    I was dreading having to go through this process for termites but Chris and his staff made me feel very secure and happy we went with them. The crew that came out intended the house were amazing they had it done within record time it seemed like. Everyone was just awesome. Very happy with the results.

    After researching several termite companies, I decided with Baseline and they exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The inspector Chris was amazing, I had so many questions and he answered them with details so I could understand and even communicated thru texts when I had more questions after he left. Appreciated the effective communication. Highly recommend.

    While the staff at Homeshield Pest Control have always been pleasant and I appreciate their use of…read morenatural treatments, I've been extremely disappointed with their lack of support in resolving our ongoing mice problem. Over the past two years, we've spent a significant amount of money with Homeshield to replace attic insulation and treat our home for rodent mites caused by repeated mouse infestations. Our insulation warranty was supposed to include service to prevent mice from re-entering the attic, yet new openings continue to appear and remain unaddressed. Each time an inspection is done, it takes weeks to schedule a follow-up appointment to actually seal the openings. Recently, after hearing mice again--now with a newborn in our home--we contacted Homeshield immediately. A technician quickly confirmed there were openings near our A/C line that needed to be patched, but for two weeks we were told they couldn't schedule the repair because the technician hadn't submitted the required diagram. When an appointment was finally scheduled, no repair was done--only additional traps were placed in the attic. After escalating the issue, we were told a manager could come re-inspect the home, but not until nearly a month after the initial report. At this point, I'm frustrated by the lack of follow-through and the amount of time I've had to spend chasing updates. We are simply not receiving the service promised under our insulation warranty and monthly maintenance plan, and we will likely be switching vendors soon. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Homeshield Pest Control.

The owner son was very nice did the service for us and I mention clearly that I'm concerned with ant problem in the kitchen and upstairs in the restroom I asked him to spray upstairs and told me that it's no need and he reassure me that just spraying downstairs will take care of the problem. Mind you 2 weeks after the service we seen bugs inside the house and I'm ok to let that go 1-2 bugs it's not that big deal for me my most concern is ants. We were gone for vacation for 2.5 weeks and came back with ants in our restroom upstairs, and called them and instead of owning up to not spraying upstairs when we got service back in 6/29 they put the blame on us and tell me the chemical doesn't last forever. I know it doesn't last forever but it's only been 1.5 month since our service. Bad customer service and I am not satisfied at all could've just buy some from Home Depot if it's only gonna last you a month. And what the owner say what you want me to come back to do it for free? No, I did not ask him to come back or to do for free. Instead of apologizing and owning up to their mistakes. I am not happy with their service because i specifically told them there's ants upstairs in the restroom and ask it to be spray and he didn't. Why pay $200 something and only pay for 1 month of no bugs. Btw I was referred by a friend that's their loyal client and I also recommend their service to friend and family, but I definitely regret using them. Responds to the owner comment; When your son did the service for us I asked him do we need do anything to sign up for service every 3 month and he say just call in 2-3 month when you think it's needed, nothing is needed to sign up. I'm just very unhappy with your customer service #1 I'm a paying customer I paid over $200 this service was done 6/29 I specifically confirmed 2-3 times with your son are you sure upstairs bathroom don't need to be sprayed, we only have 2 bathroom that have ant problem near sink and toilet area. He firmly denied spraying those area and said spraying downstairs will take care of the issue. Obviously it didn't. The ants upstairs could be from a different area then the ones downstairs by the kitchen. Service done 6/29, within 1-2 weeks I've noticed a few bugs and spider I'm ok with these it's just a few. My main thing is ants. I went on vacation 8/1 came back 8/18. Today is 8/19 to respond to your "couple month" it's not couple month. It's 1 month since you guys services and almost 2.5 week with no one home to make a mess, food dropping I just wanted an answer to my question why wasn't upstairs sprayed when I disclosed concern to upstairs ant problem in the restroom areas? And confirmed multiple times. And now 1.5 month there's ant and we weren't home for 2.5 weeks?

When I woke up in the morning, I saw that something had been chewing on my carpet and my wooden door. This is when we started to get concerned. We called our pest company to have them check out what was happening but when they came, they simple gave us some traps where they can get stuck. Throughout this whole ordeal, none of the traps that they gave us and we bought were ineffective. Fast forward a couple of days later, the rodent moved from my room to a smaller room where my dad likes to take a nap. He woke up in a panic because the rodent was on top of his blanket. This is when I decided to look for a company that takes care of rodents. I looked up on yelp and spent hours reading reviews and ended up choosing 360 rodent control. When I sent a message, they replied right away and got me on the phone to set up an appointment for a free inspection (Thank you Lee for coordinating this). Micah came in for the free inspection and spent the entire 2 hours thoroughly checking our entire house. Our house was built in 1940 and we bought it in 2012 so I understand that there's a lot of work that needs to be done. He pointed out the potential rodent entry points, checked our attic, our crawl spaces, etc and showed me some pictures and videos for evidence that we do have a rodent problem. Before ending the inspection, Micah sat down with me and told me the issues that I am having and was honest about what needed to be done. No upselling whatsoever. He was just honest about it. When I asked him about about how much this would cost me, I hesitated for a little but I was glad that they have financing options that would fit my budget. In exchange for my peace of mind, I decided to rodent proof my house with them. He explained to me what they were exactly going to do. During the day of exclusion, George, Jose, and Santiago came out to our residence at 8:45 am. They explained to me what they were going to do and did exactly what they said. They worked diligently and left our residence at 2:45 pm. I am hoping that we won't have this problem anymore. We will follow up with them in a week to see any progress. I want to be there when they pull the traps to see what was caught and also to answer any questions I might have. Current servicemen were Alex and Sam (several trips out) and they were great. I pay a monthly charge to have Gopher the Kill on call should I have problems. With this system their charge per incident is significantly reduced. That works for them and me because sometimes there will be months between any need to have them out. Highly recommend.

We had them out, they told me a price, and explained that I would be shown the dead animals before being charged and then we scheduled service. They charge a service fee per visit and then a fee per animal killed on top of that. I thought that was a little bit of an odd model, but I didn't think it was bad, so I agreed. They came, buried the traps, and then returned in a week. I got an email invoice showing a charge. Nobody showed me any gophers or anything. I politely mentioned this when the boss came back and he apologized, reset the traps and said he'd see me the next week. They came back and said they caught more and showed me a little grainy photo of a dead animal that could have been taken anywhere at any time. Every time they visited, they tried to get me to sign up for a monthly fee that makes no sense. It gives an insignificant discount on the catch fee. Overall the subscription fee would add up to much more than the discount. It makes no sense. After the 3rd time I declined, they ghosted me completely. There was no conflict, there was no complaint from me (other than the polite mention that I didn't know they caught anything the first time.) They just reset their traps and never returned. I've emailed, and called and nobody has replied. Their traps are still buried in my backyard. It's been about 6 months. And before you reply, business owner: It's too late. Don't bother. I'm not going to change this review and you've had multiple chances to do the right thing. Nothing you can do now will improve the situation.
