I guess you get the vibe that they really like their job and it pours over to the customers. Now cease, Candy seems like it's gotten a little bit pricey but all that doesn't matter because you're getting a great product and great service. We definitely hit these candies during events throughout the year whether it's Mother's Day Father's Day, Fourth of July, Easter, and Christmas let's not forget Halloween and Thanksgiving. As for this location, it is very nice . well kept , very clean, there's parking right in front designated for them so it's easy to get in and out. The young man that works there is very cool and down to earth very friendly and should be given a raise. Even though it's the smaller store , they have a great selection of all your favorites. I went in after many years, looking to buy 4 pieces of my favorite; it took quite a while to be served and in the midst of waiting, one of the store's self-designated very regular customers decided he wanted to hold back and have the lady serve me and possibly others who had just come in. He repeated it once, then just waited. The server did not like this, seemed uncomfortable just taking care of me and getting it over with. I was patient, didn't a say a word and the lady felt she should correct the first customer, saying, "everyone has their moment and I have your order right here, can't I just ring you up for it?" Finally a second server came out and served me. It took quite awhile, really for no reason. Then the candy did not seem fresh. Then I was offered a sample of a piece of chocolate. It was the apple pie filled chocolate - I am not a fan of that flavor but I was curious. When I made my purchase the same young lady rang me up and offered another sample of chocolate. I left the store with some boxes of their assorted chocolate for our out of town guests and feeling really good because of her exceptional customer service and professionalism. One could wish Sees Candies locations were open 24 hours. I will have to settle for whenever they are open and this is my favorite location because its always in the middle of where ever it seems I am going. The chocolates are all superb. I walked in on a Sunday late afternoon during the pandemic. The staff only allows 4 guests to help with social distancing. My experience was straight forward. The lady who helped me was extremely nice and provided me with excellent service as I picked my half pound out. She patiently cut my rocky road piece and wrapped it up. She told me about their upcoming promotions and gave me a couple of wrapped samples while asking me which sample piece I would like. I opted for a milk chocolate coconut dream piece. I came here to buy Christmas presents for friends who do not live in California. I figured giving them home grown chocolates would be one way to promote the golden state. The sweets are a little pricey but they do taste good and there are some novelty flavors for those whose taste buds go beyond the usual milk and dark chocolate varieties. Our favorites are the Toffee-ettes, which are nuggets of butter toffee and roasted almonds mixed in creamy milk chocolate and topped off with crunchy almonds. This year being their centennial, See's is selling commemorative items such as the Centennial Bundles, Medallions and Limited Edition Ornaments. The girls at the counter are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They give out free samples upon purchase. I was disciplined today and did not buy anything for my family's consumption. I can honestly tell my kids' dentist that they have been good with candies and such. But... if we do want to "see-ize" the opportunity for a sweet treat every once in a while, this would be one of the places to go. read more

The shop seems smaller than most ( squeezed into a busy suburban shopping mall). Parking is a bit challenging because there is a credit union and a rental car agency sharing the corner area where the candy store is. However, it seems Sees did anticipate this issue, because they do have a couple of designated spots for candy customers. The staff is very nice and welcoming. They even give you a choice of sample from three types of chocolate, on the late afternoon that I went. You can custom make a box which is sold by weight, just the same price of $21 per pound, as the already pre packaged chocolates. All your favorites can be put in, rather than having some of those odd fluffy or truffle ones, which AREN'T my choices, in a pre made box. I love the rum nougat and the brown sugary butterscotch square chocolates. The butterscotch square was very fresh and it practically melts on your tongue! read more

Had such a wonderful experience with this specific store. Needed a pack of sugar-free dark chocolate, for my mom's birthday, but could not go in person to order. Tina, was exceptional. She let me know all of my options for sugar-free dark chocolates over the phone and was able to take my order for curbside pick up. When I went to pick up my order, she was very thorough, and accommodating. She made sure to wrap the box perfectly for a Birthday gift. And the reason for buying bridge mix. but the volume of chocolate covered raisins which you can get anywhere.. or the chocolate covered pecans and peanuts.. just reduces the delight of their bridge mix...
