Remarkably rude on the phone. When I informed them I have BCBS but wouldn't be using my insurance and that paying in full wouldn't be an issue, the woman became extremely dismissive. Refused to do exam + x ray + cleaning in one visit, requesting I come back twice. When I informed her that I am far too busy to make repeat trips to the dentist for something that I have always had done in one sitting at every other dentists office over the past 20+ years she said "goodbye" and hung up. Seems like a standard low rent CA dental practice designed to run up billing on insurance. read more

Dr Rodriguez treated my 2 year old daughter after she knocked her front tooth out. Very comforting and gentle, my daughter didn't even make a peep. We utilized their ozone therapy (which is harder to come by but ohh soo useful) to prevent any infection, as well as speed the healing process and decrease inflammation...it worked wonderfully! The next morning all the swelling was gone and she was feeling much better. I cant wait for them to accept our insurance, as I would like my whole family to go here. read more

And now my daughter is also a patient there. The entire staff is so welcoming and friendly, and they make me feel very comfortable. Baseline dental is the best. The Doctors are caring, considerate, and very informative. I have been coming here for quite some time and they always take care of me. I first came here because I was unhappy and didnt really trust a new dentist at my previous office. Once I got here they were so kind and let me know that they didn't think I needed all the treatment the other office planned. Fast forward to now and my teeth are still doing fine. Also the hygienists are great too they take their time and are really gentle and my teeth feel a lot cleaner. Like I said, they take care of me always. I've had a ton of work done (yeah, didn't take the best care of my teeth when I had braces) and he's always been very kind, professional and understanding. Not to mention that it takes A TON of Novocain to numb me - stuff wears off in like 20 min so he's usually gotta block the nerves in half my mouth. It is time for our son to get braces and we were recommended to see Dr. Firouz from a friend at church .We called and set up an appointment and came in for a complimentary consultation. He went over the pros and cons of traditional braces verses Invisalign. His office manager, Gail, went over the costs and how we could utilize our insurance and then set up payment arrangements for the balance. Second time here was worse than my first. Gave them my insurance info over the phone for a cleaning and x-rays. After I come in for the x-rays they said they do not take.my insurance, and my insurance only covers one x-ray a year so had to go somewhere and pay out of pocket for it. Maybe staff should verify coverage before clients visits, would be super helpful. read more

Today I went to see Dr Buck to finish the implant process. I was greeted by the reception staff who are always exceptional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Buck finished the implant procedure by inserting the final crown to complete the process. Dr Buck explained what would happen and answered all my questions. During the procedure, he made sure that everything was as it should be. He was gentle and very careful to make sure I was not in pain. His Dental Assistant was so kind and caring. Dr Buck is a perfectionist and the crown looks amazing. Dr. Firouz was my orthodontist years ago. He removed 4 of my front teeth. This caused a more narrow smile and my overbite was never corrected. Even though it was a while ago, it was disappointing that after $3,000 this was the end result. I later developed sleep apnea. Years later when I went to see him to see what could be done, he wanted to charge me YET AGAIN for another long term of braces. It is rather unfortunate what I had to go through over the years due to his practice. Eventually I had to have orthonathic surgery. read more
