This little bagel shop is in Clay Terrace outside mall. The parking is limited as there are several other stores within a small block. I walked in and they seemed surprised. I'm guessing most customers use the app to order. Hmm? The place is clean and the guy behind the counter was friendly. They open early at 6:30 am until 2:00 pm. I ordered a chocolate chip bagel and it was soft, but I'm not sure what they use for chocolate chips. The chocolate chips didn't resemble a chocolate chip or even a melted one. I dunno it was pretty good though. 1 bagel was 3.00 with butter. And I believe they used real butter. Average.

We needed a bagel shop close by so I was happy to learn about Barry's Bagels in Clay Terrace. They started as a family-owned business 50 years ago, but I'm not sure which state they originated. Recently, franchises have started to pop-up around the Midwest and this location in Carmel is the first in Indiana. When you walk up to the store, you can see bagels baking in an oven through the window. If you're lucky, you can even see the bagels being made. Inside, the shop is upscale (brand spanking new). You order at the counter and wait for your bagel to be ready. (Or you order on-line for pick up). There are a couple tables and a set of comfy lounge chairs. We stopped by for bagels and cream cheese for a late breakfast. They offer traditional flavors - plain, asiago cheese, everything, etc and several flavors of cream cheese - plain, strawberry, chive, etc. I got the everything bagel, tasted with chive cream cheese. The bagel was soft with lots of soft cream cheese. They have an extensive bagel-related menu offering breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads and a couple soups. They also have several coffee options. Prices are reasonable. They also offer Junior sizes for the kids and cater. While I was there, the assistant manager took orders and prepared the bagels and the general manager was in the back making bagels. They were friendly and patient as we learned the menu. They were making an effort to meet and welcome customers. The parking is very limited. We had to park across the street and walk.

Tiramisu coffee! Delicious bagels, super nice staff. I came over before work one morning and had a nice exerpeince grabbing a bagel to go along with my coffee. Got an everything bagel with cream cheese. I'm just happy there is a bagel place now in Carmel! They also have bagel sandwiches! Breakfast and lunch! Cannot wait to go back and try more !

Having grown up in Brooklyn I'm always on the lookout for a good Bagel and schmear. Opening up a hot minute ago I decided to buy a dozen and check out their fare. I arrived in the middle of lunch with a substantial line and was told by the owner to download the app, it may be quicker for a dozen. It was. Downloaded, ordered and out the door before the queue moved a couple of spots. Pro Bagels: tasty, fresh, seasoned well, good skin on them, a bit undersized but not everyone makes NY sized bagels. Con- growing pains, new employees. A dozen (13) is not 11 so the pups went without their plain bagels. Also check which size schmear is purchased. Other than the growing pain I will definitely try them again.

Who's been waiting for a bagel shop to open in Carmel!? Meeeee! Made to order bagels, all different types and flavors, regular bread as well. They have a rewards program and we signed up since there was a pretty long line, but new spot and made to order, you're expected to be more patient and kind to the workers. Along with bagels, they have a cookie and sweet counter, take away salads and drinks and even a Bagel hot dog! Julienna greeted and thanked people for their patience- which is really the only necessary acknowledgment needed. There are a few tables in the back to dine in, but majority people I saw took their order to go. The menu is listed on the 4 tvs above the counter - here's hoping Barry Bagels stays!

Saw their ad on Instagram and decided to stop by today! I love bagels and was excited to see a bagel shop open up close to home. I think it's closer to 3.5 stars, but yelp doesn't allow half stars, but not quite a 4 yet. The bagels were good, chewy, but the presentation and service could improve. You go in, order, and they recite your order back to you (required some repeating). There's a lot to choose from, but there were also made to order, pre-decided sandwiches as well. I'll stop by again for just a bagel and cream cheese, but will pass on the bagel sandwiches. My husband wasn't satisfied with his bagel sandwich either. There were a lot of pickup orders though! And I heard the lines/wait can get long so order online if you are short on time. But it also looked like some online ordering people had to wait a bit for their orders also.

Went to Barry Bagels' grand opening today and was very excited to try this new bagel joint! I got a breakfast bagel, but I will definitely be back to try a lunch sandwich and soup next time! Though there was a long wait, I'm sure once they get the hang of things there will be less traffic inside. All the employees were very friendly and they made sure to make it a great experience!

I'm so excited to have a great bagel shop in Carmel! I have made several visits for both breakfast, lunch, and take home bagels. The bagels are great and the main attraction! I love that they have a great salt bagel. The staff is friendly and the service has improved since they opened. The weekends are pretty busy, so anticipate having to wait a bit. The wait is definitely worth it. There is a small seating area inside as well as tables outside.

We mobile ordered 30 minutes prior to when we wanted to pick up. Our food was ready on time and pick up was quick and easy. Both bagel sandwiches were delicious! We both felt the sandwiches were a little "wet" likely due to condensation from a hot sandwich being wrapped in foil. Overall very yummy! We're excited to have a bagel shop close by and will definitely be back!

Açaí was decent, but there's better options in HamCo. Having never been here before, I asked several questions and the two ladies working were very knowledgeable and helpful as I was contemplating what my tastebuds wanted versus what options were available. I loved that they will do the bowl in a cup, if requested. That's much more driver-friendly because you can just pop it into the cup holder. Love it!!! My green smoothie with oat milk was ahhh-mazing! So smooth and refreshing. Perfectly sweetened with agave. Probably my favorite green smoothie to date! I love there's no dairy. Almond and oat milk are used, instead. I'll definitely be back!

I discovered them on a Wednesday and Saturday, today, I was there. I'm currently in my bowl era and I love it here!!!! This place is the perfect place. I almost felt like I was cheating on my other two bowl spots. But it's a must that I make room for this one. In fact, one has dropped down a spot. Ha! Great service from the time you're spotted in line! You're free to try any of the bases. And they have quite a few to choose from! Everything is fresh! No dairy! When you see milk on the menu, it's almond milk. I love the fact that you can see everything. The fruits are fresh and it's almost like an assembly line. They offer like 6, I believe, signature bowls or you can create your own. There's three sizes to choose from; small, regular and large. They also offer some coffee, smoothies and energy drinks. And a very small sandwich selection. When you walk in, it's open and airy. Smells very clean. There are tables to dine in. I will be downloading the app! Go ahead and get baptized soon at Bowlify. You won't be disappointed. See you sooner than later. I just might be returning tomorrow. Yes, it's that good!

The yogurt is really good and the fruit was really fresh so really good parfait. The skill that I tried was just OK. It probably would've been better if it had been heated up. The best thing is it's in this cute old house with a huge porch. You can sit inside or outside. They will bring you your food wherever you sit. I met up with my family for brunch, and we were all in a waffle kind of mood. I ordered the banana granola waffle and it was next-level good! The waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and layered with just the right balance of sweetness and texture from the ample amount of bananas, whipped cream, and granola. Paired with a cinnamon maple latte? I was one deep breath away from writing a personal thank-you letter to the hands that prepared that plate! But honestly, one of the best parts of the visit was the energy. The woman running the register was giving full-on main character vibes. You could tell immediately she wasn't just taking orders--she was living the dream. The care. The joy. The way she engaged every single customer. That kind of presence can't be faked. It felt like ownership--even if it wasn't, it carried that level of pride and purpose. The indoor seating is cozy (read: tight but charming), but there's plenty of outdoor seating and as Indiana finally remembers what sunshine feels like, this is going to be the spot. Perfect for lingering over a latte, reading a book, or catching up with a good friend. Come for the coffee. Savor a waffle. Watch out for the redhead!

As bad as that was, I had it worse. She dumped the medium drink into a cup and just handed it to me. I asked her to top it off (after all, I ordered a large), and she said it was almost to the top of the large cup. I asked her again to top it off.
