They didnt want to honor my coupon and it was hard to understand what the lady was telling me but something about my coupon not being good at her store yet she had just given away a free scoop of ice cream to the lady that paid first maybe she tool the last free scoop of the day but they should have it posted somewhere that they do not honor coupons. They also use syrups on the milkshakes and changes the flavor completely so make sure you tell them to not use syrup. read more

The young lady that help us was Savanna and she was very polite and helpful in helping my two kids pick out there choice of ice cream scoops. Unfortunately there was a family having a small Birthday cake and you can clearly tell, one if not two of there members where drunk or on something else. This group was clearly being rude to the employees and very loud. As we walked in with our children and other family members we made it clear this will not be tolerated around our children. Making it very uncomfortable for them. It's sad that a place like this can be taken over by a group/family. We always stop by this location and had great service. read more

Came here to get a ice cream cake for Fathers Day..wanted a vanilla with oreo ice cream unfortunately they didn't have it..Sunny the owner offered other options but really didnt want to go for a bigger one being that it's only a few of us who were gonna eat it..he also looked in the back to see if they had it but they didn't..no biggie..ended up getting the Chocolate with Oreo cake..The other day my mom went here to check out the cakes and the owner Sunny was so nice he gave her a $3.00 off coupon. Ended up using it today and got a nice cake for my dad...Sunny said that I can keep it and use it anytime even if it's expired..sweeeeettt..:) Oh and he even was nice enough to write Happy Father's Day on it for me. Gave it to my dad for Father's Day..he LOVEDDD the surprise and really enjoyed the cake..In fact all 5 of us did..the chocolate and oreo combination was better than I expected..and still have a little bit left.. Baskin-Robbins holds a lot of memories for me: my kids enjoying their first ice cream cone, our first ice cream cake to celebrate a birthday, and the Triple Treat. Oh, my goodness, the taste of chocolate chip/bing cherry/vanilla ice cream topped with hot fudge, pineapple and whipped cream makes my mouth water. YUM! Over the years the ice cream has maintained its richness and flavor. As I get older I try to limit over indulgence. But every now and then my resolve wanes and i must have a single scoop of Baskin-Robbins chocolate chip. So I stop at the Buena Park store. It's a bit further than a couple of other ice cream shops but the first that comes to mind when I'm in an ice cream mood because of the cleanliness of the store and the great customer service. read more

This place has the best service and presentation! I loved the cakes, their cake decorator is very talented. I totally recommend you and your family to visit this ice-cream store. This place even has all 31 flavors! You should also sample their flavor of the month, if your fan of the show "stranger things" like I am. The two flavors that are related to the show are "Eleven heaven" and "upside down pralines". The owner is also the happiest person, always smiling and making jokes. This is a great ice cream store. I've been here several times and I receive the best service. They always have the smell of fresh baked waffle cones every time I enter. Recently I ordered a cake for the next day, I didn't except it to be that good since I only alerted them one day prior yet it turned out to be one of the best cakes I have ever seen. Not one of my favorite visits today. Went in for a treat for my family and myself after working 16 hours. Didn't see they offered "free waffle cones with purchase of 2 scoops" until I had ordered my 3rd 2 scooper out of 4. Asked about getting the "waffle cone" separate and was told " No, it only applies for here only orders". The store was empty yet the three employees behind the counter tried to rush us out the door when we tried to view the selections/menu. They held annoyed looks on their faces the entire time, very impatient. One of them didn't know how to scoop ice cream. One of them, when I took five seconds to say my order, rolled their eyes at me then proceeded by scooping my ice cream without gloves, pushing it down with bare fingers. Horrible customer service. Received a positive experience. The staff there are wonderful & kind people. Went in for an ice cream cake (which by the way was DELICIOUS) and they had a promotion of a free scope of ice cream when you buy a cake. Their cakes are pretty pricey (range from $20-$50). And I like the fact that the cakes list the amount of people they serve so you know the size of cake you should purchase. And of course they have a slip of paper where you write the phrase or name you want written on your cake. He asked me what color frosting I wanted and asked me to double check that everything looked fine. I took my 90 year old mother there for there dollar scoop special. Turns out that the price has gone up to $1.70. Still a good deal for a great big scoop of terrific ice cream. I very much enjoy my experiences in this location. They have such wonderful service and they are very welcoming. The gentlemen asked before anything how I was doing. Then asked if I wanted to sample anything since I was having some difficulty choosing what I felt like. Within 2 samples he found exactly what I wanted. We had a wonderful discussion and he told me about many of the promotions they have such as a free waffle cones, special Tuesday's, $2 soft serve parfaits, and $2.99 cappuccino blasts. Sunny, the owner, is always smiling and remembers me when I come in. He's also started a promo for his regular customers that for every 7 cappucinos/drinks bought, you get one FREE! What other BR does that?! None. and especially not with a smile. And really, who doesn't like BR ice cream? So many flavors to choose from. I came here in July on a day where the temperature outside was over 100 degrees, so ice cream was pretty much necessary. I had a scoop of their monthly special flavor, which was oreo birthday cake. It had chocolate cake flavored ice cream, birthday cake oreo pieces, a frosting swirl, and sprinkles. It was great, especially because of how hot it was. I hope they decide to bring that ice cream back. If they do, I will definitely be back for it. One thing to note is that this location is not in the best area, and when I went there was actually a security guard standing outside by the door. Great friendly staff and was very accommodating. I took my brother who has a dairy allergy and he was able to have 3 different options. For each ice cream, they state the allergins on the tag which makes it convenient when choosing. They went and got a completely new scooper to prevent any cross contamination. So DISTURBING & CHEAP. The OWNER REUSED A CUP he had wanted to use for someone else. When I ordered a single scoop instead a grabbing a brand new cup, he takes this used cup and puts my scoop in there. I confronted him about it and he was like "well it was cookies and creme too". DOESN'T MATTER. I didn't pay the full price to be treated like that. I have come here for years. If he did this to me in this instance, who knows what other things he's doing in the store.
