Before we could even step in across a threshold, the two girls that were working tonight on Friday the 13th immediately stopped me and said we're closed. I informed them you close at 10 PM per your signage. The girl told me "it doesn't matter. We're already cleaning and mopping the floor floors and they put the ice cream away." I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order for my kids' birthday cake here this year. It seems everyone is getting their order incorrectly at this location and there's a lot of handwaving and finger pointing at other reasons why they shouldn't be held liable for the issues or mistakes. I'm sharing photos of what we wanted printed and what we received. I placed the order two days in advance and there was ample time for you to reach out to me if there was an issue. This place is great, the staff are always very friendly. I frequent this location and it is always consistently good. The ice creams is great, they got some good classic flavors and some fun mix of flavors as well as their monthly flavor! February has my favorite flavor of the month, it is love potion 31. It is a raspberry vanilla with chocolate chucks in it. They have indoor and outdoor seating at this location. Sometimes the tables do have residual ice cream on them, but that's my only gripe. They have cakes and ice cream to buy on the ready, but they also have cakes you can preorder. They also conveniently have candles you can buy for the cake as well. Plants of parking available at this location and the noise levels are very low. read more

We stopped by this Baskin-Robbins at 9:45 PM, even though the store is listed as closing at 10:00 PM, and unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing. When we walked in, the employees were already cleaning, mopping, and putting the ice cream away. We were told they were basically closing up, even though there were still 15 minutes left before the posted closing time. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just for showing up during normal business hours. We understand that staff need time to clean and close, but customers should still be able to receive service until the actual closing time listed. If the store needs to stop serving earlier to clean, the hours posted online and on the door should reflect that. This kind of situation leaves a bad impression and feels like poor customer service. Hopefully management can address this so future customers who arrive before closing are still welcomed and served. read more

Amazing customer service! My daughter wanted a bonfire themed birthday and due to a family emergency we needed to reschedule her friend party. But we were able to have a small celebration themed one at home on her actual day. I requested her favorite ice cream cake but then asked it to look like a bonfire -- what I got was better than I could imagine. The lady in the store (I tried describing it online in advance, but she called me to offer a better suggestion) suggested she could use red, orange, yellow icing in a pipping bag that would blend nicely to look like fire. It looked beautiful and fit perfectly with our themed bonfire "party". We love BR cakes and ice cream! This store has always had great customer service. read more

Parking is a bit tight when it's busy, but usually there are spaces to the side of the so it's easier to maneuver. We have visiting this location about 5 times in the past 3 months. Each time there have been young employees who have helped us and all have been friendly (except 1 who was busy talking to her friend vs helping customers). My new fave flavor is the Oreo Cold Brew which is Oreo pieces with coffee flavored ice cream. So good!!! The kids get traditional flavors such as chocolate and mint chip. Sometimes there's promos so check often. This location does give out bigger scoops which I def appreciate! Another location gave dinky portions for the amount BR charges for a single scoop!!! The reason for the low rating is mainly because of the unbelievably high prices. I only got two scoops of ice cream in a cup 'without' any toppings such as fruit or fudge, and had to pay a little over $8.00! I felt pressured to give a tip with the already expensive ice cream with him standing there waiting and it being part of the credit card transaction. Then later I bought a 1.5 quart of ice cream for only around $5.00 at the grocery store. I was really upset with myself that I spent that much for just two scoops of ice cream. The ice cream was $6.99 for just two scoops and I felt pressured to pay a tip and it wasn't even the greatest service either. But you can get way more ice cream for around $5.00 at the grocery store if they are having a deal which they were having last night, and I'm guessing even more at Costco, although I haven't looked into their in store prices for ice cream yet. The quality here wasn't the greatest but it was still good, definitely not worth the amount they were charging though. It was last night, a Saturday night, but they didn't have any customers. Went to select pickup time and it would not let me submit without my credit card information, even though the order was free. That's where I drew the line and gave up on Baskin Robbins forever. If this hadn't completely and permanently soured me on B&R, knowing that a single scoop of ice cream costs $5.49 there ensures I will never pop into one of their locations in the future when I want a frozen treat. read more

I pre-paid for my order since it was placed online and came to the store around 1 PM to pick up. A gentleman was being served ahead of me, so I waited patiently, and when the gentleman was done, I saw the employee just go back to the sink and start washing dishes that have been created from his order. After she was done, she just kept her head down and stayed behind the counter, until I finally spoke up. She barely looked up at me, and then mumbled that she didn't see I was there. The entire time she had help the gentleman ahead of me. She barely even made eye contact with him, so it was no wonder that she didn't notice I was in the room since she didn't lift her head once the process took way longer than it needed to.
