I always come and ask for a quart of ice cream and the staff here always looks upset or mad that I ask for them to package a flavor they don't offer on the g&g section. I love the product but the ambiance here is always negative. Maybe better costumer service training. Today the lady that was serving my ice cream was touching her head set and continue to served me ice cream, not changing gloves or anything. I am not sure where to start. This location is horrible with having any ice cream in stock. It doesn't seem like it's managed very well and the employees don't care about giving good customer service and they just don't even know what they are selling. We've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt several times but they seem to always give us a different excuse of why they don't have something. Check your receipts at this place . I've been in Texas for 5 years now and unfortunately the closest Baskin-Robbins is in White Settlement. Each visit continually decreases my expectations and delivers very poor service. Today just a week after my previous visit they informed me that they are now charging $0.10 for the cup on top of the ice cream charge. read more

Wow this is such a disappointing location. Customer service is gone with these employees. Zero soft skills! Why is there only 22 flavors? Why is there not even vanilla the most basic of all flavors!?!not even cookies and cream. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is trash. Most of the girls here have a shitty attitude. (Sorry about the language) but it's a customer service establishment if you don't like people you shouldn't work there. I ordered a double scoop rocky road. Instead I got a double scoop of strawberry and I told the cashier it was the wrong ice cream. She said "ugh" and went to correct it. Really? I already paid for it so why not give me what I paid for. Ordered mint chocolate chip milkshake -- they were advertising it! It was more the consistency and taste of skim milk. The gritty foam on top looked like dishwater scum. I couldn't taste anything sweet at all (isn't this supposed to be ice cream?) and the only hint of anything chocolate was a couple of dark brown smears on the inside of the transparent cup. I was not given a spoon and there were not any available at the help-your-self condiments counter. Turned out okay because it just poured fluidly out of the cup. A couple of sips and I gave up. You won't see me in there ever again. Other than that, over half of the ice cream buckets behind the counter look melted and re-frozen and there was not more than a cup of two left in the bottom. This place is by far the worst! Always out of your typical flavor ice cream and IF they do have it when you finally get it after waiting 10-15 minutes in the drive thru it taste freezer burned. Most of the employees there act like they don't care. After not going there for over a month I finally caved and went there today for my kids. They got the order wrong twice. I waited over 15 minutes at the window while they went to remake it. The owner addressed an issue I had with them back in February I believe. Promised a gift card through the mail. Never got it. From now on I will drive the extra 10 minutes to our nearest Braums. read more

Worst Baskin-Robbins ever! If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. I placed a phone order for a cake for my children's baptism on Thursday, with a Easter Sunday pick up at noon. Fast forward to Easter Sunday 1pm when I'm picking up my cake and "they're trying to find it". 10 minutes later, there is no cake because "the cake decorator doesn't work on weekends". Thank you Baskin-Robbins for ruining my children's special day, you definitely lost another customer. Get your stuff together! read more

Five stars for free Sundae.Only cause I was pissed that they didn't have the five other things I wanted. There is a kid that is the assistant manager or something . He is mad about something so he is talking loud and slamming things...what a ass. This place is definitely lacking in leadership and appearance. The last three people in front of me walked out and looked pissed. My bet is the ass running the place. Young punk with shaved head looking like he just stepped out of the pen. oops scared of you. Just no... Find someplace else. Hubby and I just left that place. Went to the drive through and asked for two butter pecan, one scoop cones. Response: Oh, we are out of Butter Pecan. So we asked what flavors do you have that has cherries? Response: We don't have anything with cherries. So then we asked for a cone with chocolate ice cream. Response: We just ran out of chocolate (immediate snickering and laughing in the background) So we said never mind and drove around to the front and my husband went in. Three employees laughing and snickering. He walked up to the ice cream area. One display counter was completely covered so he looked into the other one and noted one container that had chocolate in it, but it looked like it had not been scraped for 6 months. He asked isn't that a chocolate? Response: Well, it's not just chocolate it has other things in it. Do you want to try it? He said no, and then noticed the person leaning over and then looking at her friends snickering and laughing. He the said Oh, you think that is funny and that he found it strange that everything we asked for they were out of, like butter pecan and then all of a sudden out of chocolate. Then they said something about not having to carry Butter Pecan. He related they had it listed as the three recommended flavors. One of the workers then stated they did have butter pecan and mumbled something else that was inaudible. He then just turned shaking his head and left. This can't be a place that makes any money with workers who carry on like that. Doesn't seem like they care to sell anything. I don't know why the reviews are mostly negative at this location. I've lived on this side of town for 6 years and one of the selling points of buying my home was the fact that there was a Baskin Robbins within 3 miles of it. I have ordered several ice cream cakes over the course of four or five years over various holidays (including Mother's and Father's Day, so close to two dozen now) and the cakes have always been amazing and prepared on time. I order from them so much that the cake maker will actually CALL me now and let me know that my cakes are ready earlier than expected which is great customer service on her part! Not to mention, my niece and I love coming to this location for the occasional ice cream scoop (or two) after going out to dinner on Friday nights and each employee that I've come into contact with has never given me any negative vibes, but they've actually been quite friendly. I understand that typically, people would rather complain about a venue, especially online, than leave positive reviews. But, I'm the opposite. I like to give credit where it is due. I hope this location continues to flourish because I love their ice cream! read more

My husband ordered my birthday cake 3 days in advance. He even went & paid for it in advance like he was told to. On the day that he was supposed to pick it up they informed him they never received the order & had no idea of what he was talking about even with the receipt in hand. Not only did they not want to refund his money but the employee that took the order wouldn't even look him in the eyes. He just turned around & walked away as the other employee kept blowing smoke. We finally got our money back for the cake but it was after waiting a few days for a manager to come in & give them permission. It is time to find a new ice cream place. Don't go out for ice cream much. Went to this Baskin-Robbins. Checked receipt and found they charged $0.10 for each cup. I asked were on there menu they stated this. It was not there. Their shift supervisor told me that their manager told them to start charging $0.10 extra. This is not right on that they are required to show all add one on their menu. Also I asked for their senior discount. They did not give it to me. When I questioned the extra charge I also asked about my senior discount. They finally gave it to me. I am going to report them to the BBB. read more

Horrible employees with no customer service. Went in with birthday scoop paper coupons. They wouldn't scan and they all just stared at us with blank expression. They expected us to pay for the scoop. Worst customer service ever! I've been to plenty of DD/BR locations and this ranks worse in terms of service and quality. When did "We're too busy" ever count as good business morale? When I asked for a simple greeting "happy birthday" to be placed on an ice cream cake I purchased, that was the response I got from their cashier. Seriously? I just bought a $40 ice cream cake and you can't personalize it because you're "too busy"? That experience is enough to mark this BR/DD OFF my list of places I will return to or recommend anyone to. They're lucky they happen to be the only ones in this part of town otherwise competition based on customer service would drive this location bankrupt. Guess they're more content mindlessly filling those $1.00 coffee cups than satisfying their customers. For me this will be the last cake or coffee purchase I make with this franchise. I first visited this location a week ago to order a hot fudge sundae and a cookie ice cream sand which. The girl giggled and said they were out of hot fudge and cookies. So we left and went elsewhere.I just went through the drive thru again to order 2 waffle cones single dip with pecans and cream ice cream. The girl stated that they only had enough pecans and cream ice cream to make one cone and then proceeded to tell me that they were out of waffle cones. I asked the girl what the deal was and told her that each time I've been there that they were out of everything I try to order. She told me that they've been really busy and run out of things and that their truck comes in tomorrow, and I replied by stating, so basically I don't need to come on Sundays. She giggled and told me to have a good night. As I drove on and past the drive thru window the girl opened the drive thru window yelled bye out of the window in a smart mouth tone while laughing. I called the "Shift Leader" and intend on calling the Manager tomorrow. That behavior is unacceptable and very immature. I will not be back! Terrible location and smart ass service! read more
