Probably wouldn't have noticed this location had the traffic to get out of the parking lot and make a left at the light not been so backed up. It's on the far side of the Fitness Connection, with which they are clearly not sharing a demographic. Do not feel guilty getting ice cream! But if you do, you can pop in at the gym next door to work out your caloric shame. Place was clean, cool (as expected for ice cream), and quiet. The ice cream is delicious, as expected. Service was efficient and friendly. Lots of parking since it's in a huge shopping plaza, but the best parking is on the side. There you are not competing with the gym for spots. read more

We came in right before closing and ordered and the man working the counter was very nice and respectful about it.

After a family outing, we wanted to go get some ice cream only to be disappointed because the two young ladies who work there decided they wanted to close early. The time online says they close at 10, the door says 10, another couple comes and don't understand why y'all are closed either. I call and ask if y'all can open and one girl says y'all can't bc your closed. I asked for the managers number and I was told no. I was told if I wanted to call and complain I could call tmw bc today was her last day and she does care. OVERALL RATING is a -5!!!! This store needs to add negative star ratings on reviews!!! My family and I came to this location and the two ladies working were not welcoming at all!!! The taller young lady behind the counter is so silent, didn't come over to help, I had to call her over!!! She didn't even wear gloves as she scooped and served our ice cream, SMH!!! It's like they had already clocked out!!! Very rude, and very awkward for us as customers. Mind you it's 9:35pm and the shorter young lady is already starting to mop the front of the parlor. I don't know what cleaning solution they are using to mop with, but it smelled RANCID, like it came from the toilet!!! I could smell it even with a mask on!!! I strongly recommend that they hire people that care about their jobs!!! Until then, we won't be returning to this location anymore!!! If I was the owner, I would look at my staff from top to bottom! The way they are trained, how they welcome customers, how they serve the customer, their attitude in their work environment, and especially their attitude and knowledge towards hygiene and cleanliness!!! Went to the Baskin Robbins on Carrier in Grand Prairie Texas.I bought a ice cream cake which said it was a white cake. When I got home it was not only a white cake but with Caramel flavoring. I called the store ,and the guy over the phone was telling me There was nothing he could do to replace my cake because I had already cut into the cake . Also he did not give me a Receipt. I told him I have the cake I just left your store 5 minutes ago. He knew he was wrong not giving me my Receipt and was trying to put the blame game on me. Wearing my mask as required. however the young lady who never smiled once behind the counter was not wearing a mask or gloves. i order our ice cream paid for it. mind you the entire time I was in there the lady never even made eye contact. as I was leaving she smiled big and bright at the next customer. I said to her, you never smiled once the entire time I've been in here. she actually said "thats because I like him, he comes in here all the time". so if your not a regular be prepared to be given a very cold shoulder customer experience. This establishment was clean, and I like the colors and labels they have for their ice cream. I came in a 15 minutes or so before they closed. They had 2 teenage boys working behind the counter. Right when I walked up to the counter, I heard one of the boys say, "Man, let's lock the doors before more people walk in here." I was just appalled by their customer service when I heard that. But, I was really craving a cookies n cream ice cream so I ordered one scoop in a cup. It costed me like $4 for a tiny baby scoop! I will NEVER come back to this place again. I always tell my friends and people I know to go to Bruster's. You get TWICE as much for HALF the price there than BR. read more

We came to this convenient location to celebrate my great nephews 5th birthday, for about 20 minutes. We moved 2 small tables to the corner so that we could keep the children away from the line. There was no one else seated in the restaurant for most of the time we were here. When we were about half way done, we were told from one of the cashiers that someone "called in" and said we couldn't move the 2 small tables because it was against the rules. My dad asked to speak to the manager and one of the cashiers called someone on the phone and the phone was handed to me. The "manager" on the phone told me that they couldn't do anything in the store without prior permission. (It wasn't a party, it was an ice cream cake with family.) Whenever I have a random craving for ice cream, I come here since it's so close to my home. The ice cream is very expensive, especially if you like waffle cones (which I do). If you go in the evenings or when it's cooler the line isn't very long. If you go on a promo day like free scoop day, you will probably have a longer wait. The employees are friendly and get you through the line fairly quickly. Great stop for a random ice cream craving but definitely not the place to go if you're looking for the best tasting ice cream at a low cost. read more
