The two girls seem like they never worked a job in their life. Their scoops were smaller than gelato scoops. Not only that but they kept soaking the scoops so my ice cream was drenched with water. Ok- let's start off with that huge lock on the door when this place is close. I wonder what warrants such a huge lock for an ice cream shop? Granted there are times I would consider breaking the lock for a sweet taste of Baskin Robbins and it's 31 (or more, i believe) flavors. All kidding aside. This place is mmm nom nom nom. There's choices for everyone - the scoop of ice cream for me, soft serve for me, the coffee chillers for me... If you haven't noticed, it really is about me. :) They're pretty chill in there and they don't really skimp on your portions. It's a nice size, and especially when they were running the 98 cent? 89 cent? soft serve cone? Consider Mandi T a fan! Oh, did i mention, it's right next to a Starbucks, Walgreens, a Subway, and that's just next door. I have been to this Baskin Robbins for a long, very long time. All this time it was just a typical Baskin Robbins like any other. I would drop by only if it's convenience. But now it's totally different, pleasantly of course, because they recently have new ownership. John, the new owner, is by far the most helpful and friendly. He is very much into customer service and going far & beyond to make his customers happy. The ice cream from any Baskin Robbins are pretty much the same delicious, but what makes this location special is John. Whatever needs or issues you have, you should bring it up to him if you couldn't get it resolved by other employees. He is very reasonable & will try his best to meet your demands. Today is their grand opening & so I dropped by for moral support. I bought 1.5 lbs of World Class Chocolate & 1.5 lbs of Black Cherry. So delicious! Because John is so amicable, I will only go to this Baskin Robbins for their ice cream. I will increase my ice cream intake from now on too. I only hope I don't gain weight from this! The good thing coming out of this is that this will motivate me to exercise more to offset my new ice cream standard. Anyways, I highly recommend this location! read more

This baskin robbins is located inside the Starbucks plaza. It shares a space with togo's sandwiches, so they're both literally right next to each other, and there's no wall blocking them or anything. I guess it's a cool place to eat a sammich for lunch and then afterwards have easy access to dessert. That would actually be perfect for me because I always eat dessert after a meal, too bad togos doesn't have good vegetarian sammiches ;( But yeah, I came here to pick up an ice cream cake for my friend that she ordered online. She ordered an Oreo ice cream shaped into a beer mug. The cake came out great, but the handwriting wasn't that nice looking. The cake itself looked awesome though. read more

I come here at least once a week because who can stay away from ice cream this delicious if you live around the corner? Haha. I like that there's always an option to choose from when you've got people in your family like I do who may need gluten free items, sugar free items, and even most recently, a vegan friendly item! My favorite ice cream here is the gold medal ribbon but in addition to ice cream, there are ice cream shakes you can get which are always just perfect on a sweltering day. Need an ice cream cake in a pinch? There are always plenty in the freezer right next to the quarts of ice creams ready to take home. I understand samples are not an option because of the pandemic right now, but in addition to that the staff here makes sure your safety is is utmost importance by wearing masks AND gloves at all times. I really appreciate the gloves because not everyone does that (Starbucks...y'all should really consider implementing this!) and everyone here has just the nicest manners and customer service. This place is located in a small plaza like in the intersection. When I walked in on Friday night, it was empty and only one employee was working, who happened to be in the back for some time. My sister ordered a cake for a graduation and it turned out to be a pretty cool cake, no biggie. My family wasn't too into the cake portion of the ice cream cake because it was "hard" or it tastes different from before. To me, I didn't really notice it, not a lot of cakes can be eaten frozen so whatevers. The total for that cake size is 35 dollars which is a lot but reasonable.
