Jon and his crew were smiling the entire time and provided absolutely amazing service, despite the less than ideal (downright awful) weather conditions. We had the tri-tip and pork loin (the most tender anyone had ever tasted and cooked on-site!), potato salad, cole slaw, garden salad and corn bread. I offered to pay a deposit to secure the date, which they happily accepted. And then Nick ghosted us. I'm not joking. I called and texted as our date approached, trying to get things in motion and never heard from him again. So we booked another caterer. Several months after our wedding... Our deposit was cashed. We always grab breakfast before we gamble. Food is always consistently yummy- this time hubby got the French toast with eggs and ham, and I got an amazing BLat- it's bacon so I call that brekkie.
