I was surprised how busy this place was on a Wednesday night, would definitely recommend making reservations! It has a clean, upscale aesthetic but not so much so that you wouldn't be able to bring kids. I found the prices to be reasonable for the high quality of food as well. My friend and I sat at the bar and they were swamped with orders from the rest of the restaurant (pretty big place) but we got our food in decent time. The bartender was kind and helpful. I started with a yellow light mocktail and it was perfect- light, tart and refreshing. It was also a reasonable price for a n/a drink, which is rare these days. I also ordered a French onion soup (with short rib)- it was unique and super hearty but still maintained the classic flavors. I would highly recommend both! We both ordered the miso salmon & were really happy with the portion sizes. The salmon had a nice sweet glaze on it and the veggies and rice were cooked well. We finished with the cinnamon cheesecake and it was huge. I liked it but almost wish it was smaller so that I wouldn't be tempted to overeat, haha! Great atmosphere, very chic and comfortable. Love the booths, you feel like in your own cocoon. Great large round booth for groups and in the back a semi-private area for really large groups. Service was good, if a bit slow on drink orders. Truffle fries are probably #1!!! You smell the truffle oil as you walk into the restaurant, so it's beckoning you to eat them. The truffle fries will exceed your expectations. The short ribs are soooooo tender and full of flavor. Great gravy with your mash potatoes. We order a side of broccoli as well and that was a great addition. It's shareable size for sure or good leftovers. Our other guests both ordered the burger. It was juicy and flavorful and a bit messy. The way a good burger should be. If you want medium, order it medium rare. We opted for truffle fries as the side because we couldn't get enough of them. The desserts are house made by their pastry chef. The cinnamon roll cheese cake tasted exactly like a cinnamon roll. Huge size, good for 4 people. The key lime torte was perfect for one. The short crust was crisp and thin. The key lime still kept a tang to balance the sweet. Loved it! The vanilla ice cream has vanilla bean flecks, smooth and rich. The pesto chicken pasta needed more salt and I would've preferred cherry tomatoes over sun-dried. The pulled pork sandwich was a bit dry. We had a nice date night at Noble! The restaurant is new and beautiful. We sat inside but they also had a cool area outside for outdoor seating. Our food and service was excellent. We really enjoyed the steak salad and burger. We look forward to going back soon! read more

New in New Hudson MI! Former owners of Lulu's Coney, owners of Bourbons in Brighton, MI and The Brighton Bar also in Brighton, MI took the old Kensington Grill and turned it into Noble. It was busy to be so new. . Food was delicious, drinks were delicious. Our waitress was a delight. I recommend making dinner reservations and go check it out. They will have outdoor seating if we ever get out of the winter weather! read more

We had been watching the old Kensington Grill location undergo its remodel, and the result is nothing short of impressive. Noble has a remarkably sleek, modern vibe that has clearly already caught the areas attention--we arrived early for dinner and the place was already buzzing! The Food * Lamb Meatballs: Do not skip these. Based on our hostess's recommendation, we started with these, and they were the highlight of the night. The combination of hummus, sour cream, and pesto was unique and absolutely delicious. * The Entrées: Our table ordered the Pacific Chicken, Chicken Sandwich, and the Salmon Salad. Every single dish was prepared to very well. It's rare to have a "3-for-3" success rate with everyone's meal, but Noble nailed it. * Dessert: We shared the Chocolate Cake Torte. Warning: it's much bigger than we expected! It was rich, decadent, and the perfect finish to the meal. The Drinks As a bourbon fan, I was seriously impressed by their excellent bourbon selection. After a long wait, I am so glad Noble is finally open. We went there for lunch and had an excellent meal. I was surprised that it wasn't busier. Maybe people think it is too upscale for lunch, but it definitely isn't. Very warm and inviting, excellent service, and very good food. I'll need to go back for dinner in the future. read more

I had hoped the change from Kensington Grill would be a better experience. Unfortunately, my dish was not good at all. Had the vegetable stirfry with a chicken breast added. Chicken was dry and there was absolutely no flavor in the rice or vegetable vegetables. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. Long time fan of bourbons bb&g and even lulus. I have been greatly anticipating the opening of Noble. Went on Friday with a group, I I must admit I was a bit disappointed. Menu was ok, not great and a bit small/ limited( I was envisioning more of the Brighton bar and grill vibe. I had the pesto pasta, I thought the chicken was a bit dry and pesto had an odd taste also chicken should have been incorporated and not laid on top. Friends had fried chicken salad, looked ok but mire like a big bowl of lettuce with a few piece of fried chicken on top. Salmon dishes were good/ ok but not memorable All in all , disappointed. From the hostess to the server (David) everything was super enjoyable. David's helpful descriptions of the menu items encouraged us to a large shareable Noble Salad, that had a perfectly cooked piece of Salmon and a Ribeye that would beat some of the best Steakhouses around. Also the suggestion of wines were on point with both dishes. Finally got to check out this new spot, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I've been a fan of the owners, Pashka & Victor and the rest of their family's, other restaurants for a while, so I came in with high expectations--and they still managed to exceed them. The ambiance is stunning, with every detail of the decor feeling intentional and elevated without being over the top. It's the kind of place you walk into and immediately feel like you're somewhere special. And the food? Truly phenomenal. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. You can really tell there's passion and experience behind everything coming out of the kitchen. We have been watching the building progress for over a year and were excited to try this new restaurant. The atmosphere was great, and we loved the decor. It was a bit loud, but most restaurants are on a Saturday night. Our server, Lauren, was fantastic! Cocktails: I started with Stings Like a Bee. It was a bit too sweet and tart for my liking, but my husband really enjoyed it, so I gave it to him. He ordered an Old Fashion, which was so-so. Always disappointing when it is served with ice cubes instead of one big rock. I then switched to The Vixen, which I really liked. Appetizers: Queso Florentine was really good! So was the French onion soup! Entree: We decided to split the blackened salmon. It was cooked perfectly, and the champagne dill sauce really complimented it. It is a bit overpriced ($34) for the piece size and quantity of sides. Charlie's Still on Main in Milford has an incredible blackened salmon with the choice of two sides for only $25. Because we ordered two apps, we wanted to split the entree. The kitchen does not do that. We are looking forward to warmer weather, so we can sit in their outside area and try some other items on the menu. read more
