Denied my child's appointment and asked us to reschedule because we were 10 minutes late. I understand schedules are important, but traffic can be unpredictable; especially with heavy congestion or accidents. My child was already there and it was a simple service, so I feel they could have still provided care instead of turning us away. This place is just behind your money. They insisted and insisted for me to make an appnt. I explained to 4 different girls that I was experiencing pain and when I finally scheduled an appointment. Took the day off for this and I arrive to my appointment and they don't see anyone but for braces. They could have told me this the previous 4 times I spoke to them. So frustrating and then the manager Vanessa didn't even apologize so unprofessional. Said we don't take the calls the call center does. Blamed them for the mistake. The front desk lady as rude. Even after I told them I was referred by another doctor they said we don't know that doctor or office. So ungrateful. Still billed my insurance as a no show because of their mistake. Run!!! At almost 19, my son needed braces. Dr Lili was recommended by his regular dentist. We recieved a consult quickly. Dr Lili went over all of our options, due to my son still having one primary tooth. Beware of their financial/billing department. They messed up on multiple payment's and tried to continually bill for payments that were already received. Then they wanted to continue to collect payments during Covid while they're shut down and not servicing our children's braces. My son's appliance in his mouth was broken for month's and his braces were not even doing anything and they wanted to charge me for those months. Absurd. The girls that answer the phone are very rude. When you have an issue they put rude notes in the computer bad mouthing you and then you can see their rude notes about you when they pull up your file. We were referred by our dentist to this clinic for my son's orthodontic treatment. When we came to our first appointment I saw the name of my son listed on the board near the reception area and we felt welcome in this place. The clinic is clean, big, with coffee and tea area for the guest while waiting. Spoke with Vanessa and she is amazing, answered my questions and fix other things for me. She goes beyond and above that's a very good customer service . My son wants to recognize Javier. He is so friendly and answered all his questions. He is very detail. I believe this company has networks of company but the Anaheim Office. I am disappointed as far as scheduling is concerned we are asking for them for little favor to adjust the time of arrival of my sons scheduled visit. We were denied and we were scheduled for another three months. When they first talked to us, they said, scheduling will not be a problem "They said the accommodate and we will be flexible based on our needs but when we need it, they will give us a hard time getting appointments that we wanted so this company is advertising false statement based on the actual assessment. First time, we asked for a favor. but they were overly difficult for the most part . it's the scheduling people that's making it harder and when you are there in their office you got a wait for so long but then they don't say a word about you when your treatment was overly delayed. It seems to me as customers that I was obliged to their ways rather than they will cater to us as a good customer for since we pay every visit though I recognized the specialty and the profession that this office has to offer. I'm giving them a one star for poor customer service. They should Walk the talk and to be true to what they said during the sale pitch. Do what they promised during patient agreement. read more

Worse service!!! My son is having a treatment there and after I finished with my payments, they don't care about his appointments anymore, they just cancel his appointments because "they said", it was the system not us, but they don't even follow his treatment, they don't care if he needs to come back soon and they didn't call me to make sure I need to reschedule, they just care about the money and after you pay, they will not care about your patient... Im really disappointed, I will never recommend it to nobody, instead I will say; once you pay in full for the treatment, they ignore you, they cancel your appointments, they don't call you to follow with the treatment... Also, I called to get an appointment for my son and they gave one until November!!! because they don't open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday!!! So, when are they supposed to attend the patient? read more

Transferred both of my children receiving treatment from Santa Ana to this new locations because it's literally two minutes from my house. This office is so nice and parking is a breeze. Of course, they have the same coffee machine/complimentary cookies while you wait as their Santa Ana office. At the Santa Ana location we made appointments on Saturdays since it was kind of a drive from our house and sometimes it was hit or miss as far as the wait times (Saturdays are very busy) but now I'm able to take my children during the week when they have minimum school days; they don't miss school and we avoid the Saturday crowd. So I went to this location for a consultation in March of last year because I wanted to get some braces. First they did the "Super advanced CT Scan" that they highly advertise (every good ortho has these now). I then had the consultation with the doctor at the time (who quit a few months after) and when she reviews my mouth she literally told me that I could not get braces unless I have two supernumery teeth extracted at an Oral Surgeon. So Lili & associates didn't do anything to my mouth, other than take the CT scan. I went back to my primary dentist and they referred me to an Oral Surgeon. After getting an additional CT scan at the Oral Surgeon, they gave me a quote of $1400 for the complicated extraction. This was back in April of 2019. It's now Jan 2020 and I've been getting collection letters from Lili & associates saying I owe $1,820. I was confused when I saw this. I just called them and told them about the bill I received did not correspond to the CT Scan I got. That's when the girl on the phone checked my account and confirmed that I only had to pay the CT Scan ($350) since I did not continue with the treatment plan (since it's been a year). Again, I was confused because I had originally paid using my insurance. That's when she put me on hold again to confirm this. She then comes back on the line to tell me that I I'm correct and only have to pay $53 as a copay. So either, their billing department has been sending me an incorrect letter for months or they're trying to steal money from patients who don't check. I'm about to get my teeth extracted this week, and will have to continue with my braces treatment... but idk if I can trust Lili & Associates financially anymore. So I'm erring on the side of finding a different orthodontic Office. read more

They only care about money. I did not have a treatment with them because they wanted to force me do both Invisalign arches even though I only need it for the upper side. I consulted other doctors and ended up not doing it with dr. Lille office. Dr. Grace. If you can do one side with metallic braces why not doing it also one side of Invisalign. The treatment price would not change too if I only ask for one side of Invisalign. $4175 either i decide to wear both or not. On the other hand they can do it for a metal brace with price cut. What kind of logic is this. Also the staff there is very rude. Named jessica one of the nurses wanted to take pictures of my teeth when i was waiting to talk to the doc even before i sign the contract or decide which type i want. Having a degree and working does not promote you to a higher level than patient. Many patients are nurses and doctors and have a high social level and more respectful. I strongly advise the clinic to promote ethic and moral and respect values. read more
