absolute worst place to get ice cream! When you first walk in the door, the place is disgustingly dirty. There are hand prints and fingerprints all over the glass of the doors and the refrigerators there's gunk all over the tables and around the freezers not suitably sanitary so we ended up leaving the gal behind the counter gave me a hard time when I said to my child, we were leaving because it was so dirty so I asked for her manager. She said I am the manager. I said then let me speak to the owner. This place is disgusting and I don't appreciate your attitude. she laughed in my face, refused to give me her manager's contact information, and then called me a dumb broad. The family that used to own this location when it was over on Granite Drive may or may not still own this franchise, but if they do, I hope they understand that the person they put behind the counter is an absolute tragedy to service and their reputation. for now, off to handles. read more

I walked in and quickly walked out. This place is incredibly filthy and not fit to have anything for sale! They don't clean their doors or windows, and all the counter surfaces are dirty. The ice cream doesn't seem fresh at all; you can tell it has been sitting out because of the top layer's appearance. Stopped in with my grandsons at 2:30 on a Thursday. No customers were in the place. There was one employee and he was helpful enough. Our biggest concern was how unclean the place was. My grandsons didn't want to sit at several tables because of the uncleanliness. The floor could have used a good washing, the walls were disgusting in places. The garbage can looks like it has never been wiped down. Behind the counter there was a lot that needed cleaning. The ice cream was good. I would give it 2 and a half stars. read more

Customer service is awful! I asked for a custom cake and the lady just kept telling me 'no' on all of the requests I had. I asked her to make suggestions on alternate options and she had nothing to suggest-- Just 'no, we don't have that', 'no, chocolate fudge is too hard to work with', 'no, ask any other Baskin Robbins, nobody will do that'. Took my grandson for a treat. I had 2 regular scoops in a cup and he had 2 child scoops in a cup. Came to almost $14. I get that prices have gone up but this is ridiculous. Also asked for a small cup of water which had always been free at any other BR. Would only sell bottled water. Needless to say this will be the last time I ever go there. I used to LOVE this location. For at least the last 6 months, I have noticed it going considerably down hill. They close before the actually listed times. I sometimes get the hand packed ice cream for flavors that aren't in the prepacks. I've had a few times that they're not actually packed all the way. Usually not so much to make a big deal about it but when I got back today after buying some, I realized when I grabbed the pack out of the bag there was a lot of "give" to my container. Oh my goodness! My husband and I wanted a really good banana split to share. We hadn't been to B&R in ages. The first issue was trying to find a table and chairs that were clean. Every table and chair was filthy. We were the only customers at that point. The banana split was a disappointment. The ice cream was okay but it was topped with a thin layer of chocolate topping. No strawberry or pineapple topping. Not really what you could call a banana split. A lady came in and wanted an ice cream cone. I went on Friday to get myself a treat and was helped by a young male who had the stereo-typical disposition of "I wanna be anywhere else but here" attitude; but this was not my issue. I asked for a sample of a featured flavor. When I finished my sample , I placed my used spoon in the small bowl located on top of the glass case because that bowl had dried ice cream drips on it and so I assumed it was where I place my used spoon. That bowl was dirty! The employee reacted by saying "No! Ugh..." followed by a huge sigh and then grabbed that bowl full of spoons and placed it in their sink. The second employee asked with a confused look, "Why did you put these spoons in the sink?" to which the employee replied, "that's because they wash the spoons." I feel responsible letting people know that if you go to this location and ask for a sample, you may be using my used spoon! read more

Our favorite location to get some yummy ice cream! Lots of choices and the sweetest workers to welcome you!

Couple things. 1) The prices at this location are higher than the location on Stanford Ranch. I'm guessing it has to do with the rent at this location. I never like being charged extra for the same product because of where I'm shopping. It's the same city. 2). They do not pack the take home quarts as well as they could. I would say I got 20% less ice cream packed at this location v the other location. 3) We love Baseball Nut. This location has it in stock regularly and in pre packs. I asked if the pre packs and the scooped product is the same and I was assured it was. So I bought two pre packs. After tasting at home my family and I are convinced it's not the same. The next time in I bought both. See attached picture. Left side is pre packed which is lighter and less creamy. Right side is scooped which is creamier. Went in to this location to order a cake for a birthday party and was told they won't do it because they needed a day off. I wasn't aware that ordering a standard cake within a few days notice was such a big ordeal for a large chain establishment. I ordered a birthday cake for my son. It cost about $50. I picked the cake up on the way to the venue. When I opened the box, my child name was misspelled!!! It was to late to have it fixed since it was time to sing the birthday song. After the party, I checked my order to make sure I did not have a typo ( they will only take orders via the internet). After many phone calls, I informed them of the mistake. Then I was treated rudely, shamed for calling in the error, and hung up on, the owners daughter offered me a free Ice cream cone. She told me that if I wanted any money back I would have to come into the store. They are able to charge my card but not refund with out me being present. Went in to order a banana split and asked for just the topping it comes. I didn't think much of it at that moment but then checked online that a banana split is around $8 but I was charged $14. It was the only thing I got so the lady definitely charged me double for the topping it already comes with. Tried to reach out and doesn't seem the store wants to respond.
