Even though it was around 9p in a suburban strip mall there was a quite a bit of foot traffic so happy this business is popular! We got the strawberry shawty. Apparently it is pretty popular as the staff was preparing some pick up and they gave us the one they just finished. We get three free toppings so added more strawberries, mochi, and whipped cream. Bango is my favorite ice cream shop in the valley! The sweet cream that they use as the base of their rolled ice cream is absolutely delicious! At first I was taken aback with the $12 price as it was $10 a few months ago but it is so good I don't mind the price and it is a pretty big serving you can definitely share between 2 people. The staff are always super friendly and they have a big topping variety. When it's busy it can take a little bit to get your ice cream since it is made right in front of you but that's what makes it worth it! read more

Nice, clean little shop with attentive service and easy, free parking. We went in for macaron ice cream sandwiches after having a picnic lunch in a nearby park on a warm day. I did not understand what the "Bango Rolls" were on the menu, but they luckily had some pictures on the wall to show what the final product looks like. They had a bunch of topping options so you could mix and match to your heart's content. We just got the macaron ice cream sandwiches since we hadn't ever had them before (and that's how we found the place), but next time we will definitely try the rolled ice cream. A few small tables lined the wall with metal chairs, so you can sit and eat your ice cream instead of having to take it to-go. If there's one thing I would like to see improved here, it's having cushions on the chairs. Seems like a creative little ice cream shop though, so we would definitely go back. read more

Bango Creamery has stolen my heart!!! Ice cream lovers- you have to try this place! When I first saw this biz on Yelp I was a little hesitant because I had never heard of rolled ice cream before, but they had great reviews so I thought why not try it out! The staff were so nice explaining what it is and the process. They have lots of flavors to choose from- I zoomed in on the Vietnamese coffee flavor. I love coffee ice cream and this is the BEST I've ever had. It is so creamy and bursting with flavor. The rolled cups come with three toppings, I always get three scoops of oreo crumbles. It is so addicting it's scary. Every bite I am audibly like "mmmmmm" They also have ice cream by the scoop and macaroon ice cream, but I honestly feel if you're here, you gotta get the rolls. I've been a few times in that last couple weeks because I have a problem when I find something I love- I can't get enough. And for Vday they had so many cute decorations and a photo backdrop. Just such a fab business all around. Bonus, they are open late! I always tend to go out to dinner and dessert later at night to avoid traffic so it's a great option! I haven't had rolled ice cream in ages, but it was 80 degrees out and I wanted a sweet treat, so my friend and I decided to give Bango Creamery a try as we were in the area. We came by Wednesday afternoon around 3 pm and it was completely empty. So many flavors looked good, but we settled on the Mango Go since we both love mango. All of their rolled ice cream goes for $12. It was fun to watch them make the rolled ice cream right in front of you. Afterwards, you can choose 3 free toppings, so we got coconut, mango, and strawberry. The ice cream was really good! We loved the vanilla + mango combination and want to come back to try some of the other flavors. They're generous with the toppings too! Definitely recommend sharing here, as one order of rolled ice cream is a lot especially if you're coming for a post-meal treat. read more

Date: May 13, 2025 I've had this place bookmarked for the longest time and finally got to check it out for my son's birthday dessert. Arrived around 8pm and there was an online order ahead of us. We ordered: #2- Strawberry Shawty (strawberry, graham crackers and vanilla ice cream) - $12 ^ this one was good! Wasn't sweet and loved the crunch the crackers made. #8- Mango Go (Mango puree and vanilla ice cream) - $12 ^ this one is bomb! I LOVE mangos but even hubs loved it and he doesn't like mangos! Perfectly consistency and loved the taste the puree adds to the vanilla. Absolutely love that you get to add as many toppings as you like to it and that they have so many choices to choose from. We had two employees working at the same time so our order came out super quick and we sat down and ate it as well. Spoons and napkins are on the side of the toppings area. This place is always a go to for rolled ice cream in the valley. The portions are easily shareable between two people and extra toppings in the mix are only $0.50 cents. They have good flavors to choose from and the place seems to now be family owned and the staff always greets us when we walk in and are attentive to our requests. Came in at 10 and they had multiple inside waiting for orders. The guy tells me we can't take your order we are closed it's 10. I understand but why not just satisfy your customers and take 2 more orders? Instead you ruined the mood/night of your customers because of your laziness to not want to do 2 more orders. We called over the phone and the man said they were busy and couldn't take phone orders, so we drove over and by the time we made it it was 10 but people were still inside at least 6-7 of them. Found this rolled ice place not far from home. Location has free parking and was easy to find. Loved the updated look, feel and color scheme. I must say I was immediately disappointed when I saw the serving was $12. It was unbelievable when my regular spot in Simi Valley only costs $8 for the same size with more toppings. In addition this shop is not located in an upscale or well off neighborhood. I expressed this to the ladies. They were surprised to hear. Asked me about the other location and tried to provide reasons why there's cost more. There was simply no reason why it was so much higher. Now the flavor was good and different. More creamy too. I've been wanting to try rolled ice cream for the longest time but surprisingly there aren't any near us or they closed down over the last few years. We finally found this hidden gem and decided to try it on a 100 Degree weather! Perfect! My bf and I stopped by after coming home from Malibu. The aesthetic and lighting inside is very nice and pretty classy, not what you'd expect from an ice cream shop. They have other items too like regular scooped ice cream and even bubble waffles! The photos on the walls are professional photos of the desserts they have. I went for the Monkey Business and my bf went for the Strawberry Shawty. It was a treat to watch the guy make it right in front of us as well (will have a reel of it on my IG: @ammysalamii). You get up to 3 free toppings!! That's amazing although I only wanted fruity pebbles and sliced almonds, my bf wanted only graham crackers on his but the guy thought he asked for Graham crackers on mine so mine ended up being loaded LOL but it was fine! Luckily it wasn't peanut or anything. We enjoyed these so much and even got to take them home without them melting like crazy! That's the super cool thing about these because they're basically iced and frozen to an extent unlike regular ice cream so they last a while. They were still in perfect condition driving home!
