Ordered 2 Sundaes on Friday night. Brownie 2 scoop Sundae and 3 scoop Sundae and this is what I got ordered through Doordash. I contacted their corporate office, BBB, and of course yelp. Barely any ice cream and topping were pretty much non existent on both Sundaes. Spoke with Manager of store and she doesn't see a problem with the order except that the "wet topping" on the brownie Sundae was wrong and offered me a 20% off next visit but that was also insulting. I got a sprinkle bowl... I asked for one scoop and it wasn't even a full scoop I could see the bottom of the bowl still. I had to ask for a second scoop because it wouldn't have filled me up. Once I started eating the cone it was very stale. I threw it away and couldn't eat it anymore. Also... once me and my cousin walked in they were laughing. Totally cool that this location has a drive thru. Too bad the service is AWFUL. We waited in the drive thru line for a very long time and then backed out and parked and walked in and waited 10 minutes and then left. Went in the drive thru, 7pm on a Tuesday in January. there was a car infront of me, and i know how long it can take to make a shake or a sunday. We waited. we waited for about 10 minutes before i put my car in park. the car behind me backed out, parked, and went inside. I saw that individual leave with his dessert while i was still waiting in the drive thru to order. 15 minutes pass, a family had walked in and the employee began serving the family. Ive worked in customer service since ive been allowed to work. I dont know if this location has any standards, but correct me if im wrong, first come first served? 2 seperate groups of customers were served before the individual took our order. i went inside and explained i had been waiting for 15 minutes, the man that just left the store was behind me in the drive thru, the family shes currently serving just walked in, feel free to keep serving them at this point, i was waiting at the drive thru to order before any of these groups were in the parking lot. can u at least take my order. she got defensive and said "theres only one of me" totally babe! i was still first in line? I felt bad because she was slammed by herself, but i dont feel that bad, because i feel that the order of customers, is elementary common sense. everytime i go to this location my dad and i like to tip the staff hefty because theres normally a long wait, but theres also normally only 1 or 2 people on shift and theyre always extremely young. Ive never questioned the integrity of the service. However, I've never been made to wait for the new customers entering the store after me to be fully served before being acknowledged to order. tonight was my first night not even questioning not leaving a tip. she seemed like a nice girl, but "theres only one of me", is an extremely uneducated excuse to serving people out of order. that had nothing to do with the situation at all. hope the manager of this location offers some verbal customer service suggestions for the unequipped staff to use. Ive worked at a drive thru location as my very first job and telling the customer at the register that youll serve them as soon as you finish serving the person in front of them is so simple. ive never had a motivation to write a review for bad service but i'm genuinely dumbfounded. Happy Valentine's Day on a Tuesday! Tuesday according to the poster in the restaurant says it's Family night! Family night from 6p.m. to close is $2 scoops. We got 4 scoops total. We were charged $12...I might have been away from school for a little bit, but basic math says I should've been charged $8. Am I wrong? I asked the young lady behind the counter about it. She said she couldn't do anything about it since the system changed and it's not updated. I said, "But your poster is up." She said "yeah, I can't do anything about it." So why didn't you tell me this when we were talking about it when we walked in? I pointed to the poster too and told my son, and yet the 2 young workers didn't mention a thing, they might need a little more guidance and supervision. We ordered a birthday cake for my husband, and it was the wrong kind of cake and they forgot the candles. We called to let them know and they just said "sorry" and didn't make it right. Baskin Robbins as a whole is incredibly overpriced however, I have given this one a try a few time for the simple convenience of the drive thru. Never again. Chocolate sauce is NOT hot fudge. It shouldn't be as runny as water, and when I spend $7.00 on an oreo sundae and 20% of the cup isn't filled and there is NO hot fudge, mind you, I let them know I came for hot fudge however there is runny chocolate sauce. This is the second time in a row I have ordered a sundae with hot fudge and the second time in a row I have not gotten it. I also didn't mention, the gal at the speaker acted as though I was an inconvenience, she asked me to turn my car off (it's a Nissan Armada, nothing fancy or souped up about it) and spoke so low I was unable to hear her. When I asked a question about the kids ice cream, she mumbled to the point of me just agreeing. Next time I will spend the time going to Coldstone in Vacaville or at Safeway where I can get a quart of ice cream and a jar of hot fudge for less then the over priced, not filled sundae with no hot fudge here. Absolutely great ice cream shop. I visit Baskin-Robbins almost every other day, the staff is extremely helpful and I am always greeted with a smile. I have never had an issue at this Baskin Robbins. I was handed the milkshake and asked for the whip cream like EVERY SINGLE PLACE OFFERS WITH A MILKSHAKE and was proceeded to be charged .80cents for the whipped cream... absolute joke get it together people. Today was the last straw. I have given them multiple chances on them to make a correct Sunday the way I want it ordered. Every time I go here they seem to mess it up. I ordered 2hot fudge Sunday's and I get to Sunday's with chocolate syrup. There is a difference and your clerks should know that there is a difference. Or they need to stop watering it down. When I went in and told them they were made wrong they said they used hot fudge. Hot fudge is not runny all the other Baskin Robbins has the right hot fudge why do you not have hot fudge? It's either you don't actually carry it or your watering down. If your not going to carry it then just take it off your menu board. Plus there portion size is under weight too. I won't be going back. We went today got a big order of Seven cups and let me tell you this has been twice this has happen to us. I went back and Anna told me to bring it back so I did. When I get to the drive through I ordered the two items that were wrong one I did not get the other was wrong, she says where's the cup. I said really with pandemic I was stunned she asked for it...Anywho she comes back with two cups without lids and I said first of all, why is your mask on your neck and your are talking all over my cups without lids. She replies my manager knows I wear my mask like this and she replies for your info I don't have Corona virus after I told her it's the law to wear the mask. I asked her to make my order again, and then I said did you use the same cup I brought back. She replies No I took out the scoop you half ate! Really I told her please have someone else too make my scoops who's wearing a mask and too put lids on them. please. She closed the door and said I don't have Corona and closed the drive thru window. I'd love to give it a much higher rating, but I was extremely deterred enough from my experience the other day to where I simply cannot do that. On entering the store we located a fair amount of misplaced cash belonging to some prior customer. After notifying the employee of the money she told us to place it in their tip jar, instead of placing the money in a Lost & Found/holding it aside for the potential owner. Ultimately it left me disgusted with an extremely bad taste in my mouth- no effort was made to cue in on whom it may have belonged to, but instead the found money was taken for herself. This past Sunday, we stopped by at 11:10 (they are supposed to open at 11:00) to get some ice cream and the front door was locked. Looked inside the window and there was one employee there moving the ice cream around. We knocked on the door and she looked at us and continued what she was doing without acknowledging our presence. We decided to go to McD's next door to get something to eat and come back later. when we returned, not only was there a car in the drive thru, but the door was still locked and we knocked again (at this time, it was close to 11:20) . We love ice cream treats and prefer to be able to do that here in town, guess we will have to start driving to Dairy Queen in Vacaville .
