The only miscalculation? It was freezing outside. And inside. They don't run the heater, so it was absolutely frigid. Eating an ice-cold açaí bowl in Arctic conditions is a bold lifestyle choice. That's on me. My one note: I wish they mixed the ingredients better. I understand the aesthetic--smooth base, perfectly placed toppings, very Instagram. But they fill it to the brim, which makes mixing it yourself nearly impossible without creating a scene. Still delicious. Just a structural critique. I had water. It was quiet. Calm. Efficient. It was also very pricey. Almost $20 all in for what felt like a small meal--though you could argue it was technically a full one.
