I ordered a 3 scoop sundae, with caramel, chopped almonds and a cherry on top, what I received was caramel, chopped almonds and cherry on the bottom of the bowl and 3 very small scoops of ice cream. Definitely was not worth the amount of money I paid for it. I will not be ordering anymore ice cream sundaes from here, as this is now the second time that I have placed an order through doordash and have not been satisfied. They should be ashamed of preparing something like this. read more

Came in tonight 12/23. Terrible customer service, the two girls didn't say hi or welcome in. They rolled their eyes when we asked for a milkshake. Two of us got one scoop Sundays, only one Sunday got nuts and cherry's on top. I'd understand if we came in like 20 minutes before they closed... I'd be mad too, but we came in two and a half hours before they closed. Just sad. read more

Usually my preference is to support the local ice cream shop. On a recent hot summer day, however, the local shop was closed, so Baskin Robbins immediately became our first choice. I've had hit or miss experiences with this chain, but this location in particular provided a great experience from the moment we walked in to the last lick of our cones. The biggest plus to this shop is the selection. They had so many offerings to appease our picky group. My son went with classic chocolate. I stole a lick and it was delicious. I went with an odd combo of Mountain Blackberry and Butter Pecan and both were super creamy and satisfying. The employees who helped us were all friendly and attentive. This was written during the time of COVID-19, so I appreciated that they were doing their part to follow safety measures - employees wore face masks and stickers on the floor designated how far apart to stand. read more

Okay, if you don't know what a Baskin-Robbins is yet, you are way behind the curve and you need to check one out; this one is typical and will not disappoint. The selection is terrific and the service is almost always pretty good. The service here is actually even better than most and they were encouraging everyone to take advantage of a special offer. This was not the cleanest shop I have ever been in, but it was not due to dirt. Lots of ice creamy kids and parents is my best guess. And of course if you are already a Baskin-Robbins fan, you will be glad to know this one is good and cheaper than the big-city shops! read more

I can attest... They appear to close up shop whenever it's convenient for them. I went in at 9:07 and they were closing things up. They were promptly out of the store, lights off, door locked, by 9:24 Pm. Thankfully, no one with me was devastated like Kaylee's daughter as a result of their early closure. read more

Very annoyed with this location. Everywhere I have looked states they close at 10 pm. We showed up at 9 to get some ice cream, and as we are getting out of the vehicle, the guys came running out to the door to lock it. My daughter was devastated! And felt so let down! Doesn't matter which city I'm in when I visit a Baskin-Robbins, the same level of excitement builds up now that did when I was a little kid & my folks brought me here for a treat. Waiting for others ahead of me to order and get their goodies just makes the ice cream I get taste that much better for the anticipation! & it's ok that the staff are pretty much always high school kids, because I know the muck ice cream creates behind the scenes, and if they're willing to deal with that AND be friendly and hand out those tasting spoons all day to folks who already know that they're getting something else, more power to them. It's the only one in the county, and one of very few ice cream shops here so if you like ice cream, you've got to be glad that we have it. It's been here a long time, and those who have it now are from a well established small business family and they've improved the service, so, what's not to like? The best ice cream in tje world, we al know that! So reviews like this come down to service. They lost 1 star for very slow service. One employee on a Sunday afternoon with about 10 customers. Employee didn't know how to check the balance on a gift card. Also, the cakes were highly priced. Other 31F we go to offer specials on their cakes. This one had outrageous prices. A tiny cake was $24.99! It's also more than a week past Thanksgiving and their classic T-day Turkey ice cream cake was in the fridge at full price. No sale. read more

Wow what a great place to go after dinner. My husband and I love to go to Strings in the same parking lot and then walk over to have ice cream. I usually order the chocolate peanut butter and my husband chocolate. The store is so clean you could eat off the floor, the owners onsite, and the employees are always so friendly.
