Friendly service and just like the stores that I remember. They are mostly gone in Ohio. Tuesday nights they have a $1.50 per scoop ($1.00 Child scoop) special. I love the Mint chocolate chip, Rocky Road, Mocha, Cookies and Cream ice creams. You can take home a pint container for $2.99 with any purchase. They have ice cream cakes and pies already made. I have been to this location several times during my area visits. They regularly change flavors and always let you taste whatever you desire. This is the only place that has Mississippi mud which is my favorite flavor that I hadn't seen in almost 30 years and of course now they have it so I'm going to be coming here every week. I've been to several Baskin Robbins in the valley and this one is BY FAR the worst one. The employee serving me had touched money and then didn't change his gloves for several minutes while helping me and two other customers. Ice cream was good but the place was understaffed and the older man behind the counter had a weird attitude. Other Baskin Robbins have much better reviews on Yelp for a reason as the other Baskin Robbins on topanga canyon and the one on reseda have quicker and more helpful service (which reflects in their reviews). Overall the customer service was poor and the manager needs to teach the older man behind the counter that you can't touch money and then touch food-related items without changing your gloves that's nasty c'mon. I do recommend the mint chip ice cream here though lol read more

We love coming in to Baskin Robbins!! Living close by to this ice cream shoppe, it's easy to run in and out, or even sit for a bit and chat while enjoying a milkshake or scoop of ice cream. There are many small tables inside and the counters and eating area are always clean-- it's the perfect pick-me-up on these 95+ degrees sunny Southern California days. Despite being long-time customers, we always experiment with our flavors and the employees are happy to let us try a sample (or three!) of new and established flavors. I come here often! The guy that works here (might be the owner)always offers a sample and offers other things. I know his just trying to get customers but his really nice even though it always looks like his sad, he deserves the good customer service award:) he always ends up giving me coupons too! However I guess the young guys there were getting ready to close so more than half of their ice cream was already put away. They didn't want to go to the back to get me the strawberry cake ice cream. 20 minutes before closing and they acted as if they were closed. Service is usually mediocre to poor while the ice cream is excellent. Walked in here and a young man behind the counter was super attentive to my needs and helpful. I wanted a quart and he advised me on a promotion to buy two of them so I did. I tipped him even though the tip jar was nowhere near where I was. Easy decision because service was above and beyond. Despite all the Cold Stones, and all the frozen yogurt places popping all over the place, nothing compares to the great flavors of Baskin Robbins ice cream. These guys are the OG of frozen treats. They don't care much about those trendy frozen yogurt places with flat screen tv's and fancy toppings, nor ice cream places where they massage the hell out of it, making it appear like it's freshly made in front of you. These guys are all about honest to goodness, just plain great tasting ice cream. I think this is why they are still around after all these years. read more

Baskin Robbins Makes some Awesome Ice Cream which tastes great. The reason I had to give it 3 stars is because of its location. Its next to Dentist Office which makes it kinda funny. Also it is away from everything and I consider the middle of nowhere. Ice cream for me is usually something I crave for after I eat dinner or lunch and something close by. Their frozen slurpee type drink isn't so good either. Kinda Pricey. Humn... I'm gonna have to go back and again to give this place a better review. read more

I'm not a big ice cream fan, but my boyfriend was craving it so we decided to stop by this location due to it being nearby. The moment I stepped I couldn't stop wondering what the funky smell in the room was. I just made an assumption that it could be a customer, but it lingered so bad I was ready to walk out. When my turn was up to order, the place was so loud I had to repeat myself five times to have the employee understand what I wanted. My boyfriend ordered a shake and I requested a sundae. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but making shakes isn't rocket science. This guy puts in one scoop and practically the entire bottle of milk and when he realized he messed up adds two more scoops to the already made "shake" and hands it to me like nothing. I'm usually not one to care, but when I'm paying as much as I am for a simple shake I could make at home, I'd love for it to be done right. My sundae wasn't amazing either. I asked for fudge and got what seemed like hard cholocate that you put in the fridge when you accidentally left it in the heat. They had a banana that looked like it was spoiling on the counter, and I somehow stepped in gum inside the vicinity. I would give it no stars if possible the most I could give was two for their willingness to fix my boyfriend's drink, but I wasn't pleased with the look on the employee's face as if I was asking for too much.
