Drive thru lines are usually out to the street. Make sure you leave yourself like 20 mins or so to get through the drive thru. I wish they had a speedier process.

If I were to judge this place by their weekend service, they'd get one star. This store is inside Albertsons and literally half a mile from my home. I stop here every morning on my way to my office and the Monday thru Friday crew, specifically Stephanie and Eugenie, are exceptional. But the weekend crew is the complete opposite. I don't want to single anyone out but one weekend employee, in particular, always gets my order wrong or forgets to put in my food order. Not only that, but they are so slow that it sometimes takes 15-20 minutes to get my order with only a few people in front of me. Enough of the negative. The mid week crew more than makes up for it, and if it were them working the weekends, this location would get 5 stars plus!

My favorite Starbucks to go to. Always great service, never have any issues with my order--nothing but positive things to say.

The quality and consistency are honestly unmatched. I've tried pretty much every drink on the menu at this point, and every single visit tastes just as good as the last, which is rare these days. Yes, the line can get long sometimes, but the staff does such a great job moving things quickly while still being friendly and attentive. You never feel rushed, and they're always happy to answer questions or make recommendations. Their new guava matcha is AMAZING! Super unique and refreshing without being overly sweet. I've already convinced a bunch of my friends and family to try Ayer and now they're hooked too. Even my dad, who visits Vietnam often and is very picky about coffee, said he liked the coffee at Ayer even more. I've also purchased their Saigon blend to make Vietnamese coffee at home, and the staff were incredibly helpful in guiding me on how to brew it properly. You can tell they genuinely care about both the quality of their drinks and the customer experience. Ayer deserves all the hype. Easily one of my favorite coffee spots ever.

Servers were friendly and helpful in suggesting a coffee drink for me. The Iced Spiced Chai was really good! My friends and I enjoyed our food. For the price we paid, it was delicious. I ordered the California Bagel with over-easy eggs (replacing the bacon for sausages). It was yummy, and I love that I can have my eggs any way. Free refill on iced coffee was a hit with my friends. It was relaxing because we weren't rushed to eat our food. Highly recommend

The restaurant itself is cozy and decorated with a lot of generic signs you would see from Hobby Lobby (very live laugh love). It has both indoor and outdoor seating which is nice. I got a steak and eggs, and honestly the steak was awful. I've never eaten such a dry piece of meat, it was reminiscent of what people feed their dogs for their birthday. It was supposed to be medium rare, but it was definitely well done and a low quality cut of meat. The fruit was good, sweet and in season. Bread was tightly toasted and buttered but they gave me the wrong type - it took 50+ minutes to get the food so I didn't bother telling them. The eggs were cooked well, I enjoyed them with some salt and pepper. The cashier came up to us at around 45 minutes after ordering and asked us how we wanted our eggs cooked because she hadn't asked at the beginning, and my friend and I were surprised that they hadn't started until then. Overall I don't think I plan on coming back any time soon. It's pretty close to Peter's Canyon which is a great option for a post-hike meal, but there are definitely other restaurants nearby that have better service and food.

Let's just say, it's #approved for sweet tooth lovers, but not balanced for my palette. Starting off, there is a bit of a wait, maybe around 30 minutes before entering. The service made up for it though, very sweet and attentive workers. They even offered samples of the rosemary sourdough focaccia bread & their panettone bread, which my boyfriend and I enjoyed thoroughly. There's fair seating outside and some in the front, so it's good for families and large groups of friends to sit down & relax to enjoy pastries together. I just wish the hours were more extended! The matcha drinks were nice, definitely ceremonial grade and just the right amount of matcha richness and sweetener (custom syrups available, but it comes unsweetened). Overall, 4/5 rating. this is a SOLID bakery and we would love to come back again to try the other pastries! It lost points for me bc I'm not too big on sweets. The pain au chocolate was my favorite though! :) my boyfriend's favorite was the tomato & cheese pastry, 5/5 for him!! Also, I think it's pretty sick to see a bakery offer an extensive amount of butter options to eat with their sourdough. I'll have to come back and try their cinnamon roll! Also, be mindful that around 12:00 pm, there are items that get sold out first, so it's best to come early.

Definitely had to doctor it at home. At least the boba was yummy and soft without being mushy. Regarding customer service, I agree with a few other Yelpers about how lackluster it is. The two ladies working there (one at the register and one making drinks) were indifferent and looked like they'd rather be somewhere else. We weren't greeted upon entry or when we went up to the register and started looking over the menu. When what I thought was my drink was ready, the lady who made it just quickly set it onto the counter, mumbled something that I couldn't really understand, and then walked off into the kitchen area. When I called out for confirmation, neither of the ladies looked at me or answered my question. Luckily, it appeared to be a light-colored milk tea and did have boba, so I'm guessing it was mine haha. My friend didn't really like the Golden Milk Tea (also got less sweet and added boba), as she said it wasn't the type of black tea flavor she was expecting. My other friend thought her oreo blended drink was ok but had a strange aftertaste that she couldn't really describe. There were a lot of people inside on a Saturday night. Interior was cute with the Christmas decorations. There were a good amount of wooden tables and benches throughout, but one of the bench cushions at the back table had a huge tear in it, which didn't look comfortable or sanitary.
