They include a 13th donut so I got an extra blueberry. The customer service was great, the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful even offering the bakers dozen. The custard filled donuts tasted like they were made in old oil and were not filled all the way. All of the old fashioned were under cooked with raw dough in the middle of the donut. The apple fritters were also under cooked in the middle, the edges were good but the middle was gross. We were told that their best baker had made the donuts which is unfortunate because they must have been having a really bad night. Would not recommend unfortunately.

Each time we asked for clarification, he rolled his eyes or responded with obvious annoyance. When we politely mentioned that the labels were wrong, he simply stared at us and said, "What else?" I work in customer service myself, so I understand that tough days happen but this level of attitude was shocking.
