Baskin-Robbins kind of fell off of my radar when they discontinued my favorite flavor; Heath Bar Crunch and Turtle Cheesecake. On this particular day I walked in with my hubbs and seen a new flavor, which was Red Velvet Cake. Usually I am very skeptical of Red Velvet Cake flavored ice cream or frozen yogurt for that matter, but I gave it a whirl and so happy I did. This ice cream is the best Red Velvet Cake attempt anyone has tried. Its so creamy and it even has buttercream or creamcheese frosting ribbons in it. The cashier wiped his bare hands on his dirty t-shirt by his stomach area then proceeded to handle our ice cream cone without paper on it and handle our ice cream without any gloves on or proper hand washing after touching his t-shirt. When asked if we can get a new cone and to put gloves on, he rudely was angered by our correct and polite request. Your employee is in the food business and should know how to properly and cleanly handle food!! When corrected by the customer to properly handle food and exchange the cone for a new and clean one, he rudely refused which 1) poorly reflects on your brand 2) poorly reflects on the reliability and cleanliness of your brand 3) is poor customer service. The employee should be retrained on how to properly handle food to protect customers health. We were highly dissatisfied with his service and will not return to this specific establishment. read more

I would give it a Zero if I could. So most if not all Baskin Robbins are franchised.. The problem is Franchise or not you should get a uniform experience from any location.. This is not the case with this location, They never have ice cream cones.. I asked one of the employees about why they are always out of cones and they told me the manager refuses to order them because it is cheaper to give everyone a cup!! What is the deal with that it's ice cream !! When you order ice cream you should have the option of getting it in a cone. The manager is just rude never smiles doesn't care about customers.. Ice cream is not just ice cream. Taste and quality vary greatly by brand. The Baskin Robbins brand is quality you can taste and doesn't vary per location. Consistency is key. Ice cream is always bomb and they are always stocked with current flavors here. Customer service, however, does vary a lot from store to store. Service at this location is on point and moves fairly quickly even on busy days. Luckily this spot is the closest to my home so I lick out, but I would go here over other stores just because the service is better. I will say, we got a brownie sundae this last visit. The brownie was on the hard side. I think it might have been a bit old. Even after the ice cream sat for a bit, it was still hard, not even the slightest bit soft or soggy. This was disappointing and discouraged me from getting one of these $7 items again in the future. The ice cream was good though and we ate all of that! read more

We ordered a cake last night making sure 3 times the spelling for the birthday with correct my daughter's name. We spelled it Sofia not Sophia. Today when we went to pick it up of course it is spelled incorrectly and they think by scraping off two letters and replacing it with one is going to fix it. I give this place no stars. I ordered a cake and asked for two colors and even pointed to the colors I saw on a cake in the refrigerator. The girl taking the order said they would be able to make the cake in those colors with no problem and when I saw the cake instead of dark blue I got light blue. I ordered a cake a week in advance. I called right before I was supposed to pick up the cake and the lady on the phone was very rude and told me that they didn't have my order. I told her that I ordered it online a week ago. She kept giving me the run around. Told me that they don't always get the orders but they try to check to see if they get any when they can. That was not acceptable. I told her that I expected to be able to pick up the cake at the time that I requested. I was very upset and she told me there was nothing that she could do. She told me that I needed to let her go so they could make the cake which was rushed. When I picked up the cake part of the heart was broken, the ice cream had not set completely which she told me would happen since it needed hours to set. (Not my fault as I ordered it on Monday and I was picking it up on Friday). Not only was it rushed but I didn't even get im sorry or anything. I mean at least comp me something or discount the cake cause YOU screwed up. I had to wait longer and go pick it up after dinner instead of having it for the party when I should have. I had to go to a party empty handed because of their mistake. I will never ever order from them again and I am going to tell all of my friends that shop there never to order or buy anything from them. The service and the way I was treated for something that was not my fault was not right. Very disappointed. read more
