I have been a loyal customer for a long time and have tried almost everything this restaurant has…read moreto offer. The food is one of the reasons I keep coming back, and for years I have had mostly positive experiences here. Recently, however, I have started visiting more often in the afternoons and evenings, and the difference in customer service compared to the morning shift is very noticeable. The morning staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, attentive, and create a pleasant atmosphere that makes customers feel valued. They are engaging, kind, and genuinely seem happy to help. Unfortunately, my experiences with the afternoon and evening staff have been the complete opposite. Many employees appear bored, irritated, or frustrated to be there. Simple requests are often met with attitudes that make customers feel like they are asking for a favor rather than receiving a service they are paying for. As a paying customer, I should not feel uncomfortable asking for something related to my order. Another concern is the way some employees interact with customers. On several occasions, I have noticed staff staring at customers and then laughing among themselves. I have no way of knowing what they are talking about, but it creates an uncomfortable environment and can easily make customers feel judged, unwelcome, or insignificant. I am leaving this review because I know how great this business can be. The morning team demonstrates the level of customer service that keeps people coming back. I hope management takes a closer look at the customer experience during the afternoon and evening shifts because the difference is significant and is affecting what has otherwise been a positive experience as a long-time customer.

This was one of the worst job experiences I've ever had. The management was horrible. The manager's wife, Gazala, told me that I had to work on cakes because I'm a girl and that I needed to 'learn cooking for my husband.' Anytime I asked a simple question about my job, I was yelled at and belittled. The manager, Kurshid, would roll his eyes at me, sigh loudly, and make me feel stupid for not knowing things even though it was literally my first job. The manager Kurshid also put me in very uncomfortable situations by talking about how much he hates 911 and telling me stories about why he thinks they 'don't do anything.' It made me extremely uncomfortable and confused why this was being shared with me at work. When it came to training, it was horrible. Instead of showing me anything hands‑on, Kurshid just talked at me for a few minutes and then gave me a 'pop quiz' in front of his wife. When I answered something wrong, Gazala started yelling at him right in front of me. Then they told me to step outside, and Kurshid came out angry, asking why I was answering questions wrong and making his wife mad. Like... how is that my fault? It was my first day and my first job ever. Even though I was hired as a crew member, I was forced to work almost entire shifts in the back on cakes, where it's EXTREMELY hot because of the freezer engines. When I told them I felt light‑headed, instead of helping me or rotating me out, they fired me. This job gave me severe anxiety, and every time I worked there, my body would shake because I felt unsafe and scared. I would not recommend working at this location to anyone read more

I recently visited the Baskin-Robbins location at Saticoy and Topanga Canyon for the first time in years, and I was truly blown away by the exceptional service I received. My server, Ahmad, provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at an ice cream shop. Despite the long line due to the $.80 promotion, Ahmad remained patient, friendly, and incredibly professional. His positive attitude and outstanding service made the wait completely worthwhile. This location is the BEST and the only place I go for ice cream in my area. My first job as a teen was at a baskin robbins and I worked there for several years so my expectations are pretty high. The owner is by far the most friendly and professional man. The kids on staff are very polite and they work efficiently.
