I recently went in due to a hole in my tooth and I was in extreme pain. I was not able to get in anywhere around the LA area and They were able to see me day of and made me feel so comfortable and not embarrassed. The front staff was so nice and friendly. They also were able to get me a quick referral to get a root canal and I will be making an appointment to get the crown. I highly recommend this place if you have anxiety about a dentist. Let me start off with background. I have severe dental anxiety. I came in today for EXTREMELY bad tooth pain. I was nervous about literally everything on top of being in this pain. I found this dental office that accepts Medi-Cal. I was desperate and took a chance. Other offices turned me away, saying they had no time. When I called Arrow dental arts, the lady offered me a 2pm appointment. I was hesitant because I was in so much pain and wanted to be seen right away. I began to cry on the phone. She immediately said, you know what, come on in. I went, and I was taken back immediately. The doctor. I am writing this whole being sleep deprived so I don't remember his name, but his bedside manner was amazing. He was gentle, very honest, patient. He had gentle eyes. While I didn't get the best news about my teeth, he told me what needed to be done and came up with a plan of action. For someone like me, this experience meant EVERYTHING. From the nice lady at reception, to the nurses in the back, to the doctor. Everyone was wonderful. If you guys do get a chance to read this, thank you for your compassion and delicate handling of me when I came in to your office in shambles. This is an updated review as of 7/18/2013: When your dentist does right by you, they deserve a kudos. Two weeks ago I had a temporary crown put on my by dentist. A couple of days later it slipped off. The dentist insisted I come in right away. After looking at the temporary crown, he INSISTED to redo it. He's a perfectionist. Hey Doc, I ain't mad at cha for wanting to make it right. I mean I would not have known the difference but he stated it would "bother" him to leave it in its current state. I like that... I like that a lot. Fast forward to to today. My dentist's office forgot to call me when the perm. crown came in. To make up for it they gave me a letter of apology and a FREE ONE HOUR MASSAGE at the massage spa next door. Who does that? I am pleased. My entire family goes here and it looks like we will continue to be patrons. It feels nice to have good people service you. Dr. Mobilia and his staff are absolutely amazing and everyone is highly professional here. I don't think I have ever had an experience this good at a dentist. Dr. Mobilia really takes his time and explains everything very clearly. So many rush through and don't take the time to make sure everything is addressed. They perfectly fitted my apnea mouth piece. I was worried it would be uncomfortable like a boxing mouth piece and I have bad irregular bite. Not only was it perfect but he spent time explaining what I could also do outside of the dental procedures to aid in combating sleep apnea. After a long time of jumping from one bad dentist to another my wife finally found these Drs by recommendation of a friend. After going to see Drs Mobilia a few times now, I can safely say that this is our place now, which is not to be taken lightly since we live an hour and a half away. Yes! They're THAT good. Both of them a super nice, thorough, and patient with my kids, and yes, me as well... Don't judge me! I'm not a big fan of drills, whatever... Don't waste your time with dental work that doesn't last or needless extensive treatment plans like I did. This is a husband and wife practice. Everyone was very welcoming and very nice. I have a hard time doing x-rays due to a sensitive gagging reflex. The assistant was very understanding and helpful to help me get through the x rays properly. One thing I would say is that the wife is way more gently than the husband. While he was cleaning my teeth he was a little too rough. Nothing to cry over but if you like your dentist to be more gentle then pick the wife. Both of the dentist want you to understand what's going on with your teeth and what's covered by your insurance and what's not before they start any work. I was given a break down of the prices and was explained thoroughly of what I needed to pay. I liked that because it made you feel in control of your dental visit. She is a Professor at Loma Linda University , so I figured: Loma Linda is a good dental school, and she is probably really good. Believe me when I say-completely professional, she gave me all the options, she was very nice and gentle, too! And the price-absolutely affordable, she has a special going on now since she just opened this office, so it was a great deal, too! Wouldn't see me unless I did a "deep cleaning" wouldn't honor just a cleaning/X-rays, which my dental insurance covers. Wanted to charge me $205 out of pocket for a "deep cleaning" and almost $700 for fillings. Had a 9am appt, still in the exam chair at 1030 without starting any work yet. Doctor claims he doesn't know what's covered by my insurance, yeah right. Every doctor knows what the fee schedule is and what he/she will be paid prior to seeing the patient by the insurance company, it determines your paycheck sir. The doctor is basically there to see what services I'm interested in, and what Im able to pay for out of pocket, not interested in the general health of my teeth. It's like a buffet, you pick and choose what you want. Not happy with front desk girl either, I did more work on my insurance copay than she did. Had my appt booked for 1 month, you would think they would know what my benefits were in a 30 day timeframe. Seems like a used car lot and the doc just plays along with it. I'll pay cash elsewhere. This is the type of bs that makes people hate overcharging physicians and erroneous fees. They offered the clean half of my mouth for half of the price before I walked out. Makes sense. I coulda went to Tijuana for this. Smh. Also wanted to inject lidocaine into my gums instead of using topical lidocaine just so he could bill for the injection, which is outdated technology. read more

I first want to say, I've been in California for a very short time and had to leave my physician, my dentist and all those who I had a trusting and valued relationship in regards to my health and my dental care, in Texas when I moved. I came to California with some damage to my teeth due to a collision from a drunk driver. I was not given a good prognosis by my dentist before I left Texas, but we had not the time or money to begin the procedures it would take to fix this. I saw Dr Mobilia first almost 2 weeks ago and got a plan of treatment. They were going to attempt to "save" a tooth that was badly damaged. I had been told before it could not be done. Dr Mobilia not only made me feel very comfortable and assured that I would be ok, but he proved wrong a dentist I had seen for many years. My time in the chair was comfortable, the procedure went smoothly and the team in my mouth was confident, and very respectful of my needs. OK, now get this... Dr Mobilia gave me his cell number after the procedure and told me to call him if I had any concerns or questions. The entire office was so caring and supportive. The exact time my numbing was going away that night, Dr Mobilia called to be sure I was ok. If we could clone this office in every city, we would all be in fabulous hands and skipping to the Dentist instead of dreading it! Im forever going to call them the Dynamic Dentist Duo! worse experience ever!!!! my 6 year went in for a filling when we were advised she needed a root canal.... on a baby tooth. so 10 minutes after they take my daughter back to have work done i hear her screaming hysterical and crying begging the dentist to stop. when i asked to go back to see her i was told i could not!!! it took me having to threaten them for them to finally unlock the door so i could my daughter. my daughter was in the most pain i had ever seen her in and it absolutely broke my heart. i advised the dentist to give her more numbing medication and was told that my daughter was not in pain but just scared. now mind you she has had dental work done before and she has never screamed, cried or become hysterical ever. i advised the dentist that i could tell when my daughter was in pain and that if she did not numb her more before she continued we were leaving and never coming back. the dentist after arguing with for 5 minutes finally gave her a shot in her mouth to numb her. my daughter finally relaxed and the dentist proceeded to finish. my daughter was calm and did not cry. i am disgusted and furious with arrow family dentistry. i do not recommend them to anyone! my daughter is now absolutely terrified of having to go to any dentist now and we can thank them for that!!! read more
