BUT we noticed they now charge $2.00 extra to sit inside- which I've never experienced before- idk if this is a franchise wide thing but it made the experience (birthday ice cream for our daughter) really uncomfortable cause we stood around outside in the hot sun after paying $26 for ice cream. This Baskin-Robbins is small and narrow. The staff is very friendly and nice. It's kinda awkward when there is a little bit of a crowd, because the narrow shape of the store makes it hard to form a line. The main reason for the low rating is because they don't keep their ice cream cold enough. It's always too soft. I thought maybe they forgot to turn on the display fridge (where all the ice cream is stored), but I have now been there at least 3 times and the ice cream is way too soft. Especially compared to other Baskin Robbins stores. Maybe they figure it is easier to scoop? But they are sacrificing the quality if that is the reason. read more

Usually enjoy coming to this location - bring my kids here every week after school on Friday. But one of their two ice cream freezers has been broken for over a month now with no sign of repairs. This cuts the available flavors in half and my kids' favorite flavors have not been available. Yes it's just ice cream and not life and death, but this is also a business operating at 50% inventory for over 30 days. I'm sure there has been a financial loss, and it seems hard to believe that they could not get a freezer repaired in a month. I know people who could have built a new freezer in less time than that. We'll be going to a different location from now on. The service is always good, so I hope these guys get their act together, but it looks ownership is cutting corners. read more

I had checked their hours online, and we headed over only to find all the lights off and the door locked. I double-checked their hours, and it showed that they're supposed to be open til 10pm. Customers were not served in the order that they arrived. Normally, this BR provides great service, but not today. In particular: when I arrived, there were workers with one serving a family of 4, the second serving a man and his daughter, and the third doing cleanup. After about 3 minutes a family of 4 then a couple arrived after me. When the order for the family of 4 was complete, the first worker proceeded to take the order from the family of 4 that came in after me. I didn't say anything, but I felt like that worker did not care about customer service by doing that. The father that was being served by the second worker did speak up about what they did. The second worker apologized and served me next. In all, it only cost me about a minute if my time, but I did not like feeling that BR does not care about the customers. Some things they can do: add a number service system like the did many years ago, design the layout so customers must wait in line, and/or teach the workers to be aware of the customers in the facility. read more

Inside we found eleven or so tables that were clean. The menu choices were clearly defined which is good if people are undecided. No hand written signs and the promotions were marked. The biggest plus is that there are plenty of napkins. The staff there, while really young, gave good customer service. The prices are the biggest negative. A small sundae sets you back over four dollars. A single scoop is close to $2.50. You go for the experience and the consistency of the brand but it can be pricey. But for a occasional splurge it is more than okay. read more

Very disappointed with the entire experience I had ordering my grandson's birthday cake in person-at the store. The employee who took the order seemed to know what he was doing-not the case. After pre-paying for the cake-which is required, I received a call 3 days later informing me the Darth Vader mask wasn't available, nor was the second choice-Ninja Turtle. Settled for balloons-not happy. Worse was the pickup experience. The female employee had ZERO customer service-she had a very smart mouth, and was very defensive. Baskin Robbins is some of the best ice cream you will ever have! There are LOTS of flavors to choose from. The staff is very friendly, willing to let you sample multiple ice cream flavors so you can make your choice. I'm a big Cookies and Cream lover, and they have excellent Cookies and Cream ice cream. I have recently ventured out and tried other flavors, I also highly recommend the Pralines and Cream, Cherries Jubilee, Pink Bubble Gum (great flavor for kids too) and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough...so good! It is a bit pricey, so I go on Tuesdays, they do family scoop nights. You get a kid scoop for $1 and a regular scoop for $1.50...as opposed to their regular $2.50 for one scoop. Friendly staff and nice size scoops and great ice cream...I definitely recommend this place! :) read more
