Unfortunately, the experience was just as bad if not worse. The employee helping customers was clearly unhappy to be there and was openly rude to the people in front of us. When it was our turn, he treated us the same way. Many of the product tags were incorrect, which caused confusion while ordering. Each time we asked for clarification, he rolled his eyes or responded with obvious annoyance. When we politely mentioned that the labels were wrong, he simply stared at us and said, "What else?" I work in customer service myself, so I understand that tough days happen but this level of attitude was shocking. To make matters worse, after ringing us up he picked/scratched his nose and immediately began helping the next customer without washing his hands. Customer service may not be the right fit for him. The mini fish and chips were good but fries are hard with a to-go order and so they were very soggy. My M-in-L was happy so that's all that mattered. Kudos to the staff for having our food ready when we arrived.
