend this over the other chains in the area. read more

Exceptional pizza! This little place was jam packed on a Saturday night for carry out. It took an hour for the pizza to be ready but SO worth it. The group got the sweet chili Asian boneless wings, garlic bread with cheese and an extra large pepperoni pizza. What can I say...the wings were spicy and hit the spot, the bread was perfectly salty and crispy, and the pizza was so gooey and crust was perfect to dip in a side of marinara. Place an order for pickup for pizza and wings. They did have the order ready as when they said they were. Got the pizza home and it still tasted very delicious. Left my table to use the restroom and take a call, but when I returned my table was cleared off and with it more than half my pizza & wings. The employee that cleared the table did apologize, but offered zero resolution to the fact that more than half my food was thrown away. I love Barro's pizza, but won't be coming back after that. Yes, it was a mistake, but the fact that they just tossed half my meal is extremely upsetting. I left to use the bathroom, not vacuum my car at the nearest car wash.
