Had another really good experience at Bartisan! I've been here before and have always enjoyed it, but this visit was especially great. The food was excellent, and the strawberry drink from the bar was amazing--really refreshing and one of the best drinks I've had there. I also have to mention the jam burgers, which are seriously awesome and definitely worth trying. Everything came out tasting fresh, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the overall experience was great from start to finish. Definitely a place I would recommend if you're looking for good food, great drinks, and something a little different!

Service was excellent! We wanted to check this place out & had a great time! The bartenders were both very attentive and kind. The restaurant is larger than we expected and has outdoor patio seating for when the weather warms up! There is a large bar (maybe like 12 chairs??) with comfortable seats and hooks for purses- I appreciate that! We enjoyed a couple of the happy hour drinks (Sunset Bliss with Rum- sweet & Sangrita) and had to try a drink on their regular menu. The chicken schwarma rolls were so cute, pretty good too! Fun place with plenty of free parking, away from downtown Plymouth.

After a second visit, I have to update my review as the service was exceptional, yet again. Our server, I failed to get her name, was lovely and attentive and gave fantastic recommendations. We ordered SO MUCH FOOD! Shishito peppers Ahi tuna Falafel sliders Beef sliders Shawarma rolls BBQ chicken flatbread Chicken, Strawberry, Goat Cheese flatbread ...and one of each dessert. Every bite was exceptional! My guy Mohammed was there again, and I thanked him again for his assistance earlier in the week. The owner, Jad, recognized one of my friends as a former classmate, so he came and socialized with us for a while. He shared with us an exceptional shot of tequila, which we all enjoyed so much that we ordered another round. (And took a pic so we knew what to buy at the store!) There was a DJ starting at 8pm that was alarmingly loud while we were trying to socialize, but the more the drinks flowed, the more we enjoyed it! He played GREAT music and the vibes were immaculate. I'm so happy to have this place in Plymouth and cannot wait to come back again.

Sort of surprised by all of the great reviews. Decided to get delivery tonight, figured I would try it out since my bf has raved about it. Horrible disappointment. We ordered the truffle fries and the Schwarma rolls. I liked the concept but for the price you don't get much. Oh, and they didn't bother to put a lid on the sauce so it arrived completely covered. The fries were okay. Everything was cold. I'LL pass next time.

One of the newest bars and restaurants in Plymouth! Located near Downtown Plymouth on Ann Arbor Road next to Red Olive. Ample parking! Great option outside of DTP! The restaurant is spacious and well designed! There is a space for live music too! This restaurant opened about 3 weeks ago. Nice to see how busy it got! We came here with friends so we were able to try more small plates. Small plates, but portions are so big! Great for sharing. I ordered the dusty rose to start. Tequila based cocktail with a rose ice cube. Love the attention to detail! For small plates, we ordered the Hawaiian chicken skewers, baba ganoush, caprese flatbread, avocado egg rolls, and the waffle fries. So much food for the four of us. We ordered many of the drinks on the menu. So good! The bartisan is smoked with blueberry jam in the ice cube. Since the restaurant is new, they are working out new business kinks. Our server was so nice, but took awhile to get drinks. We will be back!

This was our first visit here. We arrived at 5pm for happy hour. We asked to be seated in the couch sections and we were accommodated. FYI-normally those areas require a reservation. We were approached right away and our drink order was placed. We ordered appetizers, volcano shrimp, gyro feta flatbread. Our food was very good and plentiful. Our server was conscientious and always asking if we needed anything else. We would definitely recommend Bartisan and we will be back. The space is a nice size, very comfortable and the music at a level where you can still have a conversation.

The ambiance and theme of the bar is really what sets it apart. There is a bookshelf wall stocked with vinyl and a DJ was spinning vinyl (I don't know the technical terms) - it was so unique and fun! The marquee boards above the vinyl shelves had song lyrics and I was excited about the Good Charlotte one. It was unique and the vibes were immaculate - retro while feeling modern. The service was fantastic - let us chat away and popped in periodically to make sure we were good. I definitely recommend going out of your way for this one - so fun!

Everyone was so friendly, and they checked on us throughout our meal without being overbearing. The patio is beautiful, and the atmosphere is really what makes this place stand out. Between the setting and the creative menu, it's a fun spot to try at least once. That said, the menu is pretty limited, so I'd probably come more for the ambiance than the food. Though, they do have my favorite style French fry! And the smash burger was pretty good. I'd definitely visit more often if they expanded the menu with a few more options. Not sure I'll come too often with their current menu options.

This is a perfect place for apps/drinks! A few of my girlfriends and I spent NYE night here, early on in the evening and it was wonderful. The bartenders treated us so special and we loved the vibe. There's live music on certain nights which we were happy to experience while we were there! I highly recommend this spot for a gathering with friends or intimate date because the atmosphere is on point! This is also right next to the Sidecar Slider Bar which features a bit less expensive drinks and more of a sports bar vibe so although they are very different it was super fun to spend time at both in one night and have two totally different experiences!

We like Sidecar a lot, but won't be returning to Shift.

I like the moderate and healthier portion of the plate. I found new modern American restaurants are gradually trending to a smaller sized dishes. Many desserts here seem to be instagram worthy and the cocktail here can be eye candies sometimes. Ambiance: Ambiance is one of the reasons make up to the 5 star rating of this place. This is one of the restaurants in Plymouth has the decor embracing modern upscale feel which is my cup of tea. The tree in the middle of room gives you an outdoor ambiance while enjoying the inside comfort. Service: Nothing stand out but the service is mostly prompt and well staffed. Final verdict: I've come here for three birthday celebrations, and previously they gave birthday person a free cake, a free Polaroid phot as souvenir and even a wine opening gift sets one time, but this year I got nothing! That's a disappointing downgrade, but overall, still a great spot to visit in downtown Plymouth for a meal, a drink or just a sweet!

She's attentive and on it, the rest of the staff made sure our dishes were cleared, drinks were topped off. The G.O.A.T., Fat-sar and truffles were all underwhelming for me. Their tomahawk steaks are huge, table next to us got two cut up table side. You can smell the smoke flavor from the old fashioned drinks as soon as you walk in the door.
