(The other being Yonder's chicken sandwich, which is more unique.) The flavor was wonderful, the chicken was excellent, the bun was great, the toppings were nice, and the fries were fine (nothing special though). The Chicken Sandwich was very very good. Crispy on the outside but tender and juicy on the inside. The sandwich was also a very good size. They put some coleslaw and mayo on the inside to help balance out the fat/juice of the chicken. The hot chicken was definitely HOT. At first you think it's not that hot but then the spice slowly starts to build once you start chewing it and swallow it. The flavor is great though. Even though it did get a little painful to eat at times, I really really enjoyed the hot chicken. The flavors overall did feel a little bit Asian inspired so it didn't have as much of a Southern feel to the dishes as I would have liked. Spicy, crispy, possibly vegan (I'm almost certain that it's all plant-based, but I'm not a vegan, I'm sufferable), and relatively easy to obtain. Cilantro and green onion really do stuff to the taste, and it's not just garnish. The cut up pickles are great. I've never had this before either. The food is quick, and out in 5 mins. I get the tofu sandwich or tofu salad. The crunchy breading on the tofu is the same as on the chicken and it is so good. The salad dressing is just a little spicy and full of flavor. The food looked amazing online and we were very excited to try the food in person. However the price has gone up and the quality has gone down (according to locals). The service was also a little poor. I felt nervous to ask for utensils because they made me feel uncomfortable when picking up the food. But it could've been an off day. The chicken was fine but nothing to write home about. I wouldn't try it again after spending $30 and both of us throwing half away.
