I used to love Baskin Robbins, but the past few times I've come here, it's been pretty disappointing. Their rainbow sherbet is always great and probably one of the best flavors of ice cream ever in my opinion, I even buy the small pints of it at the grocery store. But beware - if you go in to Baskin Robbins, don't get a milkshake! Tonight was the third time we've ordered one from here, and they always put way too much milk in the shakes. It ends up just tasting like milk, you hardly taste the flavor of the ice cream, it's just disappointing. Sadly, I think it might be a business practice, because each time, it was a different employee but they always used 90% milk with just a tiny bit of ice cream. I'll probably come back again, but I won't be opting for a milkshake. read more

Never fails that each time I visit this BR, they are out of several of their classic flavors. I don't know if they are really out, or if they don't want to bother with going into the back and getting a new tub. Also, I have gone twice to order a shake or cappuccino and they will look over at their washed blenders then tell me they're out of the mix or out of milk. Again, not sure whether it's true or they don't want to do it. It's ridiculous. Also, don't bother ordering via doordash at this location. You order online, then it's a nightmare because they call you or the doordash driver calls you to tell you they don't have any of what you've ordered. Ok, anybody who reads my reviews and posts knows I am a sucker for Ice Cream. And Baskin Robins has been a favorite of mine for years! This Baskin Robins is very local to my house. They have the usual 31 flavors to choose from as well as a nice selection of prepacked containers of ice cream and ice cream cakes in the freezer compartment. They also are really nice about letting you "taste" the new flavors before you have to decide what you want. My favorite is Dark Chocolate Fudge and also Praline's and Cream.... YUM!!! The Baskin Robins has a nice sized eat in area and is kept pretty clean too. Have to admit, we stop here often! Give it a try, you will not be disappointed read more

Walked in to the baskin Robbins store in LaVerne tonight (4th of July) Nick immediately told me that they close at 8:00pm. I said good because it's only 7:54pm. He threw his head back and moaned. Two Minutes later a couple walked in and he said again "we close at 8:00" The customer said well it's not 8:00 yet. Nick was obviously upset that He might have to work a little past 8:00pm. Strangely he told six other Customers that walked in that "THEY WERE CLOSED" I can't believe That the owner of this store wants an employee that can't wait to close The store and cost the owner at least ten more customers. Recently moved to the area, I've visited this location 3 times with my 10 year old twins, today will be my last visit. There's an advertisement in the store stating if you order 2 or more scoops you can get a fresh waffle cone. Today like the previous visits there are no waffle cones, there are no customers in the store and there's a waffle maker on the counter. Rocky Road is my go to ice cream but it's even better with a waffle cone. The waffle cone tasted fresh and crunchy not stale like some other places. I get a large shake a couple times a month from other local locations and always full to the top. I get the one from here and it's about a 1/2 inch from the top. When it's $8. I expect it to be full. Baskin Robbins is now my favorite place to visit. I brought in my kids to enjoy a cold scoop of ice cream earlier today in this heat. As I entered, I was greeted by the employees with bright smiles on their faces. I got 2 double scoops of rainbow sherbet for my kids and a chocolate milkshake for myself, It was just the right consistency for me, because usually the workers at different locations do not meet my expectations, so I tried this location instead. This Baskin Robbins was the perfect environment and summer time activity for my kids and I. I was please to leave a tip for the workers named Ken, Jayden, and Will. Last minute surprise last weekend that my mother wanted an ice cream cake for her birthday. No cake is better than at 31 Flavors, but I was worried because it was less than 19 hours before the party. Since they didn't have a pre-made chocolate chip / white cake pre-made, I asked if they would be able to make it in the time constraint, knowing that their policy asks for 24 hour advance notice. Ken graciously called his manager to see if they could prepare a small cake with that configuration and got approval for me! Ken saved that celebration, as it'd be up to chance if the request was declined! Thank you for being so customer service oriented! We had a pretty good visit here. We went for the bogo sundaes on Wednesdays. It got pretty busy and even though there was only one girl working she was able to stay on top of everything. She still made sure we got our samples and when a topping ran out she made sure to refill it and not just half pour the topping. I'd recommend this BR and will come back. read more

He offered to write on the cake and took his time but it came out beyond perfect! He was also very helpful when helping me make my decision of what flavor to get.
